Never get packages when I’m supposed to. Says delivery attempted, but never is. I have cameras and can show that it’s not attempted. Even something small enough to leave in mailbox. Guy in White Jeep is the main problem.

I have been coming to this office for about 5 years and never had a bad experience. It is by far my favorite one to come to. Each of the ladies behind the counter has been very polite and helpful every single visit, helping me figure out the best/cheapest way to ship things on multiple occasions. I get prepaid labels often as well and they have never given me an issue with them. We also love our delivery driver. My kids and dog are always excited to see him and most of the year(excluding holiday season) we have been getting packages a day early even.

I usually have no problems with this post office up until today. Apparently, the carriers didn't feel like delivering my mail today, as they requested I pick up two light packages that could easily fit in my mailbox or at my front door where someone was at my house at the time. Maybe tomorrow they'll actually do their job.

My experience with this Post Office is horrible. The Older Lady provides horrible service😠, I get my shipping labels from eBay, she always have negative things to say🤬, 3 of my packages she has intentionally misplaced, my Customers Packages excuse me.. Never to be found or seen again. We moved here from Jacksonville and wish I could've bought there Post Office with me. I would encourage customer service training!!!Updated on 05-16-2023I tried sending out my packages using this post office and Nothing has changed!!! My customers are receiving bent, damaged Photos Again. My Wife and I rode by the Post office and they had packages and mail out on the ground in the rain. I'm turning to UPS and FedEx. CLOSE this Place it's a waste of tax payer money. Process this area's mail in Swansboro - They are Fantastic!!! If you CARE about Your Packages, Do Not Use This Place!!!!!However the ppl who deliver our mail usually go above and beyond.

Every time I come here the ladies are so sweet and do a really good job getting me in and out. They are always helping people and insuring they choose the best method for their package at the best price. I come here by choice instead of some other local choices.

The post man who delivers to The Pines cant seem to put mail in the correct boxes. The residents have to contact one another to get the right mail, or complain to the Post Office, in return nothing happens. It doesn't take much to read the labels and give to the proper address. If it is too much to read and give to the right people, maybe find another profession. At this point, we'd be better off if you dropped all the mail into a bin and we had to get it ourselves.

A postal worker showed me that I can order every box and sticker and shipping label from home. I also have the option of having the prepaid packages picked up at home. When I need a receipt for tracking, I do take it to the post office. Things are so convenient!

After reading the different reviews on Google I agree with the ones from several years ago. Melinda was the Postmaster and was extremely rude and condescending! I hated going to that post office and avoided it at all costs! If Melinda liked you, you got special treatment if not, suffer her wrath! Thank the Lord she has retired. However, I cannot even condone what some people have said about the Hubert Post Office now. Miss Tammy is extremely helpful and a real professional. She has helped me, right along with the new Postmaster (I am so sorry his name escapes me) in a situation that I would have told the person to take a hike, but they did everything that they possibly could for me to make sure that all my packages were delivered. The atmosphere of this post office has improved a thousand fold since the old postmaster left and I actually enjoy going to this post office. I have just about become a regular because of the courteous and professional manner I am greeted with each time I walk in. I can actually say the staff that runs the post office now are much, much more professional and accommodating than they ever have been. This post office is the picture of professionalism and it truly shows.

I worked at a Columbia, SC post office for many years, and all of our first class mail went out the same day it came in. I have been waiting on a letter from the bank that was supposed to be delivered by the 21st of October 2021 and here it is now the 24th. Where is the 1st class mail or was it a miss delivery????? My post office is in Hubert NC.

Too bad I can't leave less than 1 star. Negative stars would be the best way to describe this US Post Office. Mail is always late and never the same time frame two days in a row. One day it may be delivered at noon, the next day it may be 430 or 5 in the afternoon. Also famous for not delivering packages because "they're too large and will not pass through the slot" so extra postage is required. That cost should be transferred back to the sender not the person who already paid for postage. It's no wonder people hate post office's and dmv

I have to say this post office went above and beyond for me. I had a package shipped to my old address on accident. Edward and his team went to the house to retrieve the package and rerouted to my current address all within one business day. I’m very thankful for their promptness and help with a problem of my own fault. Great customer service!

If I could have chosen zero stars I would have. Poor customer service, they never answer the phone, and I have had multiple packages delivered to the wrong address or not at all!!! EXTREMELY LAZY COURIERS!!! My most recent package says they attempted to deliver it and left a delivery notice and no notice was left at the house. Not only did it say there was no secure place to deliver (I have a mailbox and a front door it could have been left at) it also said they attempted to deliver my package in Emerald Isle when it was addressed to Hubert! This is the worst postal service that I have ever dealt with!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I called today regarding a package that I was supposed to be delivered. The person at the post office, Melinda, is the most terrible customer service rep ever!! Lazy and inept! How does she work for the post office? I have worked in customer service for years, and if I treated anyone like that, or one of my coworkers treated a customer like that, not only would it be reprimanded, but we'd be done!!!Honestly, how hard is her job? She sits behind a desk and answers phones! Her favorite excuse is that: I can't do that, it's out of my hands. or..there is no numbers on your house. That's funny, because other services can find it no sweat.Hubert Post Office: Do you screen your applicants before hire? Do you know what customer service is? Obviously not! There is two employees who are actually decent, but Melinda...good lord, this woman needs a crash course in customer service and a personality!

Ordered some things online and accidently forgot to change the address. The older lady was very rude and acted like I was so stupid for it and anytime I call to ask if anything has arrived she doesn't even go look like other workers, she just says nope. One package is already lost and it's looking like a second will be also. I find it hard to believe it's taking this long for my last package when my first few came quick and I've ordered more items to the correct address and already gotten half of the orders. There is one really nice lady with long blonde hair that is SO nice. Every other worker I've delt with is so rude and don't care about customers.

