i ordered my usual sampler plus curly fries and 2 hot dogs. the hot dogs had a sindle slice of cheddar, not melted cheese. the sampler had three tiny jalapeño poppers and only four boneless bites instead of six (two choices were bites.). when i returned to the store i was told bites are sold by weight, not by piece.i have never had only 4 pieces really? two pieces per choice? if i wanted larger pieces, i would have ordered tenders. these were still small!for $13+ i will go to a regular restaurant next time!i got off this exit expressly to purchase the sampler. never again!

i waited 30 minutes for my order, which was literally just mozzarella sticks. i kept seeing the employee giving other people their orders after they waited so long they wanted to go up and ask for an expected time on their food. after seeing her give them their orders, i decided to go up and ask about mine. finally, she got everything of ours prepared in under a minute. clearly she was only giving out orders after being asked about them, instead of looking at one of the screens with all of the orders listed on them.

Asked for honey wheat got white bread that ok I can deal with that but half of the condiments that I asked for not on my sub can u read then been on the phone waiting 30 minutes hotline no1 answer at the ruin creek location in henderson nc 27536 doesn't make any sense pissed because im on my lunch and my food not good at all

Sheets is a great convenience store chain. This one has a Tesla charging superstation that is mid fastest not the 250 but 150 which is the best around here. So is what it is.

Polite staff, convenient drive thru, great gas prices, good car wash, inside dining room. Forgot an item on our order but quickly corrected and apologized as well. The picture is a little blurry but sanitation grade is 99.5 currently.

Walked inside after filling up with gas to use the restroom and grab a quick lunch. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy with feces on the floor and walls. Toilet paper all over the floor and no soap. I skipped getting lunch based on the filthiness of the bathroom because if the bathroom is that disgusting I questioned how the employees washed their hands prior to making food.

Even while “very busy” this sheetz had prompt food service, plenty of selection, and was clean. One of the slushee machines was out but that was the only thing that was not up to normal standards.

I have been to countless Sheetz and the food is always great for what it is. This was the worst Sheetz I've ever been to by miles. 25 minutes to get 2 hotdogs, 1 basic burger, and 2 fried apps. Everything was cold by the time we got it. There was only 1 other customer waiting on food. How it takes 25 minutes to make the most simple food they have, and it arrives colder than luke warm. Will be avoiding this Sheetz ever again. Do yourself a favor and don't order food here.

Tried the sheetz sliders. Taste was okay.. not really unsatisfied, all though my question is, what are the burgers made of? They look like clumps of random meat. Like school burgers or something. Not expecting much, I mean it is a convenient store, not a restaurant, but a chain as big as sheetz, that are always trying to talk big game on their food items should have better quality food. Looks like something from the chum bucket in SpongeBob.

This is the first time I had seen this kind of disregard for common sense housekeeping at any establishment stateside. All three trash cans pictured are overflowing, inside wasn't much better, we quickly moved on to a place where vaccinations were not a prerequisite.

The food I ordered inside did come out fresh and within a reasonable time frame but the people working behind the food counter were very rude. I know food service isn't easy but at least slap a slap a smile on your face. This was my first time using Sheetz after signing up with the app so not so sure I will frequent them with our $145 fill ups in our truck when we head from Virginia Beach to Nashville, TN once a month.

So I went to this sheetz on the Fourth of July. They were doing a $1.776 sale on gas. No one was controlling the traffic it was impossible to navigate. The bathroom was closed. They weren’t selling food because of a power outage! Insane.

This location is always a favor to stop of mine whenever I'm in the area friendly staff and awesome gas prices, try the wings you'll be glad you did.. July 2022 found gas for $3.39...Wow

I think Sheetz is great late night munchies food but, and I can't stress this enough, you have to know how to order and pick up!1. Always order advanced on the app!2. Pick up your food inside, NOT the drive thruIf you don't do these things you'll be waiting FOREVER because they're super busy and not fast and if you try to do the drive through you'll be stuck even after your food is ready because you have to wait for the cars in front of you.I'm telling you: order on the app, show up 5 minutes after the designated pick up time to give them extra time and then walk inside and pick up. You can thank me later

Have always had good experience at this Sheetz‼️. Great Made To Order sandwiches. "Kickin Chicken" was a very good breakfast sandwich that I've had several times‼️I love how sometimes they just give you your coffee complementary when that's all your having‼️Definitely will keep returning‼️

This Sheetz was the worst while traveling by far. This was at 2:00 am and the bathroom was filthy, the common area where you get coffee was nasty and no one wanted to help you. I wanted help with the coffee machines because none seemed to have coffee. I had one machine that put a green substance in my cup. When I asked what it was, she said the machine was broken and had been broken, as though I've been there before. I'm not remotely even close to living near there. When I walked over to the other coffee machines, they were a new type of machine and didn't understand how to use it . I asked the woman behind the counter for help and she told me to read the directions. I put down what I wanted to buy, and left.

Wraps wrapped wrong. No double the meat even when order it. Food cold even when you order hot food. They are slow at register and slow getting food to you. I have stood there over an hour. My roommate was there two hours waiting on our food. When we get it it was still cold. Don't keep milkshakes on shelf. Bathrooms are terrible at times in early mornings especially on weekends. Managers never has time for customers. When you do get to talk to him he down plays what you tell him. Seems like they are always cleaning the grills on third shift. They shut down all food for over 3 hours. The trash cans on outside are always full and running over. It doesn't matter what shift. Cold food. Waited over 45min to get food.

This place is always gross. Today I tried 5 times to order lunch at the drive through (which is always insanely slow) and finally had to go in because their machine was not working outside. When I finally got my food the meatballs in my sandwich were cold, the bread was not toasted, and cheese was not melted. Trash all over the parking lot and restrooms NASTY! Management is very poor at this establishment and the majority of the staff need training (not their fault).Gave them another try today still slow unacceptable.

I stop at a lot of sheetz gas stations on my travels as they are pretty reliable for good food and clean restrooms. This one was not up to the sheetz name. The food was disappointing, as the fries were under done and the strawberries soft. My chicken sandwich was soggy (I'm not entirely sure how as the lettuce certainly was not wet).The women's restroom was not very clean, and many of the stalls were missing toilet paper. My husband said the men's room was not as nice as normal as well.Overall, it was a very disappointing stop and I'm surprised that corporate allows them to remain this bad given the previous reviews.

I'm writing this in the drive thru because I have been waiting TWO WHOLE HOURS for my order. I don't know what the issue is as I haven't gone inside considering my position trapped in between two vehicles but this seems to unfortunately be a regular occurrence for this store. This is not indicative of all Sheetz but do not come to this one.

Stopped at this sheetz to get breakfast and gas and even though they weren't busy at all, my order took a while and they messed up 2 out of 4 items. I ordered 2 lattes, one medium and one small but both came in small. I also ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and one hadn't been heated, the eggs were completely cold.

Probab the worst Sheetz I've been to and ive been to a bunch nationwide. Waited about 20 minutes for the one single item I ordered, but it's understandable because of course she's going to make her boyfriends order first who paid 2 people after me and begged me for money on the way in. I'd go a few miles further to another Sheetz don't waste your time here

A depressingly dysfunctional fast food outlet/convenience store.There must have been 30 cigarette butts in the 10 feet before the store entrance, and as many varied pieces of trash. Every conceivable surface inside including tables, counters, and walls was either sticky, dirty or both.I asked an employee about the poor sanitation, and she told me to tell the management.An employee was charging their phone on the table in the seating area, and left their keys along with it.
