DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PHARMACY!!!! They clearly do not care about their customers!!! I have called 3 different times within 30 minutes just for them to put me on hold and hang up on me. I cannot even get one word from them not even to ask me to hold. I called back and spoke to a supervisor but clearly nothing was done!!! Do not waste your time calling clearly they act like they aren't supposed to take calls. Better yet find your business elsewhere is what I recommend.

Pharmacy staff need to improve the accuracy/consistency of information. Waited an hour and a half to learn they didn’t have the prescription they said I could wait for and then they advised me to wait another hour. When I said that was not acceptable, I was told the prescription was backordered. I would have been beyond livid if I had waited the additional hour. The 24-hour operation at this location is appealing but not if service is going to be this poor.

They always slow when picking up medicine. The drive through and inside be full they will still take their time, it be like 4-5 other people in the back and they will not help out at all. They not organized at all.

Medicine is never ready even if the automatic system notifies u that it is ready.wait time is always over a hour & then you will be told to come back for pick up.The front store managers run when asked for assistance with photos & leave questions to be answered by the one cashier they have while they gossip away on the phone!

The pharmacist told me there were other Walgreens in town to go to and they were busy when I asked for help. Tried for 4 days, 7 calls and 3 in person visits to get my prescription that was transferred in from my hometown Pharmacy. My Pharmacist even offered to speak directly to the pharmacist here and she gave me a look and said, “we don’t do that”.

Horrible pharmacy staff. Went to go pick up prescriptions that were ready and after waiting 5 minutes at the window with no answer was told it would be an hour to fill. Not to mention the 6 other cars waiting behind me. Unacceptable. And when questioned about the medicines was told that a prescription completely out of the question was out of date. Either get more staff or figure out how to do your job.

The 24 hrs Walgreens pharmacy in Greenville NC is terrible. I called to the store to speak with a pharmacist or Representative and I waited on the phone 8am to 9am for an hours and nobody answered.The pharmacist deserves a zero rating. My prescription refills will be changed to another company that knows how to treat and serve their customers. This will be televised on the world news about their poor, redundant services.The general managers should try calling their store and they will see how it feel to get no service!

They make mistakes constantly, entering prescriptions in wrong which causes insurance issues. Then you have to stay on the phone forever to get anyone to talk to you and half the time after you wait half an hour they hang up on you instead of answering. When you go in person the lines are usually so backed up you have to wait an hour and they have additional registers but will not open them. The staff members are unhelpful and just say it is a busy store. I'm switching everything to a different pharmacy and complaining to Walgreens corporate. It is the worst service I have ever had at a pharmacy.

This place is absolutely horrible. It’s a nightmare. Everyone’s prescriptions are scattered on the floor. They obviously can’t handle their workload. Also, my wife needs LIFESAVING medication and they say it’s ready, and then it’s not but will be tomorrow and guess what? It’s not. Do better.

Not sure what's going on with the pharmacy staff, but for the past 2 months the service have become grossly neglectful. The wait time in store, on the phone and in the drive through have become ridiculous.Today I called and was automatically placed on hold for exactly 23 minutes. Every few minutes the phone would ring and I would be placed back on hold without anyone saying a word. Finally the pharmacist picked up and identified her self as Emily. She was rude and sarcastic when I voiced my concerns about how the call was handled. Customer care has gone down hill. Walgreens has all ways been busy, but to completely ignore customers is becoming the new normfor them. This rudeness and extremely long wait time regardless of what time you contact them or even how you contact them is not a supportive environment for people with medical issues and trying to get well. I have been with them for many years, but it's time to go.25

Had 2 prescriptions sent over to be filled. Called them at 1 pm and said they were filling it “right now as we speak” and they would be done at 3 pm. I pull into the parking lot and wait in line for 20+ minutes then finally get to the front just to be told my medicine hasn’t even been filled yet nor do they know when it will be filled. I then call them back at 4 and couldn’t even get anyone on the phone. I waited 27 minutes on hold just to be hung up on as soon as they picked up. I called back one more time, waited for 14 minutes and hung up as soon as they picked up. I will never be going back to this Walgreens because this has happened over a handful of times. Medicine is something some people NEED and can’t go without.

I see many poor reviews about this location during the pandemic based on speed of service but this is the only 24 hour pharmacy around, close to a huge hospital and they are busy. I observed them work nonstop on prescriptions while I waited for mine to be filled. These are tough times and I wish people would be kind to staff members that show up and work on endless orders and vaccinate a constant line of folks . That said, I am visiting from out of state and they took the time to call and have my prescription transferred to get me what I needed. I worked with 3 people and they all showed care and concern plus they didn't give up with my doctor's office didn't answer the phone to approve the transfer. They kept trying until they got it. I am grateful for the this team who is obviously facing tough critics in such a tough environment. There is a pandemic, labor shortage, supply chain issues and more, please cut them a break.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would! Christina the pharmacist has horrible customer service skills and should probably reconsider her career choice. Minutes after witnessing her stand in the aisle helping another customer, she told me to “pick up something natural off that aisle right there”. I specially drove 20 minutes across town at 10:30 at night to talk to a pharmacist.This lack of service is why I moved my monthly prescriptions to a fabulous pharmacy, where the pharmacists are always (so far, 6 months in) so helpful!Save yourself some money and frustration, don’t shop Walgreens!!!!

