This is a store that needs to be shut down the Isles was disgusting and floors looked very un clean and there is one employe who has black wig and looks old but I am sure she is in her 40s or 50s and she has dark skin she has a very mean attitude and treats customers like they are inmates / treat people with no respect at all in the meanest way! I will never return and I would never recommend this store to anyone at all you get treated like a inmate

If I could give zero stars I would. Store is dirty and unorganized. The workers closed 2 hrs early on a Friday night and when I called the female associate was rude and hung up on me.

Store was very clean and easy to find items. But I was more impressed with the staff. The woman helping me and my son was awesome!!!!! I can't say I have ever received better customer service anywhere! I was very surprised and impressed

You ALWAYS have to ask for clerks to place large items in large bags. I find that very annoying. The clerks seem overworked. Perhaps that's why they can't take the time to bag merchandise properly?Dollar General has great sales on paper products, cleaning products, and end of season products. The coupons on the receipt are good for discounts the following week. Every little bit helps when you're on a budget.

The outdated technology here is a significant barrier to enjoying your shopping experience. Three times I have loaded my digital coupons and tried to check out at the register with my number. Three times I have had to wait more than 30 minutes while the registers reset so I could complete my purchase without the coupon savings that actually motivated me to go to Dollar General. To my horror, during my most recent disastrous experience, the. clerk called the store manager for assistance, only to be told that she had just started and didn't know enough about the registers to help. She hung up immediately without any support from management, not even the slightest attempt from the manager to care enough to TRY to provide some level of support or leadership. If this manager represents Dollar General leadership then the future does not look promising. How disappointing for Hillsborough customers!

I love to go here to pick up quick inexpensive everyday items and sometimes seasonal items, as well.. It is quick in and out & good service.
