We were asked to go around 3 times, that’s fine. When we get there the woman doesn’t ask for any insurance information after making us wait 10 more minutes just to say to come back at 2 because she needs to go to lunch. What type of customer service starts attending a customer to tell them to pause so they can go eat. You finish the job.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The pharmacy is slack and they have no sympathy for their customers and they dress unprofessional. This is my 2nd time coming to this pharmacy and the same young lady not in dress code, she wears a bonnet and or headscarf around her head. She’s not a Muslim and it’s not a head wrap or hijab. I told her I was on the phone with them for 2 hours and she didn’t say she was sorry or she understood my frustration or anything. I asked her where my prescriptions where she shuffled her feet as if she had something better to do and took her time going back to ask the pharmacy. I understand ppl are tired and ready to go home, but conduct yourself like you care about your job. She came back and said, your insurance doesn’t cover it. I told her I already knew that and I asked her how much it would be and she went back a second time asking the pharmacist. She said “well, we don’t have it in stock”. I almost lost it. I asked her for my other prescription. She said your insurance doesn’t cover that either. I asked her how much it would be w/o insurance. She goes back to the back again to ask the pharmacist. I asked to speak to the pharmacist when I first got to the counter and they kept sending messages back and forth by the young lady. She came back and said “10 dollars”. I said “ok, I’ll get it”. She said “we don’t have it back here. You’ll have to get it off the shelf”. I told her I was just in the store earlier that day and yesterday and they don’t have it on the shelves”. She said “Maybe should try another CVS”. Get it together pharmacy because y’all have been slacking the past 3 years. You’re staff is unprofessional in the way they treat people and the way they dress. Anything goes now, huh? You all never answer the phone and have people waiting on hold for over an hour then direct them to a janky voicemail system where you don’t return calls.

This pharmacy created one of the most frustrating experiences ever. One of my refills has been pending for 3 months and they never follow up with me to let me know that it’s on back order, unavailable or anything else. One pharmacy tech marked that I picked up a medication that I didn’t, causing a huge issue with my insurance and doctors office. They’ll say something will be ready the next day, I go the next day, and they say it’s out of stock without giving me a heads up. Its just a hot mess. I went to Walmart pharmacy in concord and they were so kind, helpful and had all the meds I needed. Go there instead.

Very busy but efficient 24 hour CVS. Love that this is open 24 hours since you can get your prescriptions filled in the middle of the night if you want. They always have a pharmacist on duty every minute of the day. They also have a minute clinic that is staffed extended hours but NOT 24 hours. Good nurse who has helped me with lab tests and prescriptions.

I was forced to switch to this pharmacy because of insurance coverage. I have been leaving messages on their voicemail which isn’t a problem with me. My prescriptions have not been put on my cvs app yet for refills due to they have just been switched over. Today I was on hold 20 minutes and couldn’t even talk to the answering machine. I had to call the store back and speak with a manager who took my number, so we will see if I get a return call or end up out of medicine. Sorry, I’m use to speaking with a person at my previous pharmacy and this is very aggravating to me.

Will never come back. You guys will loose business for sure. Bad smell, terrible pharmacy service, not having my prescription although I got a call, had to repeat all my personal info for more than 6 times. Switching to Walgreen across the street for sure.

Have been with them for 6 years. Had 2 prescriptions that could not be filled. Tried calling during their open hours and no one answers. Going with Publix across the street this time. If service there is better then permanently switching to them.

The pharmacy is trash. Had an appointment for my son to get his vaccines on Sunday. They called to tell us that they don’t have any vaccines but a shipment will arrive tomorrow. We show up the next day for our appt and they still don’t have the vaccines. Would it kill you to communicate with your customers instead of wasting our time? We could have made other arrangements.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Always talked down to, always given misinformation, always have beyond ridiculous lines, and after my last experience, I’ll never return. I was forced over to cvs last year from my insurance, I’ll be using goodrx and using a different retailer from now on. Treating people with basic decency and respect, as well as fair treatment to all, which they don’t do, is a minimum requirement for any business. Don’t go here unless you want to be in a bad mood for the rest of the day after your visit.

Pharmacy is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! The lines aare always long , as well as the wait . They either need to open a second lane , or hire pharmacists with a sense of urgency. So annoying picking meds up here.

