This pharmacy is the worst. Every time the app says my medicine is ready this pharmacy always tell me there is no prescription because they always mix up my twin sister and I. When I go there I always spell my name out because we have similar names. They still manage to mess it up ever time. I do not know what their deal is there.

Called the pharmacy to speak with the pharmacist. She was not only rude but sat the phone down and talked about me to another employee. I immediately called my doctor and had all medications moved to Walgreens. Then promptly filed a complaint with the corporate office. Worst customer service ever. You've lost a customer for life! You need an option for no stars given.

The pharmacy is the absolute WORST I have ever seen. I called to get my daughters prescriptions filled. They kept hanging up on me and when they did answer they would just hang up in my ear in the middle of my sentence. The so called pharmacist (the foreign lady) dnt know her race, but she really needs her license taken. She tried to tell me that two of my daughters medications were the same thing. They were NOT the Doctor and 2 other pharmacist confirmed this. This could have been really bad if I did not know any better and just went off of her word. There was a pharmacy tech in there with her by the name Jennifer that was no better than she was. She actually lied and informed me that the pharmacist had spoken to my doctor. This of course turned out to not be true. She also was one of the ones that kept hanging up the phone on me. The only one there that acts as if they really care about their job and its customers is the young African American girl that works the drive through and front counter most times( I cant remember her name). She is always very pleasant. The other two have no customer service skills, are very rude and obnoxious and do not need to work with the public. I really feel that the company would benefit a lot if they fired them both. I never leave reviews but this was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had regarding a business. I'm really considering taking legal action based on the pharmacist giving out the wrong information regarding medications. These are mistakes that are unacceptable in healthcare. You are playing with someone's life. Horrible HOrrible HORRIBLE!!.. 0 stars wouldnt have even given them this one if I didnt have to in order to post.

The people that work in the Pharmacy are hatful, disrespectful, don’t have proper training and ghetto! They need to hire people with good customer service skills because those two at the window today act very unprofessional! Dealing with customer medications makes me think they would do some hateful activities on purpose because of their don’t care attitude. Something needs to be done and upper management need to take action. Next time i will record them and post the whole thing on social media so people know how the pharmacy crew act in the Henderson NC CVS!

My personal experience with the upfront staff has been welcoming, but pharmacy is another story. There is a pharmacist named Shari who has presented as one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She laughs at customer's request to their face, her tone is unpleasant and accusatory, and she complains, mumbles and talks negatively to customers. She acts as if she hates both her job and customers.

My Dr. is in Durham, NC. My scripts are sent to CVS, even though it's an hour one way to get back home to CVS, they're never ready. I call everytime to "make sure they're filling them" because I have to go to WORK and usually can't come back out due to having a kid, and distractions.I called them at 1:15pm today and was on hold until 1:30pm and the person picked up the phone and hung up. Then the "lunch time" recording came across. They never have my prescriptions ready, even when they say they do. When I go into this place, I always know I'm either going to have to wait 30 min or deal with someone saying "something isn't right" yet I'll have my dr on the phone and she says everything went through correctly.I have tried my best to move to Wahlgreens because my mother uses them and they're amazing. I've used Food Lion pharmacy on Dabney Dr. a few times when I didn't want to deal with CVS and they were awesome at helping and having everything ready! Unfortunately, my insurance covers CVS and I can not go to either FL or Wahlgreens.If you want to fight to have to get your meds every month, and always wait even when they say they're ready, have a severely understaffed pharmacy, this is the one you're looking for!They will hang up on you after you've been on hold for over 20 mins, not just at lunch, either.

I can tell by the reviews that this pharmacy needs someone high up to step in and check in on it. My daughter meds always sent to Walgreens and her prenatals are out. I said call cvs to transfer bc that's where I prefer her go. She calls and was told they are short staffed not doing transfers today???!!!! Excuse me? Now luckily this is not a protected therapy so she will live but how is this acceptable? I know where I work to deny business would be a definite no no and not to mention it's not like she just wants a transfer Walgreens doesn't have it so therefore the only option is what? Because I have no idea where to turn now. Welcome to 2022 and the new work ethic. Bare minimum if we are lucky.

The lady working the pharmacy today was extremely rude. We understand being short staffed and not able to do vaccines. However the tone she used was short. No apology, no come back at a later date.Will be going to a competitor for our vaccines today.Came back about a month later to get a flu shot for an additional person. Apparently they don't do walk ins on the weekends due to one pharmacist even though it's literally a 2 minute shot.

The people in the pharmacy are straight trash. They gave us an incorrect supply for our sons medicine in which he needs to do daily activities and task. I tried getting our refill as he had 1 more dose left and gets 2 doses a day. They are rude and have a smart mouth. I will be transferring to a different pharmacy asap.

I don’t even want to rate one star. They always give the run around, very rude and unhelpful staff. Only reason I chose this pharmacy is because my insurance only accepts CVS. I despise this store and the non-efficient staff. Never answer phone calls, when you go to the pharmacy it’s always a long wait like no one knows how to do their jobs. They don’t write notes anywhere saying drive thru is for covid testing only. So you wait in long lines just to be turned away, to stand in another long line inside. 10/10 would no recommend. Besides that if you need an emergency refill they charge an expensive price, atleast Walgreens works with their customers using coupons and discounts.

