This is my Wookie’s Grooming place, Tracy the owner is amazing she is super friendly with my wookie. Tracy I would never trust my wookie to anyone else. My husband drops her off and picks her up. When she gets home to me I’m always excited to see what she looks like!! She always looks amazing….

Having worked in various groom shops in the Jacksonville area, I will tell you honestly that, as I can no longer groom anymore, I will only trust Tracy to groom my dog. I have seen too much at some of these shops, and I know for certain that Tracy and ALL her staff loves and treats your dogs like their own. She wouldn’t put up with anything less. And her style and technique and hand scissoring is second to none. She is a true artist.

My puppy was nervous, when she was dropped off, but was treated with love and kindness. Because she is a German Shephard, many people are nervous when they first see her, but once she warmed up, Tracy said that my puppy was well behaved and friendly to everyone she met 🤗. Brand new to the area: Last Sunday I walked in the door and told the young lady at the desk I had an 8am appointment. She took information about my dog, told me it would be awhile considering the breed which I was fine with. I then offered her the vaccination records saying "I made sure to get these as asked" and was told they were not needed. After exchanging a bit of information regarding my boy I left.I received a phone call an hour later from a different groomer asking me if I was still coming in with him and I was very confused. I told her I dropped him off an hour prior. Long story short, he was in the wrong place!I immediately called All Breed Grooming and asked why they did not tell me I was in the wrong place! They had no answer but told me he was a good boy and already done. I was shocked to say the least. My boy is an Alaskian Malamute that is triple coated. It is IMPOSSIBLE to bath, groom and dry him properly in under 90 minutes. I immediately went and picked him up and questioned them on how the dried him. I was then told they're "the only groomers in NC that towel dry their dogs" by an older woman I assumed was the groomer. Not for nothing but such a broad statement is simply BS and I could see the kennel dryer through the door at the back of the room.Education: double and triple coated arctic breeds can NOT be kennel dried! Doing so will only dry the top coat locking moisture to the skin causing a painful skin infection.To say I am angry is the least of it. This establishment blatantly lied to me, does not require vaccination records of the dogs coming in, then does not properly groom breeds their not qualified to touch!! A poor post/review will be the least of their concerns I'm sure but the public should know. My dogs are all rescues and have had tough lives prior to our adopting them. I won't tolerate them being cared for improperly by anyone.

1st time using their services for my Frenchie and Chihuahua. Ok well, his skin is so soft, he was getting a bit dry skin un his "chin" now is soft. Normally he is so hyper and after getting back he was so relaxed he went to sleep. I THANK YOU! 😅 I enjoyed my quiet time. See you in 3 weeks 😅. That's him knocked out sleep after a good grooming.

I have an Australian Shephard I just moved here from Mass. Kelley is two miles down the road. They did a great great job on my boy nails, ears, sanitary, he looks beautiful and I will be going back. Reasonably priced for sure. Loved it there. That is where I will continue going. Thank you ladies you did a great job!!🙂

The check in lady is amazing love her personality.They have a clean. Well organized placed .I am not easily impressed .I liked theses people .My Chorkie.
