This seems to be an issue with all Walmart stores, not just this one. You can never reach a person, I don't know why they even have a phone number. No one answers and if for some reason you have the Good Fortune to get a person, they transfer you to the department and no one picks up there either. In all of my time calling Walmarts over the years, I don't recall ever being connected to anyone that could help, or even new if they carried things. Even in the store in person, when you ask an employee where something is they take out their phone and look it up on the website. That and the fact that there are few employees that even work there, it's no wonder that Amazon is eating their lunch, but then again it's The waltons, billionaires who have done nothing their entire lives but lived like kings off the hard work of Sam and the outsourcing of millions of jobs to China.

They only had one checkout lane open with seven customers waiting I was one of the seven with perishables and a thirty minute ride home and the line wasn't moving. We had to go to selfcheckout so the ice cream and other items wouldn't melt before we got home. I asked the lady watching us checking out to speak to a manager and she just ignored me.

I picked up my order and was presently surprised by the friendliness of Mante. I had indicated that I wanted to use my own bags. He asked where I wanted my order placed and if it was okay for him to use the bags in the back. I normally give this store 3 stars but Mante gets 5 stars for his great customer service. I wish I could get him every time I pick up an order.

Frustrating. The razors I wanted to purchase were locked in a case. An associate was paged but never came to assist. The store has been remodeled and was very inconvenient for shopping. The men's socks I shopped for were not available. The only thing they did have were the blue jeans that I purchased.Now that I've expressed my disappointment with this store and my shopping experience, will anything really change for the better?

Not sure why this Walmart is still open. Went by the fish section to find almost every single fish tank with at least one dead fish. Found the employee that worked in that section and he said, ah he ain't dead yet he's still floating. I said uh dude, that means he's dead. He still tried to correct me and tell me it was still breathing. Pretty sure an upside down fish surrounded by other upside down fish stiff and floating around means dead. I have came back few times again and they were still there and more dead fish. The employees are also rude as hell. Once in a while you come across a nice person. But not often. Avoid if possible and drive to oxford. Or just go to target.

Nice appearance inside (mostly) and brightly lit aisles. However employees were sitting in or joy riding in electric carts so disabled people couldn't use them. No soap in bathroom & bathroom was dirty & smelled.Cashiers were talking to each other & barely acknowledging customers.

Go easy on the accosting people as they leave the store, somebody is going to get hurt. No you cannot see my receipt, the cashier handed me the receipt, get over yourself, I only checkout once.

No one could be found to help so I just put back all that I had in my basket. Prices need to be lowered if we have to find what we need and then check ourselves out.

the store is too small for the community; should have been supersized; runs out of product all the time …still some shelf items aren’t placed in the correct section but that is not an issue because i use my phone app to check shelf items price… if it doesn’t match in prices I just leave it instead of reporting to corporate, because nothing has been done in over a year… I would love to see the employees wear disposable gloves when stocking shelves # when did it become the norm that if one likes animals—everyone is supposed to like them also (why bring them to the store🤷🏽‍♀️) but there are other places to shop nearby so I think that’s why the project managers allowed the store to be built so small and store managers aren’t worried about consistently low inventory … the appearance upgrade is coming along slowly but nicely.

Too many empty shelves. An example: there were no small bags of sugar. Only 30 lb bags. Employees are rude and if you ask for help finding something, ( because they keep moving things) they look at you like you have 3 heads. The nicest employees are the ladies that work at the deli. Don't bank on them having everything you need. I still ended up going to a regular grocery store.

They even deserve this ⭐ if u ask me. I have called every department in this store atleast 38 times each today and I have yet to get a single person on the gosh damn phone. It's Christmas time....I need to know if they have what I'm looking for before I drive that damn far. I HATE Henderson Walmart. Hate Hate Hate it.

The experience was not a good one. I had to wait extremely long to cash a check only to be told because it was handwritten and above $200 that I could not cash it which made no sense

Know your rights folks. you do NOT have to produce your receipts for the door greeter when leaving the store.Ask them if they suspect you of shoplifting. Ask them if they saw you put something in your pocket. The. Only way even their loss prevention team can approach you is if they Watched you conceal unpaid for merchandise. Ask them what it is about you specifically what it is about you/your appearance that makes them want YOUR receipt because they do not ask everyone.These stores depend on people being docile little sheep and not making waves. Until enough of us stand up cause we know our actual rights they will continue.Walmart is not Sams Club. I agree to show my receipts at Sams and Costco because I am a member and agreed to those rules. Walmart is not Sams club though and they need to check themselves.Walmart should hire more people and make sure none of their employees are on public assistance before anything else IMO.

This store is ginormous!! Even with the size of it I had an extremely hard time navigating the store! The isles in the healthcare section were so narrow that you could not pass two carts by each other! I turned into an isle that had two people in it and had to back out so the lady in the middle could get out! The clothing section was just as bad if not worse. I’m disabled and was using a motorized shopping cart. The racks of clothing did not even make isles. You had to zig zag thru them. After the second one I just started ramming them out of my way so I could get thru. On top of everything else, the store was dirty and the two employees I dealt with were less than enthused about trying to help me. Hey Walmart, you don’t have to sell every product known to man! Use your floor space better and make the shopping experience a bit nicer for your customers.

It was great! Associates at this store were very friendly and helpful! The store and Bathrooms were extremely clean! Item's on shelves were stocked and isles were clear! Sophie and I had a great experience!

The lines were long. Limited lanes open, but the self check out went pretty fast. Greeters could have actually greeted instead of me having to greet them first, but they did reply promptly and politely. Overall good

Actually had all food shelves full. Even thou they were working hard to rearrange and better organize the WHOLE grocery department. Was evenly impressed that everything I had on my list to get, I was able to because this Walmart actually seems to care for their customers and keeps shelves stocked as they should be. The only thing that I found EXTREMELY wrong and disturbing. They had ALL the self check outs open and working but ONLY 1 regular line open and ONLY 1 lady trying to get everyone in her line checked out as fast as possible. She kept a smile on her face the whole time she was checking my stuff out and she was the nicest, sweetest, most patient lady. She MOST DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE FOR WHAT HENDERSON, NC WAL-MART DID TO HER. That should have NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, been a thing OR even a thought in the person's head, that's in charge of scheduling. That person either needs a refresher course in managing a proper schedule OR even POSSIBLY needs to be replaced. That needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY!!!

This Walmart is disgusting. Expired food on the shelf, not expiring but EXPIRED. Went to the bathroom, and there were two unflushed toilets, and two toilets with blood on the seat. Absolutely disgusting while the workers just sit and mingle.
