It's a wonderful place has lot of groceries. They be fresh and good. Their bakery makes the most delicious and beautiful cakes. I normally get cupcake cakes. Over great staff .

Very nice store.clean and great customer service, the spring flowers and plants are coming in. The easter bunny has left all kinds of baskets and candy for you to shop.The staff is always eager to help and make sure you leave with what you came to buy. The lines are short and the cashiers are fast and waiting to assist you.

I spent 3 trips looking for a portable oxygen cannister for emergency breathing. I went on line, and 2 trips to the store. They finally said it was in the hiking area, not the pharmacy. It's a specific product ; they helped me .

I returned a bicycle ( with dry rotten tires) that I had purchased through the Walmart website, and the exchange was seamless. Great job to the Returns department.

Waiting in line every Sunday. With only 3 main lines open. Have to wait in line for 1 hour to check out. I think I will go to Food Lion and pay more just for the convenience.

Rude cashier, she was talking on her personal cell phone while ringing up customers, she was wearing an earbud in one ear. I didn't know who she was talking to, if she was hearing voices or talking to me or herself until I noticed the earbud. Walmart should have zero personal phone call conversation policy for employees while they are on the clock and especially when interacting with customers.

I was a dedicated accociate and everyone there knows me but not even the asset protection guys say anything to me even doug the store manager but i walked in the hr office and was harrassed for spending 1 minuit in there im sure theres a policy about but ive never been sent my w2 from a year ago.? Whats up with wamart? Why act like that to a former employee whos dad died and had to go to another state to handle things?

Convenient since we live so close. The groceries we like are not always there. Excellent people in the glasses store, good optician too. Pharmacy is reliable. Sporting goods has a lot for the outdoors person.

Typical walmart though it's not as nice as some others. But for certain things they have the best prices. I do not purchase any produce from here. It's all pretty gross looking. You might find something okay looking in the store but once you get it home it goes bad really quickly. Customer service is non existent. They block whole aisles in the evening for stocking and customers get no consideration from the staff.* editing from 2 stars to 1. The groceries are never fully stocked. Completely out of milk, meat, bread and many other essentials on a regular basis. Meanwhile other stores are fully stocked. If you find an employee they might go get you what you need from the back because it's usually there just hasn't been stocked on shelves yet. Items throughout the store are priced incorrectly or are in the wrong place and of course they removed all the self price checkers. Which were touchless so it makes no sense. Always a long line. Never any registers open only self checkout. Employees are rude and unhelpful when they can be found. Still closing off whole aisles in evenings and now anytime of the day. The store is messy and there's trash and drink cups and half eaten food all over the store displays and aisles. After you do all the checkout and bagging work yourself they now want you to wait in yet another line for them to check your receipt like you stole something. My husband purchased a ham and at home as I unpacked I noticed it was over 2 weeks expired. I took it back but my husband couldn't find the receipt so they acted like I stole this $9 ham over 2 weeks ago to then return it for money. At that point we spent over $130 a week in that store. There was no apology or attempt to help me they rudely accused me of stealing and refused to accept it.

I WENT TO THIS STORE TWO DAYS AGO TO PURCHASE A TV. THE YOUNG LADY IN ELECTRONICS SEEMED BOTHERED THAT I NEEDED HELP. WHEN SHE PULLED THE TV OFF THE PILE, I ASKED IF I NEEDED TO CHECK OUT AT THE FRONT OR IN THE ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT. SHE TOLD ME TO TAKE IT UP FRONT. I TOLD HER I'D LIKE TO CHECKOUT IN HER DEPARTMENT BECAUSE I ALSO HAD 4 OTHER SMALL ITEMS TO PAY FOR. SHE TOLD ME AGAIN THAT I'D HAVE TO TAKE IT UP FRONT BECAUSE SHE ONLY HAD A FEW BAGS. SHE FINALLY AGREED TO RING IT UP AT HER REGISTER. SHE USED THE HAND SCANNER TO DO SO, THEN HANDED ME MY RECEIPT AND WALKED AWAY. I ASKED ANOTHER FEMALE EMPLOYEE IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME GET THE 55-INCH TV INTO THE SHOPPING CART. SHE STATED THAT MAYBE THE OTHER GIRL COULD COME BACK AND DO IT. A CUSTOMER WHO WAS STANDING NEARBY HEARD THE INTERACTION AND VOLUNTEERED TO HELP ME LIFT IT. I WHEELED THE CART UP FRONT AND OUT THE DOOR WITHOUT ANYONE ASKING TO CHECK MY RECEIPT. I ALSO WAS NOT OFFERED A SERVICE PLAN. IS THIS THE KING OF SERVICE THAT IS TYPICAL WHEN BUYING SOMETHING THIS LARGE? I'M STILL IN DISBELIEF!

I drive past the New Hope Commons WM in Durham to go to this WM. Soooo many bad experiences in Durham but the Hills. location is always clean with a friendly staff. A little out of my way but always worth it! The piss poor attitude at New Hope Commons is seemingly never ending. Every once in a long while I'll go there out of necessity and they never cease to remind me why I don't shop there. Clearly the upper management at this store couldn't care less about their store, if they did they would train their employees on the meaning of customer service. Thank God for the Hampton Pointe location, N.H.C.'s could learn a thing or two from them but I know they won't.

Went to get a canopy $79 for 10x10 or $99 for 12x12 and a rainjacket. Asked the employee in men's clothing, where a rain jacket would be. Very friendly told me exactly what ile it was on in sporting goods. Asked the employees in sporting goods where the canopys were, very friendly and helpful. looked at them saw one of the 12x12 reduced to $46. Also got a rain jacket total of $60+change. Went to the self checkout.

This is the nicest Walmart from Raleigh all the way to Greensboro. I went in on a Wednesday at 10 am the place was immaculate. It has a nice layout and more soft drink choices than any of the other stores. I had the bakery ladies write something on a cookie-cake for me one time too. No complaints about this place, will drive out of my way to go here.

Walmart's online ordering service is the best thing that ever happened to me. Purchase as little as $35 of food and they will bring it out to your car and load it for free. I have a back problem and have a hard time making my way around that large store.

This is the best Wal-Mart in the Raleigh-Durham area. If I lived in either Raleigh or Durham, I would travel at great lengths specifically to come to this store. It’s clean, managed well, and the staff are professional. It’s convenient to the interstate, and never uncomfortably crowded.

As always, there are never enough cashier's. However, they always have a wide variety of the things I look for when shopping. When they are stocking it is sometimes difficult to get around but at least they have the stock to put out now.