I have been getting my prescriptions sent to CVS for years and never had a problem until now. I don't know whether or not Kendall was having a bad day or not but she was very rude. I asked her about a prescription that my doctor told me that she sent in September of 2016. I pick up my maintenance medication every month and no one told me about an additional prescription that was sent in. When I asked Kendall is it normal for them not to inform customers of all the medications that they have on file, she rudely stated that she did not understand my question, while rolling her eyes. She then just walked away to get the pharmacist. What happen to good customer service and respecting others as they respect you. If you are not happy with your job, you should seek other employment.

Not sure how they are as far as shopping inside the store, but pharmacy really needs to do better. Especially as far as having your prescription ready. They never have anything in stock everytime I try to get my medicine refilled. Which is an inconvenience especially when I am running low on my medicine. Also, they are very slow especially when calling them. I was on hold for literally 23 minutes before they answered. It happens everytime I call about a question. Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous at times. They just need to do a little better. As far as the pharmacy staff....not sure if all of them are friendly, but the ones that have served me are nice.

I want to give "0" star on this review. I have a bad experience and very disappointed with my visit today. The cashier or the "store manager" is so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND REALLY MEAN to me. I purchased the Crest Mouthwash that cost $8.79. I went to the cashier to cash out my item. I told him I will use my printed $5 and $3 off for any oral care purchase because it will expire on that day. With $8.79 item minus $8 ECB. So, I am expecting that I will pay atleast like $1 plus including the tax. But to my surprise, the cash register already done with the transaction, & when I saw the receipt I found out that my Carepass $10 reward was used. I asked him why you use my Carepass? the amout of it is even higher that the item that I purchased. Also, I have $8 ECB that I gave to you, where is that? He said I did not click your Carepass reward. I said, who did it? the machine??? I insist that he needs to return my $10. I just only want to use is the printed ECB because it will expires on that day. He said, your Carepass reward will be return to your card, I said HOWWW? once it's used it will not go back there. I demanded that I he needs to print me $10 and what he needs to use is my $8 ECB. He said I will not print and give you $10. He was arguing with me that time but I insist. He was rude and angry when he handed me the printed $10.Then, He asked me again to have my CVS card to scan so that he will redo the transaction, when I handed my keychain to him he saw that I have another CVS card he said you are not allowed to use 2 cards, I said why? he said it is illegal. How is it become illegal if we are paying for that 2 cards monthly one is registered to my family member and one is named to me? I just only put the two cards in one keychain together. So every visit in CVS, I can use which card has a good deals. He was so rude, he keeps on arguing with me with an angry face. So disrespectful, coz I heard him talking about me with the other cashier considering I am only few steps away from him. I told him I will complain to the manager, he said file a complain if you want I am the manager here. I told him if you are the manager you should know, how to treat the customers properly. He did not even apologize for his mistakes when he used my Carepass reward.

Worst ever. Only reason they get a 1 star from me is it's the only way to write a review. Their is no reason to be put on hold for and hour every time I call. Every single time.I drove 20 mins to the pharmacy after being on hold for 30mins before driving and went into the store on hold. Didnt see no reason someone had not picked up the phone. Nothing more than poor management an or guildlines they follow.Someone in the upper CVS management of this organization needs to step in and correct this issue.

Couldn't be worse, where is the negative star option? The fat indian woman pharmacist does a TERRIBLE job! She couldn't move more slowly, constantly screws things up and lies on the phone. She's too important to bother talking with you much about anything, and her pharmacy assistants can't do anything without asking her and waiting like children. She thinks she is some kind of queen back there, instead of an overweight unintelligible moron working for a chain store.Obviously I'm not the only one to have these sorts of problems with this pharmacist and others at this CVS.

I wish zero stars was an option I absolutely hate using this pharmacy the only reason I do is because I have to because of insurance. When you call they just leave you on hold and NEVER answer. When you go in store they just leave you standing in line. This pharmacy has horrible customer service I think some restructuring is in order for this location.

This is the worst pharmacy. Every time I come here I sit in the drive thru for over 30-40 minutes. If the prescription is not ready, why are they allowed to sit in line and wait while there is a whole line waiting. This is ridiculous and i will not use this pharmacy ever again!

I have called five times today, on hold every time, no one ever answered my call. The kicker is we were told by insurance to use CVS; I had rather pay "Medical Arts Pharmacy" out of pocket, than to deal with this.

i have delt with the pharmacy here for years and it has gotten no better the pharmacy there some time a lady make thing very difficult .i have been with out test strips for 10 day now because she dont have enough since to run it thru the insurance correctly.will be moving to mast drug

I moved from another pharmacy to CVS. The customer service has been outstanding from all. I recommend CVS to all who wants a drug store that goes that extra mile for the customer.

I hate this store!!! I always get one price in the CVS app then get to the store it’s 69$ more!!! Only reason I use it is because of my insurance. I’ve call a total of 16 times today and no one still has not answered. Close this location!!!

Worst pharmacy in Henderson, My doctor call in my prescription on Tuesday, I called in on Wednesday to see if it was ready, said they hadn’t received it, called the doctor back they called cvs and said they had sent it on Tuesday, went back to cvs on Friday The Indian pharmacist said that they had received it on Tuesday, but was out of that type of Blood pressure pills it would be Monday, I am switching to Walgreens
