This store is full of scam artist. I stopped simply for gain laundry detergent. I went to the checkout with an online coupon. The clerk rung it up and as soon as I told her I had an online coupon for the item. As soon as the manager on duty heard I had an online smart coupon she told me she couldn’t sell it too me because it was under recall even though the shelf said it was a brand new item. The manager on duty told me I would have to get something else. I returned to the register with a different brand and the clerk rang it up. As soon as I told her I had a smart coupon once again she called the manager on duty. I was told that she couldn’t scan the coupons on the register. I told her that she didn’t have to scan it if the register wouldn’t scan it. All she had to do was enter my phone number and it would apply the clipped coupon. I was told that she couldn’t do that but I could make the purchase and pay regular price. It appeared that the only thing that they were concerned about was how to charge regular price and not honor the family dollar smart coupon. I visited this store on 4/13/24 at 15:00. I plan to report this to the Better Business Authorities and the Federal Consumer Protection Division.

This family dollar isn’t the newest and biggest but it’s the friendliest one I’ve ever been to. Joe (store manager) is a great customer oriented guy. They typically open at 8 but he unlocks the doors as soon as he’s gotten hit opening tasks done. Most places would be upset customers showed up early or they would go sit in the back and eat a honey bun. Hara is also a fantastic worker as well as Tommy and the rest of the staff . You can tell they take pride and care about their customers. You don’t see this much anymore these day. Hats off to them i skip other stores to come to this one! Thanks for taking care of us!

The assistant manager Tommy is great, he’s polite and gives excellent customer service. The other day i couldn’t find what i was looking for and he went out of his way to help me find what I needed.

I normally go in and see joe who is amazing .. today was not the case. I saw a bogo for half off sale on an end cap for harvest things. They dont color code their tags so I figured it was the items directly under the sign. One sign said welcome and one said happy holidays . They were next to each other so I grabbed them both. Come to find out I asked why I didn't get half off and the lady responds "it's harvest stuff only and it clearly says on the sign if you read it" so rude my 11 year old picked up on it.. she's old and miserable and needs to get it together and learn how to talk to people. I will only stop when I see Joe's car. She needs to understand what it means to work in customer service . And I think it's confusing to put products on an end cap that says bogo 50 off that don't qualify to the deal?! Smh . Either way Mrs Grinch needs to learn how to speak to customers. Maybe I should just stick to dollar general .

Great experience here at Family Dollar. Great job to Joe the manager for keeping this store looking amazing. Also Johnny was a great help on finding what I needed. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there and a wonderful environment with great deals on the stuff I was looking for.

I consider Family Dollar the Kmart of dollar stores so taking that in mind and where it was located kinda out in the sticks it was worth 5 stars. Well stocked, clean and great service.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They are always available with a smile and a "have a great day." The store is clean and the products on the shelves are neatly displayed. It is very well stocked with anything you may need to quickly stop in for.

This store is beyond anything i've ever witnessed. The store is totally clean every single day, everything is where it's supposed to be, and the employees are well respected and greet you as soon as you step in the door. This store is definitely family friendly and I have never had a single problem. Not to mention their prices are low and great compared to most stores, for good, well kept products. Very impressed with this location.

I was in the store around 3 PM today young lady at the front desk most of them distracted she rang up my items I made my purchase and left when I return home I found out that she had not given me a receipt and some of my items were not in the bag I have repeatedly tried to call the store with no success the roads are iced over and I cannot return without a receipt I will probably not have a good result very angry and upset

Store is new - larger than most other Family Dollar stores. But the set-up at the registers is odd. Feels blocked off from the rest of the store. A bit uncomfortable.
