The views outside of the restaurant are just absolutely amazing. there are picnic tables set up outside where you can sit and wait or walk around and look at the beautiful sun/sunsets, boats, etc. this is a pretty busy restaurant. when you arrive they ask for your party name and will text you when your table is ready. The food was pretty good and overall the atmosphere was good as well. We stayed at Durant station in Cape Hatteras and this was literally less than 10 minutes away! The staff are great And they also have a bar if you would like to order drinks and hang outside while waiting for your party to be called! 🍤🍹🍸🍽️. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible and has a ramp up to the front door. There is ample parking as well.

Food was delicious and fast. We showed up around 6:30 and told about 15minutes, turned out to be 5. I had the Red Drum special and my Husband had the seafood Alfredo. We also had the clam strips for an appetizer and all was fast and just delicious and full of flavor.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is wheelchair accessible

Awesome experience. SO glad we gave this place a try! We ate here on a Friday night. Last night of vacation. There was a wait when we arrived at 8pm. We went to the back patio and the excellent bartender took care of us and there was live music. They said it would 40 minutes but the ‘buzzer’ went off after 15 minutes. We sat at one of the bar high top tables.The food was incredible! We had a shrimp appetizer that was a on the specials list. Then I had the Swordfish and shrimp. My wife had the shrimp and scallop pasta. The food was so fresh and the portions were generous. You know by the taste the fish and shrimp were swimming the day before! In all the years going to the Outer Banks, this was probably our best meal we have ever had… and we have had some great meals over the years. Shannon was our server. She was attentive, friendly and always there when you needed her.We got a piece of Key Lime pie to go. It was good, but not exceptional like the rest of the meal.We WILL be returning.

Yeah this place is awesome! The food was excellent! See picturrd below. The presentation, flavor, and portion sizes are all on point. The atmosphere was great. Everyone having a good time. The wait staff is unmatched. It too a while before we could be seated but once inside we saw they were hustling. The server we had was very knowledgeable of the menu and had a great personality. The service is quick and very efficient. We did not have a need or want of anything. The food was so good I would go back here over and over again. You must stop in at this amazing place. So picturesque and right on the water. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I reviewed some calamari earlier today but this calamari was FIRE. Whatever sauce they include with it is immaculate. The crab dip, the seafood Alfredo, the Marsala, everything was delicious and came out so fresh. Very cool atmosphere and great service on top of the great food made for a wonderful evening. We were so pleased with our experience! The service was fast, courteous, and helpful. The staff was even accommodating of our toddler. We ordered the clam strips, delicious, the beet salad, and the blackened shrimp po boy. Everything came out hot and delicious-so we ended our meal with the carrot cake, which we also highly recommend. We would happily go again!

Top notch food with a gorgeous views! They have music out back with a bar (no food allowed out there). Our waiter was great! My husband got he snapper special and it came whole, what a show stopper! It as delicious and looked so cool! Everything else we got was delicious and everyone was happy. Only negative was the acoustics, it made for a really really loud dinner.

I'd say I waited about 20 minutes for a seat at the bar, but that was way better than a group with a full table, as I saw plenty of people having to wait over an hour.The food was certainly well worth it, and I certainly drove up my bill 😆I took a picture of the menu, and at first glance, then you looked rather small, but I was given a full menu later on, so I don't know what the smaller one is.It's pretty neat how they have pictures of hurricanes at the entrance!

Stumbled upon Hatteras Sol after exiting the ferry from Ocracoke looking for a good place for dinner. We were not disappointed! We had the Hatteras Clam Chowder (broth based), Crab Cakes with lemon dill dressing, the Ahi Tuna (cooked to order—medium rare) with hollandaise sauce and key lime pie for dessert. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent.

