I traveled 30 min to this store because they use to have the best Christmas decors every year. This year it’s not the case. Worse Christmas option ever. Christmas trees are like someone having a bad day try to install them. I love Home Depot over other stores, please don’t disappoint my kids again with another poor setup.

Some of the staff were extremely helpful. The online site is not correct as far as stock availability. Nor do the online prices match store prices. Cashier basically told me there was nothing he could do about the price discrepancy.

I knew better than to order from Home Depot. I had a bad experience with an appliance delivery 4 years ago. However, the store manager was amazing back then and told me they were trying to get rid of the outside delivery contractor company and build a delivery service within Home Depot. He worked with me and made sure the new appliances were re-delivered on time and damage free. I continued to shop frequently at Home Depot. It's less than 5 miles down the road.Fast forward 4 years. I needed a new washer/dryer installed and the old washer/dryer hauled away. I paid $2000 and patiently waited for the delivery. I knew it was going to be delivered on 09/21 but I didn't know what time. Typically a delivery company calls, texts, or emails the day before with a time frame, ex. 8a-11am. I did not receive anything notification from Home Depot. This morning, I took my daughter to school. I left the house at 8:00am. It takes me 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back. At 8:17 am I received a text message from our receptionist (its a business) that they were here to install the washer/dryer. I said ok, let them know I will be there in less than 5 minutes. I arrived at 8:20am and greeted the drivers. One of them moved the truck while the other one came with me. He told me they could not install because I needed a longer hose (8 feet). I questioned, do you have one on the truck? He said no. I said, I will go and get one. He said, no, he could not wait. I said, Home Depot is less than 5 miles from here. By the time you remove the old units and install the new units, I will be back with the hose. He said no. I asked to speak to his manager since I paid $150 for the installation and $50 for the haul away. He called over and over and could not get the manager on the phone. I asked one of our employees to go to Home Depot and pick up a hose. He did as I requested. We finally got the manager on the phone. She explained they had a policy the guys could not stay longer than 30 minutes. I said ma'am they've only been here about 15 minutes. I've sent a young man to Home Depot to buy a hose. Can they please wait until he gets back? She said, I will allow them to stay for 10 minutes and then they have to leave. This is all on speaker phone, so the driver hears what she said. THE DRIVER SNATCHES THE PHONE OUT OF MY HAND AND SAYS, "I'M NOT DOING THIS!" He then gets into the delivery truck (which had Krispy Kreme painted over) and says he's leaving. I said, no, you have my washer and dryer on your truck. I've paid for it. We waited for the police to arrive. Basically, they told me, even though I paid for the merchandise, they could not make him unload it. It's considered a FAILED DELIVERY. Yes, the driver's can legally drive away with your merchandise in North Carolina!! They also told me, I'm not the 1st person to have this issue with Home Depot. I contacted Home Depot corporate. The "best" they could offer me is: To reschedule the delivery and most likely I would have different delivery drivers, but they couldn't guarantee it. The delivery would be for Monday, but I'm out of town. I asked what time would they deliver it so I could have someone available to oversee the delivery. She told me I could call the store the night before to find out. It was too much! I asked her to cancel the order and refund the money. MY MAIN CONCERNS ARE: Nothing was mentioned about the driver snatching the phone out of my hand or disobeying his manager when she told him to stay for 10 minutes. Nothing was mentioned about the delivery drivers refusing to deliver my merchandise. WHY would I feel safe or trust this company any longer. Any company that allows their employees or contractors to treat customers this way, CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!

This Home Depot is like any other, for better or worse. The reason I'm writing this review is to shout out Yoshi and Val. My boys and I were killing some time when we saw the sale on Christmas decor. Both employees were very helpful and friendly. My car was being worked on across the way, so I was even able to leave my purchases behind the counter until I could come pick them up. I was able to get some good stuff at a steep discount, but the best part of my trip was just how nice and helpful both employees were. Thank you Yoshi and Val!

