I bought one in 2019. They replaced that one a few years later because it stopped working. . I’m trying to reach them because that one stopped working too. I’d like another replacement. How do I reach them now?

We bought 2 thru Amazon and they worked great for about 1 year. We loved them! Then the on/off button wore out on both of them within days of each other (our dogs DO chew on the other's collar, evidently about equally) so we ended up requesting replacement collars. We contacted seller thru Amazon and replacements were to us within days. On our big bad dogs, lol, and working again! I have to say I am not able to access their website at all for some reason on computer or Android, but access thru Amazon worked like a charm!

Poor Customer service have had to replace device twice within 6 month, Says it was waterproof 1st one quit working first time I got it wet, Sent a replacement with no problem. Second one just quit working given me a hard time about replacing and have to go to post office to send back before theyll send a new one!

Bought the product for my dog. Used it for a month and it didn't help with my dogs behavior problem. I asked for a refund due to not working and I get the run around and was asked to send a video of me using it. Really? Either you take the customer word for it and refund the money or tell me no refunds. What a poor customer service this company has. Due to this I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Horrible product and non existent technical support. It failed after using it once. The receiver won't hold a charge. TERRIBLE PRODUCT DO NOT BUY!!! They offer a lifetime replacement, which is easy to do if you can't reach anyone at the company. I've left 5 messages and no call back!!!

Had two dog collar training sets go bad. They advertise Lifetime Warranty. Both units were replaced. Hopefully they do not go bad again