This place is phenomenal! The food has great presentation and the taste is absolutely amazing! The Shrimp Carbonara pasta was delicious! My husband had the Pompano whole fish. My son had the Sweet chili glaze tuna on spicy watermelon salad and loved it! My daughter had the Crab Cakes and said it was the best she ever had! The Fried Green Tomatoes with Pimento cheese were delicious! The Chocolate Torte is amazing! My sister had the Parmesan Crusted Grouper and loved it also! The waiter was on top of things! You will Love this place but be prepared for a hefty bill, but it was worth it!!

Oh wow where do I start. The service. The service was such that I thought I was dining on the upper east side of the finest restaurant. Perfect for the atmosphere. We were thoroughly impressed with our server. The food was OFF THE CHAIN! These folks know how to put it on the plate! Portions are big enough for 2 people. You will get your money's worth! Spend a couple dollars more and treat yourself. You will not be disappointed. I don't know our server's name but she had great body art.

2021 Expect a long wait, but it's worth it! Our server Julia was wonderful and the food was amazing. Everything we had was cooked perfectly and delicious. Hatteras style clam chowder, She crab soup, calamari, crab dip, Duck, tourenado steak and shrimp with fra diavolo cream sauce (was to die for!!!!). Shrimp carbonara, seafood Alfredo and kids chicken tenders with fries rounded out our party. All enjoyed their meal!! Blood orange creme brulee on dessert specials couldn't be resisted and it was also excellent!!2022 update: all still true from 2021. This year the grilled Tuna and shrimp special with poblano cream sauce and rice and beans was AMAZING along with everything else!

We arrived with a group of 14 celebrating a 30th anniversay just after opening @ 5. We were seated quickly and blessed with Shannon as our waitress. She and all involved crushed it. Orders were taken and drinks and apps came quickly. Entrees arrived as app dishes were cleared. Everything was fresh and delicious. For those waiting when we were leaving, I assured them it was worth the wait.

Good, but can't give a great because I just don't like seafood and I feel like their wings can't speak to the quality. But... Some people around me had a full blown fish on their plate and was raving about it.I also noticed the little tiny shopping carts the fried food came to the table with. That was cool. Might of just been tiny metal baskets, and I just liked thinking they were shopping carts. It really has nothing to do with what was in the cart, but I feel like 4 stars is pretty fair considering.

The food is delicious but it's hard to find a dish without dairy- mashed potatoes or a pasta without a cream sauce. The view is beautiful, especially at sunset. Hostess that calls you when your table is ready is slightly irritated if you aren't on property while waiting over an hour for a table.Dietary restrictions: Nearly every dish had dairy. Most were served on top of mashed potatoes, and every pasta dish was cream based with their sauce. They are busy and seem to assembly line things quickly to get people in and out.

It was ok. For the price I expected a little more. I got steak and shrimp w spicy vodka sauce. Shrimp were not devained, which was kind of gross. Steak was cooked as ordered, but wasn't seasoned. Spicy vodka sauce was def not vodka sauce. Spicy strawberry margarita was nice.

By far the best place you can find in the Hatteras area. Nice location by the pier, the place is airy and pretty nice decor. We ordered she crab soup, fried clam and fried oysters. The soup and clam were good but the oysters were exceptional, pump and juicy with a crunch on the coating. The wait staffs were friendly and pleasant. Definitely worth the trip.

Like any beach town during the summer, can be long waits. 75-90 minutes even on a weekday. But certainly will worth it. 5 of us got appetizers and dinner and not a clunker for any one if them. Had the shrimp and grits for entree and fried pickled okra for appetizer. Tasted great and huge portions. Everyone needed a box for leftovers.

Once again an amazing meal, Jeremy was our server and explained everything and was awesome in every aspect, we've had him in the past and have always enjoyed having him as a server. The tuna poke was fantastic, seasoned just right and so fresh! I had the whole yellow tail snapper which was a definite home run, not the first time I have gotten that there.

One of our Outer Banks favorites!! The fish bites never disappoint, always so delicious. You can never go wrong with any item on the menu. This time, I had the Yellowfin Tuna...amazing!! It was actually more than I could eat. You should always save room for dessert. The cheesecakes are to die for!! Shared the peach cheesecake this trip. Well worth the wait!
