I still warmly refer to the assistant manager who helped me as “my agent”. From my first contact to landing here in my nest, I have felt at home & safe. After 3 months, I still find staff to be kind, friendly & highly professional. There’s an atmosphere of friendliness in my building and I have gotten to know several neighbors. I absolutely enjoy my quiet unit and lucked out with the best sunset view in town, great neighborhood walks and 5 minutes from the best Hillsborough has to offer. This is a welcoming and responsive community!

Michell from the leasing office has been so amazing to work with. During my tour she was so friendly and attentive, she really paid attention to what I was looking for at an apartment complex and made me feel so welcomed. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at the community.

There are no words of praise high enough to describe the amazing work ethic of Yona and her office staff. Yona and Michele are extremely responsive to any request I've ever had. Yona addresses issues both large and small and always finds the right solution. She is so easy to talk to and always readily accessible.It's also important to note they were exceptionally compassionate during the time of my husband's illness and eventual passing.Yona and her staff are an asset to Cadence and to the ownership. They take great pride in their work - and it shows!

Ardmore Cates Creek deserves kudos for being the perfect apartment home. The staff - Ashley, Robyn, Eddie and Jay - are always courteous and polite to everyone. The tenets are their first priority and they do everything they can to make us feel welcome and respected. After living in our home for 35 years, moving to an apartment was a big adjustment. But after 6 months, it was the smartest move we could have made. My husband and I visited around 9 apartment complexes in Durham and Cates Creek was by far the superior choice. If you are looking for a "home", this is the place to be. Area is becoming more beautiful every day as the complex is being completed. And, management is top notch in my opinion. Attached is a picture of the outside of our apartment. Home Sweet Home.

As a current resident here, I do not recommend this apartment complex. I’ve had my car broken into numerous times. Maintenance here has no idea what they’re doing. Everything in the apartment complex falls apart for the amount of rent that is Charles here. It is very, very, very sad how cheaply things are made here. The neighbors are rude. They’re extremely loud; you can’t ever sleep; your rent gets raised up and down for no reason, and just last night at approximately 2 AM. The window on my car was shattered and broken into again highly do not recommend this apartment complex to anybody.

I am enjoying my stay here at Cadence. My apartment is perfect for my furniture, I love the new re-modeled office and I enjoy the fitness center. The staff is very nice. The manager is always helpful and smiling. When I put in a maintenance order it is repaired quickly

Every day I come home from work, I feel as if I am on vacation at a resort. From my balcony, I slip away into serenity and relaxation. The sight of the beautifully clear pool, the sound of the fountains, the smell of the food cooking on the outdoor grills, and the feel of a gentle breeze while I sit on my balcony soothe my tense, work-day nerves. It would be hard pressed to find a better oasis in the middle of North Carolina than Ardmore Cates Creek in Hillsborough.

My son is a resident of this Cheaply Built Overpriced Apartment Community. The management is very very poor!!Very disappointed to say how they are taking advantage of hard working honest people by not making proper repairs in the units. The have changed there payment system over online for payment of rent that’s simply not people friendly and the office staff do not provide any clarity and proper information how to utilize these systems to make a on-time rent payment! Thus taking advantage of working people accruing outrageous fees slapped in their face if there happens to be a mishap!!! I am disappointed and disgusted and would not recommend this community to anyone to live!! Management is awful and the apartments are not worth the price being charged! I challenge the owners of this community to reach out and do the right thing for the working people of Hillsborough

Very rude management. Gunshots in the parkinglot. Not a fan of the key fob doorlocks. Drug dealers all throughout the complex. Maintence was not helpful at all. Very rude neighbors. Witnessed several tenants being evicted without a proper notice. Rent prices have skyrocketed for a place that doesn't have proper kitchen ventilation and sewege leaks in the walls from upstairs apartments. Internet here is a hassle and you are charged a lotbof money for the package as a requirement even if you would rather use a different service provider. I felt cheated.

My boyfriend and I moved suddenly from Wisconsin and not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable but they helped us move quickly. The grounds and the amenities are beautiful. The laundry/fitness center/pool/wireless lounge/grilling pavilion are all well kept, easy to access and use and, clean. We haven't had an issue with noise - as this is a pet friendly place we haven't had an issue with dogs barking or anything related. We love living here and all the residents we've encountered and friendly outgoing people. The price is reasonable with all the wonderful amenities and the apartments themselves. We absolutely love living here.

Living here has been awesome! We love the apartment, we love the area, people at the office are very nice!!! we love that our dog can stay here and that there a lot of green places for her. There are a lot of disposable for dogs waste and they even provide the bags for dogs waste for free! However there are a lot of dogs owners here that do not pick after their dogs so you have to watch out not to step on that.

