Cant stand this walmart. Associates always wanna argue and be disrespectful.. now that they going through a remodel they will no longer honor price adjustments. So even though for example this bag of puppy food said one price on the shelf they would not honor it at the register. Was provided picture proof of the many items there and price and yet "no its a courtesy that we aren't doing anymore" is what i was told. we all gonna stick together and boycott Kelloggs for his stupidity, lets go ahead and start boycotting walmart too.. it's not save money and live better anymore!!!

I stopped at this Walmart on my way home and while I was there I asked an employee to unlock one of the doors so I could get the product that I was looking for. She called a manager that had the key. I waited about 15mins no one ever came. So then I saw another employee and she asked the manager that was in front of her. The manager walked away stating she was on break. So I never got what I needed. I ended up just saying never mind and leaving. What kind of manager yall got working. Even if she was on her break she could have at least said let me call someone else to assist you. I’m sure she not the only one that has a key. Just straight up rude!

I completely understand that the store is going through a remodel, but something could have been done to staff the registers and open the self checkouts. There were at least 100 people waiting in line to check out. I couldn't stand up any longer, so I left without my purchases. Walmart, please think about your customers having to stand in line so long and provide quicker checkout service.

This use to be my favorite Wal-mart, But all Wal-Mart's to me is just not stocked with "right now" products. It's a deterrent when you need a particular item right then and now. Wal-Mart used to be a one stop shop. Those days or gone! O yea! Almost forgot please! Don't ask any of the employees for any assistants their first words "I don't work this department".

I didn’t think it was possible, but the shopping experience has gotten worse here! The store is in total disarray, and the produce is terrible! Even worse, items ring up higher than the price tags, and they refuse to honor the listed price! I even brought a photo of the price tag to Customer Service, and they didn’t care! Going back to Target!

I think I stand in line more than 45 minutes at at customer service. 4 / 6 associates walked past customer nobody ask us for help . So another customer walked to money center and they finally told us customer was close. I feel like if you registered train you should be train for customer service and money center.

Worst customer service ever I've seen then anywhere place around the world!Black lady who is a lead for self check out is terrible and extremely rude! I know walmart is doing its best to keep business running. But I think employees like that needs to be re-evaluated and get replaced with someone who actually want to work. There are several thousand people who actually need a job, but people like her taking it for granted.I hope walmart would do something about employees re-evaluation, especially for the Leads.

It's a large place naturally so be ready to shop it can time consuming or it can be quick depending on what type of service you looking for .Clean and the staff is usually extremely helpful Just be patient and remember we are all human 😂 😂

I do not know who designed the checkout area in this particular Wal-Mart, but they should be fired, along with the store manager that approved this mess. This is the biggest nightmare I've ever seen. And if you don't understand why, go down there on Saturday and stand in one of the two check-out lines and try to figure out where to go. There are two lines, but no one's there to help you, and no one knows where to go. It's total chaos! Can't tell what registers are open, because the space is organized poorly and most of the registers are closed.Furthermore, the checkout stands with checkers are located within this enclosed section. Why? This makes zero sense and adds to the confusion. All of the staff are goofing off, talking on their phones and to each other. What a mess, the person that put this together should not only be fired, they should be made to shop there every weekend, but only after listening to exactly what the customers think of this mess.If you MUST have this absolutely ridiculous system. Then bring it down to one giant line, instead of two. Get rid of all of the closed registers and have someone to guide people to the open registers. Fire all the staff that are standing around doing nothing, as they add to the confusion and they don't do a thing, anyway.Also, the person who covered up the really nice Greenville sign above the carts... Fire them as well. I don't know why you got rid of such a nice personalized part of the store to replace it with such a useless sign. We all know where the carts are. We have all been to Wal-Mart before.This used to be my favorite Wal-Mart, now we drive across town to go to the new Wal-Mart, just to avoid the ridiculous check out situation. Perhaps you could go there and see how an intelligent human sets up check out lines. I suggested this store, and the neighborhood walmart, to all of the elderly folks standing in line complaining about this mess, this weekend.Would have told someone my thoughts in person this weekend, but the EIGHT people I tried to speak with were too busy goofing off to have time to talk to a customer.WORST WAL-MART EVER.

Check your prices when shopping at this WalMart!! Prices alway ring up higher at the check out than the price on the shelf or online. If you approach Customer Service about being overcharged, they always state WalMart corporate doesn’t allow for refunds or adjustments. This location has very unethical business and pricing tactics!!!

No person from any department ever picks up the phone and a few times they have even picked up and then immediately hung up!!! I will not be using this Walmart ever again. Since I moved to NC about 10 yrs ago, Walmart has been my go to store, both the super store and the market store. I've always found the food to be fresh, and the prices always seem to be the best. But the most important thing may be that the people working there are some of the nicest people I meet c on a day to day basis.

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous for spark pick up and delivers. I usually have to wait at least an hour or more! Even for small orders! And maybe 4 other vehicles in the parking spaces. Everytime I ask I keep getting the same answer "were short staffed" but they have at least 3 or more people loading cars up! You guys really need to figure it out! Any other Walmart I'm loaded about a minute after I pull in. Update 3/11/24: the checkout is out of hand you literally have to go around your as$hole to get your elbow just to be able to cash out this is rediculas!!!