You can see how understaffed they are. I think everyone leaving these reviews has never worked retail or fast food. They’re busy with long waits because they fill about 800 prescriptions a day with only about 3-4 people working. 1 drive through, 1 front and maybe 2 filing with one pharmacist. (Do the math) Open your eyes with how hard they are working. Not one of them is out to get to you and not fill your prescription. The system has an automated suggested time to when it’s it’s ready, doesnt mean it’s filled at that time, BECAUSE of how understaffed it is. People need to be way more understanding. The more nasty you are to these workers the LESS they will want to work in this field. And guess what then? Longer wait times :)

I have used this drive through pharmacy for over 15 years. It has gone extremely downhill. An average wait is 10 minutes per car. One pharmacist never understands what I say and I have to repeat myself. The last time I went, the person ahead of us dropped a paper outside her car window. The pharmacist walked all the way through the store, around the building, PAST 7 cars in line waiting for prescription pickup to pick up the paper for the woman!! Very nice of her…IF SHE HADN’T ALREADY TAKEN 10 minutes per car making everyone wait 30 plus minutes!!!!! Very frustrating.

Whatever you do steer clear of this pharmacy. Husband was discharged frim the hospital and was supposed to have 5 prescriptions. It took the girl behind the counter 20 minutes of searching around (dragging her feet around as slow as possible) to find 4 of them. Had to reprint one because even though it had just been filled she couldn’t find it. All medications were in different bins….. not sure of the logic there. This evening I realized I am missing a medication. They are completely incompetent at this location. Zero stars.

This CVS location has done a complete turn around! Thank you for hiring such wonderful new employees….Dawn, in particular, made my shopping experience a true delight today, and now the CVS of Harrisburg has been completely redeemed!In short, I was determined to NEVER visit this store again after being treated in a such a foul manner by the pharmacy (one employee specifically), as well as witnessing quite a poor selection of products in the aisles, all of which were in disarray. This was maybe two months ago, and today was such a pleasant surprise that I had to leave a review, which is a first for me.One of my prescriptions was back ordered at almost every pharmacy that I called in Charlotte, so I finally decided to give this CVS another shot due to their location.Unlike before, this time a pharmacy rep answered my call promptly, checked to find my medicine in stock, and had it filled within ten minutes!Upon entry, I thought I’d entered an entirely different store than the one I visited before. The health and beauty section was huge, fully stocked, organized, and clean, with bright lighting and the aesthetic of a creative boutique! Very few stores I’ve visited in general have been on this level.Dawn greeted me as I stood in awe…she is such a lovely young lady, both inside and out! She had a cart and had been stocking, yet enthusiastically led me around with so much detailed info on items that were perfect for me, down to the colors and ingredients that suited my needs. I assumed she was a regional manager at the very least, but when I asked, she told me she’d just began there as a customer service rep! I’m no spring chicken, so when I tell u her professionalism ranked among my top three experiences of any retail store, EVER, you can take that to the bank! I ended up feeling I’d been blessed with the opportunity to spend my money!After two hours of impeccable assistance from Dawn, I got my prescription with ease from the pharmacy. Again, top notch service, warmth from each associate, as well as warmth and a genuine desire to assist me.Good job CVS….the hard work of your new employees, especially Dawn, have earned you back a loyal customer for life! I hope you’re paying these folks well so that they stay indefinitely!

Absolutely the worst CVS in the area. The hours listed for the store and the pharmacy are completely arbitrary - call and speak to an actual person before taking the trip!A trip to the pharmacy is a 25 min ordeal MINIMUM, no matter what time you go...if opened at all. I've gone at 10:30am on a weekday for it to be closed and the CVS cashier just shrugged & said the "pharmacist wasn't in yet" oh, okay. Filling RXes takes a while, often I'll get the automated texts that my Rx is ready AFTER the pharmacy closes for the night. Usually I don't get the notifications at all, even though I get a monthly Rx filled there. That monthly RX pickup is the bane of my existence.Tonight my husband went to the door, only to find it locked. Not open 24 hours. So frustrating.

We moved here from Tulsa, OK and loved our CVS and Pharmacist at 15th Street in Tulsa. I was apprehensive that we would find the same remarkable service. But we did. Today Dana helped me get our insurance straight and found a GoodRx deal for my RX until our primary insurance take effect. Thank You Dana and CVS

The service is great, and the manager shay was awesome! There was a mistake that one of the cashier's made and when I came back to tell him about it he called the manager and she was so nice and professional. They helped me fix my problem with kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much! Y'all are great!

After getting bounced to this CVS because the CVS on Union did not have my son's prescription. the pharmacy called and confirmed with me that I would like to purchase this at noon today, because my insurance company would not cover it. I told him that was perfectly fine and we would still like it filled. after waiting a while we called and checked on what time it would be ready the computer said 5:00pm. when I went there to pick it up at 5:00 they informed me that they didn't have it in stock and will not be getting it for a few days. you can find better customer service at Walmart self checkout.