When we moved to what was Ardmore Cates Creek, now Cadence Cates Creek the apartments were well maintained and management was great. But in the year and a half we have been here the community is going down fast. Prices are rising and services declining. The apartment above us had a leak in the master bathroom. Water was pouring down in our bathroom, master closet and master bedroom. This took place February 7, 2022, it is June and no repairs have been made. The apartment above was repaired immediately. Maintenance had the audacity to say they are waiting for the ceiling to dry. (Seriously). We had no issues with bugs, but the neighbors across from us would place garbage out open or in a manner that cats would get in the garage. The breezeway is stained from their garbage leaking and putting out what they smoke on the ground. The microwave will turn on when no one is in the kitchen. Maintenance advised that I go buy a microwave, keep in mind this is part of the appliance package. The walls are paper thin, you can hear every step of those who live above you. Do not expect management to handle any problems, they will smile and make excuses. To pay as much as a mortgage in an apartment they should do better by the tenants. If you move to Cadence Cates Creek in Hillsborough be prepared to be disappointed.

My husband and I have really enjoyed living here so far. Been here for about 4 months and don’t have anything negative to say. Amenities are great. Really nice pool, dog park, and car wash station. There seems to be a great mix of different age groups here, so it’s nice to meet friendly neighbors. Nancy has been really helpful with any questions we have had so far.

I moved here in September after graduating college in May. My girlfriend and I had a bad experience living at another apartment complex and we wanted to make sure we chose the right place this time around. The first person and now the only person we want to interact with is Cameron at the front office. The day Cameron gave us a tour we knew Cates Creek was where we wanted to be. He did an excellent job on the tour, answering every question we had, fast responses to emails, quick to put in a work order when needed, and he makes sure we are happy at Ardmore Cates creek and in the community.

I have lived at Ardmore Cates Creek since June, 2016, and I could not be more happier!! The community itself is great and the location is perfect being so close to I-4/85 and convenient to Chapel Hill, Durham, Mebane and other areas. The complex is very clean, landscaping looks great and you cant go wrong with all the amenities!! The office staff - you could not ask for a more polite, courteous, willing to listen and always has a smile on their faces!! Robyn, Eddie and Jay are fantastic and the new manager Ashley is wonderful, always polite and cares tremendously for the residents and the property. I would most definitely recommend Ardmore Cates Creek to anyone whom is looking for a wonderful quiet place to live with the their families and is supported by a wonderful and caring office staff!!!

We recently rented a 3 bedroom apartment at Ardmore Cates Creek between selling and buying a house. It was perfect! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent. The apartment was very nice, quite spacious and had a great kitchen. And ALL of the staff at ACC were incredible! They were always very attentive and accommodating, truly top notch .

Toured this place and it is absolutely gorgeous! The staff are very polite and helpful. The apartments are big and spacious. The pool is HUGE and just beautiful! I loved the gym and equipment available. I've lived in Hillsborough all my life and seen many of the apartments here and Ardmore Cates Creek is by far the nicest place in town!

We have LOVED living at Ardmore Cates Creek for the past 7 months! The staff has been wonderfully attentive and helpful since day one. Jay is so incredibly helpful with our service requests. We had a water leak from our washing machine after hours one night, and he was at our doorstep within 15 minutes to help us fix the problem. We absolutely love the pool and grilling area! It is what first attracted us to this complex! The pool is always sparkling clean and the grill space is the perfect place to enjoy a summer night. It truly feels like a resort. The diversity in neighbors is phenomenal. There are tons of young professionals, like us, which is nice to make friends throughout the complex. Also, lots of families with kids as well as retired families. Everyone is generally incredibly respectful of neighbors and community living in terms of noise, mess, etc. The trash collection is AWESOME! We leave our trash out at night and its picked up by the next morning! The accessibility to 40 and 85 is so great, and you would never know that you were so close to 2 major highways (no highway noise!). I drive into Durham on 85 and my boyfriend drives to Greensboro on 40, and we both have never had an issue with the commute!Our only complaint comes with dog waste pick up. Ardmore does so much to prevent messes being left, by installing dog waste baskets and FREE waste bags all over the complex. This is SO appreciated! However, we find that many people still leave large piles of dog poop on the grass, and when you're walking through your "lawn" in front of the unit and have to dodge these piles, it can get frustrating. But again, I have seen Jay picking up the piles that have been rudely left on the ground, and am so appreciative of everything Ardmore does to keep this place beautiful and homey.But seriously, HIGHLY recommend living here!