For some reason devices that contain anti theft becons continue to set off the alarm after I walk out. This has triggered my ptsd related to prior life experiences. Iuckily I was not confronted as a result of the alarm, I shudder to imagine what could have happened if I would have been.

If you know exactly what you want, shop here. If you have questions, you may wait a while. As far as the garden center, Home Depot sells the plants but all of the plants, work, and knowledge are outsourced to a third party vendor. So don't expect anyone working there to be able to answer even the most basic gardening questions. As employees, they don't even know what's in stock on the floor.

Worst customer service EVER!!I ordered a washing machine 3 weeks ago. Last Friday- the delivery truck pulled up to my house, put a tag on my front door and then left.They never knocked.They never rang my doorbell and they drove away within 5 min of arrival. Which was 10 min before the departure time they wrote on the door tag.5 days later the return of the washer is STILL "pending" and they will not issue me a refund. I am at the mercy of the 3rd party company which drove away without attempting delivery. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!!!Update- I ended up buying a washer off the floor- rented the home depot truck and installed it myself.A week later- i got refunded for the original washer.The manager (Mike) of the local store was able to help me get it sorted out after the main warehouse left it sitting on the receiving floor for several days before scanning it in. Its not the local store that is the problem...

I needed a replacement cabinet quickly, to replace a damaged one. I located a cabinet in stocks at a local store and ordered it. The online ordering process was flawless. I received an email with my pick up time. I met my contractor at the store and began the pickup process at customer service. The customer service representative was pleasant and processed the order quickly. An employee soon appeared with my cabinet, transported it outside and assisted with loading. I could not have been more satisfied. This was one of the most pleasant big box store experiences I've had in a long time. I really appreciate the friendly and professional service.I had a bad experience with Home Depot several years ago that caused me to leave Home Depot and shop with the competition. This new experience has given me reason to come back.Thanks guys, I really felt appreciated during my in-store pickup.

Not happy with my experience at home Depot have had multiple problems with this store and the staff, loss prevention follows me around and make me feel very uncomfortable they're over attentive attitude takes professionalism to the next level of uncomfortableness and every time I go in there I am made to feel very uncomfortable which is truly made my choice between Lowe's and home Depot much easier.

I spent another 30 min here. I ended up calling Terry in customer service, while I was sitting at the millwork desk, and instead of sending someone back to help she just transferred me to someone.

Home Depot is usually one of the nicest places that we shop. Not this morning- April 25, 2021. We were looking to purchase some plywood. We found some for a good price- $15 per sheet. When we went to pay, the sheets rung up at $50 a piece. The cashier was so nice and went with us to make sure of the correct price and we found that we were in the wrong. The $15 tag was for the wood underneath (which was empty) and the sheets we had taken were above the tag. We were wrong and the cashier offered to go and talk to her boss about what to do. The woman who came over seemed to already be in a bad mood and informed us that the employees do not go by the price tags attached to the shelves, but to the stripes that are painted on the ends. When I said that doesn't apply to me, she gave me a look like I was an idiot and treated us like we were trying to get more expensive wood for cheap, instead of making an honest mistake. We left without purchasing anything. Very disappointed in how we were treated.

This is a typical Home Depot. If you know Home Depot, you probably understand the store. The store is cleaner than a lot of Home Depots that I've been in, and, generally, has more friendly staff. During my last trip, I was asked if I needed help three times. Product selection is sometimes not as good as some. The Home Depot app does not always reflect current on the shelf inventory at this store. There have been a few times that I have gone over because the app says that they have it in stock and the slot is empty.It is generally a quieter store than those in more populated areas. It is handicap accessible.

As a Home Depot employee I’m the Midwest, I salute and grieve for the 83 year old employee who passed away from his injuries. My location will be grieving the loss of an associate who was willing to go above and beyond. We will do a half mast flag for him in his passing and honor. I salute him, from one associate to another.