Pharmacist who was working today, 07/27/2021 at 10pm is rude! He conveniently had his name covered while talking to me. I was trying to get a medicine my doctor told me to get in addition to a prescription. I trust my doctor and her directions far more than this man! This isn’t the only Walgreens pharmacy I can use! Will not be returning! They apparently allow people to harass customers too! I couldn’t hardly leave without people begging for money or rides! I didn’t feel like going to the cops when it should be the store’s responsibility for this! Do better and re-evaluate the employees here! None of them seem to know anything!

Many issues with this store. The pharmacy is terrible; not sure if it’s lack of staff or some other excuse. They always have a line and are extremely slow. Not very considerate of the people having issues in store. Twice now, when filling a prescription, I have been placed on hold for 20+ min. At the end of the “holding” an automated voice prompts me to take a survey and then proceeds to end the call without taking a survey. It’s happened 2 times. Never going back again.

They are open 24 hours, but for an unexplained reason closed every night for a week in October.Prescriptions are never ready when they say, they don’t call to alert you, this pharmacy rarely picks up the phone even when the docs call for us, they will cancel items before speaking with you. I was told that it was $20 so they didn’t fill it, instead of them calling.

Pharmacy was the worst I guess they don't have a prioritized system for waiting customers. I was told the wait is 15-30 minutes more like an hour and thirty minutes. The cashier was sort of nice but the pharmacist were slow and didn't fill the prescriptions in the right order I saw them fill at 15 orders for non-waiting customers. I spent all day in the hospital then spend all night at a pharmacy they recommended!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was on hold twice of a prescriptions status and the Pharmacy refused to pick up the phone. Was on hold the first time over 30 min and when i called back and tried again it was over forty minutes then the line just rang and rang and rang constantly. Had to call my doctors office just to have them send my prescriptions to a CVS instead. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Every time we call this store for a transfer, they just put us on hold without saying anything several times over the course of an hour, then they hang up on us. Tried faxing them and calling them back, but never getting a response. Just about every Walgreens is like this and it is very frustrating.

This pharmacy really needs some help or revamping I do not know. I went there to ask for my inhaler to be transferred over to them at 8:30am, there were no customers in line besides at the drive thru and they were getting taken care of. The tech was very sweet she got the information she needed and passed it on to the pharmacist, i felt like he could have just went on ahead and did the transfer because he did not seem too busy for something that was literally going to take 2 minutes because i had just left the other pharmacy and they were waiting. I was told that i would get a text or call when my prescription was ready i got none of that and mind you the other pharmacy closes at 12 pm on Saturdays, so when I did not hear anything at 11:30 i called and the same pharmacist stated that he will get it done right away and he promised after i told him the pharmacy closes at 12 and guess what? It’s 2:18 pm no prescription and of course the other pharmacy is closed now I’m without an inhaler 😒

Do not use this Walgreens! This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Drive-thru line is always around the building. Inside line is down the aisle. People working in the pharmacy show no urgency whatsoever in getting people served. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Started at CVS, but they open at 10am??? So I go to the open Walgreens. No one greeted me, okay. No carts at entrance, had to walk around and look for them while the staff just watched me.Got my items, cooler was not working. No drinks for me.I said hello to the male cashier, no response. I said thank you, I got a uh hun.No customer service at all.

The technicians are nice I never had a problem with them. What i do have a problem with is a specific guy i think he said his name was Rick and he does the call center but I will call back and find out, that man is so arrogant and rude every time i call to verify a medication for a patient. The last straw was today, i called and i was verifying 4 medications I went through two and he stopped me and said “How many are we verifying here!?” I said “I have two more.” This man literally put me on hold and sent me to someone else. First off your call center so you supposed to do your job to help the 24 hour pharmacy. But i know one thing he always answers the phone, so when I call back I will get his name and I will be reporting to corporate how rude he is because that was disrespectful all you had to do was verify two more medications.

Terrible Customer Service. I sent in three photos for them to print and when I received them, they didn’t even cut off the remaining white portion of the photos. She did a very sloppy job and she was rude. I called and the lady at the Photo section and she told me to come in and talk to the manager. On top of that, the lady at the photo lab didn’t allow me to pay for my photos at the Photo section; she sent me to the register. The cashier was polite and so was the manager but the other girl was trash. Definitely my last time coming here.

Called twice to advise my script needed to be filled as a 90day supply. Second time I called I sat on hold for 8 mins and 36 seconds. The woman comes back and says it is squared away and will be ready in 15 minutes. When I go the next morning they still only have 30day ready. They are completely incompetent and unreliable. Then the ridiculous woman at the window try’s to argue the situation with me! So customer service is a joke there as well. I advise spending your money with a nicer establishment as this one makes a mockery of respectable pharmacies everywhere.