This Walmart is one of the most disorganized Walmart ever! The service from staff members are horrible. Staff members at customer service will be on their phones while assisting you. They are NOT doing work related things on their phones at the time because they would be giggling at the messages being exchanged during your visit.At this Walmart, they barely have someone available at the money center! They either left early, and when I say early I mean before 3pm. Or the person did not show up for work. Or some lame excuse! Walmart suppose to have better control over their employees not employees having control over them. Walmart is the one paying these employees not the employees paying them! This Walmart needs to have better organization. Also, people get off at 6pm sometimes, so the money center should stay open until about 7 or 8pm during the week to help accommodate this!This Walmart is known for having expired merchandise/food on their shelves. This is not right and unhealthy! People should feel safe shopping in Walmart knowing their products are not expired! It's not the shoppers' job to ensure of that. Shopping in itself can be stressful at times, especially with these high prices. People don't need to also be concerned with buying expired products. And by the time one gets home sometimes just to drive back to return these products is a waste of time and money, so then Walmart gets to pocket that money and provide expired products! This is NOT fair and needs to be stopped!Staff members are just rude and disrespectful at this Walmart, the majority of them. They are NOT helpful and do NOT make the shopping experience fun nor enjoyable at this Walmart!

I go to this Walmart when I don't want to go all the way to 10th St., but it's really dirty. I was trying to buy a lipstick and it looked like a tornado had been through there. All the lipsticks and gloss had been opened, tried on and flung around. 80 percent of the makeup wasn't stocked at all. It was gross. I got a few groceries and there were cockroach everywhere at the checkout. There were someone's picked clean chicken bones left on the shelf by the checkout right by the jerky. They had been there for awhile. The floors and shelves are filthy. Maybe hire someone to clean?

Pathetic. Associates would hide on aisles and get upset if you ask for assistance. Needed help loading desk into cart, got snapped at and told to go to customer service and went back to their group conversation, laughing. Never going back.

Really don't like this particular walmart. Always nasty people leaning on counters complaint about the job. Not stocked very well. You could tell this particular walmart is in a not do very nice area. Seems the owners care more about the one on 10th street more than this one.

Went to do pickup this morning around 10:30 -11 am of curbside, and the cars were lined up as no parking spaces for pickup. Only 4 which is unacceptable, and I left as would be an hour wait. Hopefully tomorrow I can get my items delivered to me at my car in a reasonable time. Never had this problem at the Walmart 10th Street.

This Walmart can be a convenient place to go, however, their stocking usually seems less prioritized, the store is usually more dirty, and it has much fewer carts available inside compared to the Walmart on 10th st. We call the other Walmart the "nice" Walmart as it is a generally more enjoyable experience. Also don't rely upon this Walmart for decent produce, or really any Walmart around Greenville.

I stopped in to buy some gluten-free bread.The conveyor built has seen better days and appears to have visible dirt on it.After months of not eating bread, I went home and made toast with butter. I admit I went overboard, but by the time I got to slice #5, there was mold in the bottom corner.Today is February 21, 2021. The bread is dated best by March 10, 2021. Perhaps it wasn't stored properly.They did have similar bread marked down to $4.11, but it was dated February 19 and I didn't want old bread. I paid $5.68 instead and still didn't get fresh bread.Never again.

Absolutely terrible! My boyfriend and I waited in the jewelry department for well over 2 hours after asking for assistance multiple times. While he waited I continued to look around and noticed a big larger bearded man that kept following me around. I got a bit concerned so i started paying attention to him. It was then i noticed he was not only following me around, but as i walked up behind him on an isle i watched him staring at my boyfriend too. I took a picture of him on my phone and showed my boyfriend. Well while my boyfriend continued to wait. I continued to keep an eye on our weird stalker. I didnt continue shopping i had no buggy or purse or bags so if he was looking to rob me he'd be out of luck. His prey was now his hunter. I continued to walk the isles closer to where my boyfriend stood continuing to wait at the jewlry counter. On one of my laps around an employee was calling out a man name and caught up to my weird stalker and taps him on the shoulder. He turn and with a ring of hostility responds to the employee. Its then i realized this stalker was an employee too! Its then i was able to half put this senerio together. I do understand what secret shoppers are and shoplifters are a thing. However I had no bags, purse or buggy! So why was this man so persistently watching us? If he worked there why not assist us instead of letting us wait? Its beyond creepy. And i will be reporting this to Walmarts higher ups. Apparently when we were finally helped in the jewelry department they didnt have keys to the displays either. What a waste of the last Saturday before Christmas. Walmart in Greenville NC definitely needs more work. Included is a picture of the man following me. When i started following him he didnt find it as entertaining. I sincerely hope him following us probably allowed hundreds of thousand dollars walk right in out the door with actual shoplifters. Find better ways to keep your stock in the store. Instead of making the innocent peoplr feel like they are about to be robbed or abducted. Again i had no bags, purse, or cart!? Why was he really following me other than to be a creep!?