I went last night for some last minute pills at 10:30pm. I purposely came here since it says it’s 24 hours on the website. Got into the store and the two ladies working quickly as I got in they said on the intercom that since they were short staffed that they will be closing, so to make your last selection and go to check out. Less than 5 minutes passed and I was still looking for my medications and one of the ladies came up to me saying they closed. I felt rushed and bought the first medication I saw for my pain since they were such in a rush to leave. As soon as I walked out the store, so did they. I understand that you are short staffed but the way you rush the customer while they are in pain and finding something to help with that is not good customer service.

I work in customer service, so I know it's hard.But I have never been so disrespected in a customer service situation verbally.Tone, lack of empathy, shortness of word, no eye contact. At the end I was told have a good day, as a try to make up for the conversation but even that felt condescending.It doesn't matter which pharmacy person working did this. If this is one team member then the whole staff needs to train to be better in customer service.I was truthful, polite, and straightforward about my situation. I'm aware I made a mistake and was trying to fix it, but I don't need your staff to make me feel worst with just words and how they speak to me.Please address this issue.

I waited in a long line at the pharmacy - it's always a long wait. I ask if they have a blood pressure machine - they don't, but told me that the MinuteClinic could quickly take my blood pressure.I wait again and finally an employee comes out of the exam room. I ask to have my blood pressure taken - her EXACT response: "it's illegal for us to take your blood pressure." No other explanation. No suggestion to make an appointment. I was not sure I heard her correct, so I repeated what she said. Her response, "yep, it's illegal."As an attorney in NC for over 15 years, I am really interested in what federal or state law that prevents you from taking a persons blood pressure.I was left speechless...

After not being able to get my son’s medicine, filled over at the other CVS down the road from them I was able to get it filled in a matter of five minutes. The guy was very helpful and nice and I highly recommend the pharmacy here. Thank you for having good customer service.

Definitely not open 24hrs, not sure who they're kidding. Sitting here at 11:35 in the parking lot looking at the 3ft 24hr sign in the window. Once, okay, this is like the 5th time in 3 months I've come here and it's closed before midnight. Not a big deal if they didn't advertise 24hrs. Hell... I'll take the sign sign down for you and adjust your hours online to (Whenever we feel like it commoner) lol

Becoming increasingly annoyed with this pharmacy. I don’t know why Service has changed so abruptly but the last two prescriptions I’ve come to pick up for my son have not been ready. The first one was sent over a week before I needed it and when I came to pick up the pharmacist told me they didn’t have it and it would take a while to get ready. We had to leave for work and school and I could not stay. The next month I received a call from the pharmacist that they received it early and they would have it ready the following week. I came by the next week and a different pharmacist told me it was put back and I would need to wait for it again. I am unsure why our prescriptions are not being prepared on time when they are sent over a few days or more prior to needing them.In addition, this is a 24 hour store and I called ahead of time to make sure that the prescription would be ready. I called three times and the phone just rang and rang. No IVR, no messaging system and no answer. And of course, nothing was ready when I got there.I think after these instances it makes sense for me to switch to a new pharmacy that can better suit my needs. Perhaps this one is too busy and/or understaffed or does not have a proper system to allow them to be prepared to service.

CVS in general is the worst chain, but this location takes the cake. I always sit on hold for at least 20-30 min. Oftentimes someone picks up and hangs up, forcing me to call back. This time I waited for 20 min and they picked up then hung up. Called again, waited 48 min, same outcome. They do this on purpose. Staff at every CVS location are always rude and impatient, but again they take home the prize for rudest staff at this location. CVS as a whole is terrible and they know many of us are forced to use them because of our insurance, so they really have no incentive to be polite or professional. It is very clear the staff at this location is aware of this. I would give them a zero star if I was able to.

On multiple occasions I have arrived at this pharmacy only to find out they DON'T have the prescription in stock! Was told they would send prescription to Walgreens, called Walgreens and they had not received anything! This CVS is terrible and I will not use it ever again for prescriptions!!!!

I never really have much of an issue here, except once I can remember it was awful and had to be sent to another pharmacy and that took half the day in itself. I'm not sure what time they go out for lunch either, but I noticed today at 1:45 the whole pharmacy was shut down. Why? It's 24 hours and you'd think lunch would be taken in turns but I guess they didn't have enough employees to run it?
