The employees in this store act like your inconveniencing them by shopping here. I have seen first hand how rude they are with customers, delivery drivers (they go weeks without trucks because drivers refuse to deal with the nasty attitudes) and they are rude to each other. I WILL not buy from this particular store again. Luckily there is another about 2 miles away with a friendlier staff. If you don't want your job let someone who does take it.

Love this store because its very close to my home and they are open until 11pm so its very convenient for last minute things I need and I can get what I need for a decent price for the most part. They have more inventory and selection since they remodeled the store a few months ago. It seems there is a different person working there every time I go in, but they always greet customers when you come in and they have always been friendly! Also love that they have a self checkout stand now since they remodeled so it helps keep the like down. Only giving it 4 stars because SOME things are a little overpriced.

Whole rack of 1 pannel curtains all pruce tagged at $5.50. Item rang up for 12.50, I told the lady about it and she took the item from me when I said it charged me wrong, I told her that it was all marked at $5.50. She just looked at me and said well that wrong and I'll take the item off. Wow. So guess that was my fault. How embarrassing! Terrible customer service, bad attitude, and false advertising! Won't be coming back to this store again. Plenty of other options to chose from and I chose to stop here.

Most would probably give them a 1 star rating the night I was there. However, with me honesty goes along way. The evening I visited this dollar general they were backed up. It took 25 minutes to check out because only one register was working. The manager, while on the phone trying to get the other registers back online; ensured everyone was informed of the situation.

ok. employees were friendly the store was clean but, their shelves were half empty. outside parking was slightly cramped and the store sign was hidden behind some trees.

Come here occasionally for the basics, energy drinks and ice cream as they are pretty good prices. Everyone is pretty friendly but seems like there is never enough people working. I'll keep going since it is the closest small store in Hubert, but with the walmart now open, it's almost worth going there instead.

This place is almost always packed. Never go at peak hours you’ll stand in line for half hour because they don’t have enough people on register. This is the go to spot for picking things up “quick” in this area of Hubert.(Eggs, milk, etc) The employees are friendly and kind.

Everyone has a sweet southern charm about them, knowledgeable, great team work. They help each other with the same enthusiasm they help the customers, no matter how overwhelming it gets! SID you go above and beyond for me every time I am there. If you dont have it, you tell me when you might get it, check if other stores have it, or give me personal recommendations for where I can find and roughly the price. SID YOU ARE WORLD CLASS! I called ahead to see if they had a seasonal item that no other Dollar General location seemed to have. A nice young lady answered the phone and walked right over to see if they had the "pineapple blast" sprinkler I was looking for. They had one left and she held it for me so that I could drive there to get it. DG is my go-to general store over Family Dollar and the rest any day.

Went on a very busy night during a great sale, however something with the price seemed odd. I thought i would check it out when i got home, however no receipt was in the bag.when I called about reprinting my receipt they said can't do that and the recipts get thrown in the trash. So i am left with deciding whether or not to return everything. Poor form DG.

It's to bad this is the only store in the area. Prices are not listed properly and the help could definitely use a class on manners and kindness.Go to another store if you can. Always over crowded.

They have the basics that you need since there is nothing else around. Prices are reasonable but they lack variety and more than just the basics. And just recently it smells like animals inside, to the point where you are standing in line hoping when you leave you don't stink.

Very nice chashers but there tobacco policy sucks!!! I'm 50yrs old and got carded an didn't have a ID with me and wasn't able to purchase cigarettes and know I look older than 18!!!

Short staffed. One person stands around doing nothing most of the time while the other register is closed. Workers are tenitive to your needs, however putting things on the shelf rather than waiting on you seems to be the priority.

One of the cashiers charged me for pulling cash back at this location on 2 different occasions and when i called the assistant manager said she can’t pull previous receipts from their system. Tips for anyone that shops here 1. Don’t go here and 2. If you do shop here, keep your receipts and make sure that you didn’t pull any cash back.

Has a bad habit of waiting for the checkout line to get backed up before another cashier will help. Kind of annoying when you only need toilet paper but there are 15 people in line.