So upset with the customer service. I mailed a package 3 weeks ago, something that someone paid a lot of money for and they never recieved it. upon calling the post office, the woman who picked up the phone was less than helpful. I asked if there was anyway it could have been misplaced or if it was just never mailed because I know that happens some times and she LAUGHED at me and said "yeah that didn't happen." and when I asked if she could just double check for me because of the money circumstances she said "yeah, I can't do that." I now have to issue a full refund because she couldn't get up and ask someone if it was there.

My mail lady gives me someone else's mail and delivers my mail to the wrong address because she is always talking on her cell phone instead of paying attention to her job. I hardly receive all my magazines. We live here now for four years and I still get mail of the previous house owners. I have no idea how often I have to tell that mail lady that they don't live here anymore, she should know by now. This is very annoying!

I called to check on the delivery of my insulin to make sure it was on the truck for delivery today...The lady that answered the phone could not have been more rude. She told me that if my meds did not get on the truck for delivery, that I could not come pick them up...She pretty much told me that she wont grab a box behind the counter, that she would rather have me die. I have had multiple problems with this post office. Steve is really nice and the only one there that I can deal with but the older lady (I believe her name is Melinda or something close to that) is literally the rudest person ever! I dont know how this woman has a job and I have smelled alcohol on her multiple times while going to drop off boxes.

I just moved to Hubert and had some brake pads ordered to my new address. Found out after tracking my package that supposedly they attempted delivery, left a notice due to no secure location. Tracked it the next day and it stated "moved, left no address" I just moved in a week ago...must be soooo lazy they didn't even try and deliver my package. WORST ever!!!

Ordered an Item off Amazon (On a Thursday) and paid extra to get the item delivered in two days (A Saturday). The USPS driver didn't even attempt to deliver the item, and after looking up the tracking number it was mentioned that they attempted to deliver, which they didn't, and didn't even get a "sorry we missed you" slip. Now I have to wait until Monday for them to "attempt" to deliver my package because their lazy drivers are pieces of garbage.

This is my 45th mailing address I have resided in. From Florida to NY to Nevada and in between. Hubert USPS is BY FAR one of the best I have ever had. They are timely, friendly and professional. I have never had a problem and I feel they go above and beyond their duties to serve the public. I am grateful to them for their service.

I just gave up trying to reach the post office after being put on hold over an hour and a half. I know for a fact my mail was not picked up Monday and it has not been picked up today Now they are closed. I also found bills and other mail in the mailbox down the road from me which was mine. That house has not been lived in for a least 7 months to a year. WOULD LOVE TO GET THE POSTMASTER INVOLVED IN THIS!!! Update: Happen to run into my mail carrier and the new Boss. Told them and things seem to have been resolved. Issue seems to have been with sub/weekend carrier. Thank you

Had a package come in to a address that every other post office delivers to and they couldn't. No email to inform, no call, just sent the package back to sender. Called to find details and the woman wasn't very friendly with a "Alright" click.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The mail delivery people are the worst I have EVER had. Took them 3 days to pick up a piece of mail out of my mailbox and there hasn’t been a holiday. I have informed delivery and NONE of my mail that I have been expecting has made it to my mailbox yet. Do they just deliver mail whenever they feel like it?!

It is amazing how this place is still open given the fact that it is a miracle they can perform the most mundane tasks. It's taken over 2 weeks just for them to replace my mailbox key. However the problem is this, they can't even tell me if it's been replaced or not. They simply do not know because the post master is never at work. I've been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks and haven't seen him once. After this most recent experience with this establishment I find myself uncertain even in their ability to sell me stamps. Bring back the pony express so I never have to interact with that building agin.

Glad I don't live in this town from what I have read and experienced. I sent a package that was "undeliverable" so I contacted the Hubert Post Office and they don't know why it was not deliverable nor where it is. I then contacted the buyer of the item (it is an ebay item that I sold) and he said that the address was correct and it should have been delivered. I then contacted ebay and they said the post office should always know where a package is. The delivering postal employee should have taken the "undeliverable" package back to the office where it should have been rescanned back into the system. What a pain. Now I have to file a claim with the postal service and the poor guy who bought the shoes, didn't get his shoes and is out his money until the whole thing is investigated and found to be lost. Where is this package Hubert??? Did he just throw it away because it was too much work? That's your job to know where it is!

I have been on hold for half an hour no one answers the phone or calls back. I have important business mail thats been sitting in my mail box since last week with the flag up no one has picked up or delivered my mail. This is common sometimes the mail carrier may show up once a week if that.....i call to see what the hold up is , sit on hold for half an hour. You cant get through to anyone. This is unacceptable. Not only is the carrier not doing their job but the people working in the office are not answering the phone lines or returning calls. I will be filing a formal complaint

My package I ordered was supposed to arrive on saturday. I have been following the tracking the whole day since 8am in the morning. The delivery was supposed to be made at 2pm to 3pm. It's now 4pm and the tracking update went from out for delivery to delivery attempted no access to delivery location. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THEY DELIVER MAIL EVERYDAY HERE AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN CANT FIND A WAY HERE BUT CLAIM TO HAVE MADE AN ATTEMPT?

Having come to NC from the State of New York - we couldn't be more pleased. This Post Office does NOT close for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours for lunch. The customer service is over the top - questions are answered in a friendly and polite way, the employees go out of their way to provide information that we ask for. The difference is night and day from what we have had to endure up north.

My daughter went to this post office and "Tammy" was the rudest customer service person we have ever dealt with. Instead of belittling people cause they dont know how to fill out forms properly, hear is an idea how about be a decent human being and help people out. Everybody is going thru some stuff (current events) so please stop being so GD mean.
