Pitt County K9 Academy is wonderful! We take our two miniature dachshunds for grooming, and we all love going to see Logan and the front desk crew. I especially love the oatmeal shampoo option as one of my girls has sensitive skin. Making appointments is super easy, and communication is wonderful. I get a text notification when the pups are done and ready for pick-up which is so nice! The girls always look so pretty and smell so good when they’re picked up. They usually have bandanas or bows which is such a sweet touch for their spa days! We always look forward to our doggy spa trips, and we (me and the pups) highly recommend this grooming facility!

I highly recommend Pitt County K9 Academy Boarding and Grooming. I have used both services and they are very professional, great communication, reasonable prices, and compassionate for what they do. I trust them taking care of our two Aussies and chocolate lab pup. I started using their mobile grooming which I highly recommend!!

Pitt K9 is just a great place. Dogs are treated with love and care. Lauren Rea grooms both of my fur babies and she is perfect. Everyone there is great and if you do not have a local groomer or daycare facility, I ask that you go see them and let them groom, train and enjoy day care with your pups.

My elderly dog was traumatized at her last grooming appointment at a competitor. I was looking for a new groomer and saw the mobile van for K 9 I called and relayed my concerns and the person who answered was so helpful . I made an appointment and was so impressed with the experience. She was treated like the princess she is and the cut was probably the best she has ever had. When i arrived to pick her up she was sitting on the lap of the person behind the counter and was so relaxed and happy! We already have the next appointment scheduled!

Highly recommend K9 Academy’s Boarding and Grooming! I have a very high energy goldendoodle and they do an amazing job on his grooming. He gets excited every time he goes to boarding and always has a blast with the staff and pups. I know my doodle is always in good hands at K9 academy.

Loki and Thor came to the Academy for the 2-Week Off Leash Training course. Their trainer Mr. Vincent was very knowledgeable and very helpful and answered any questions we had about our pups training! These 2 came out of Pitt County K9 Academy VERY well behaved and trained! We will be coming back to train with the Academy with another one of our pups in the near future! We love the Academy staff and management for taking such GOOD CARE of our fur babies and giving us updates throughout their stay! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your pups to Pitt County K9 Academy for training, boarding, and daycare!

K9 Academy is my favorite! Not big on submitting reviews, but I had an extra great experience today. If you’re not taking the time to read, just know the front desk staff, especially Maggie, is awesome and your baby will be well taken care of.1. Great experience scheduling and help getting my dog (he’s big, takes a larger time block) in according to my work schedule2. Letting me know in advance I needed to bring updated vac documents. Made it super easy to send her the form.3. I was late, forgot the leash, and asked to take my dog to potty when I got there even running late - they were so kind and understanding that it had been a rough morning for us (we did get there in the allotted grace period timing)4. I have a golden doodle with anxiety, they’re always helpful and sweet to him during the hard drop off time, recognizing the new space they had may be tougher too. He was calm as could be when I picked him up!5. Always look out for signs of ear infections, lumps, etc. and update you after grooming to make sure I’m aware of anything they have seen5. Grooming also great :) have been great with trying to brush coat out when possible instead of buzzing by default (doodle hair)

We absolutely love K9 Academy!! I want to thank Malcolm, Nick and Allison for taking such good care of Blue 💙🐾. He went there when he was 2 1/2 to 3 months old to be trained and they did a fantastic job. He will be three in May. He still knows his commands. He still knows Allison and Nick, and when he sees Allison, he runs up and loves on her like she’s part of the family. I can’t say enough great things about K9 Academy, and how they treat and love on their animals, they treat them just like family and we can’t thank them enough for loving our Blue as much as we love him

I took Charlie and Gabby for 14 day training and was very pleased with the results. Have taken them for boarding and feel the staff treat them as their own. They get to play with the other dogs and participate in special events. I love the special reports I am sent on how they are doing. Staff is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Pitt County K9 Academy!

Amazing staff, business that care for my furry son! He has had training and attends daycare weekly - dont know how to survive without PIttCoK9!!! My boy gets extra excited to see them and even at outside events we've attended. I swear he loves them more than me at times!!! Theyre like extended family caring for my boy! Highly recommend! They care and it shows!

My Max loves Pitt K9 academy. He has done the week-long training with Vincent when he was 4 months old and came home much better behaved and more trainable. He goes to daycare three times a week and loves it. They take such great care of him, he comes home happy. We also have used their grooming services and they are top notch. Can't say enough great things about Pitt County K9 Academy. Very thankful for them.

Cheyenne is wonderful with my sweet, but elderly, dog. She genuinely cares for her and has shown such compassion as my dog’s needs have changed with age and illness. The grooming services are great and the staff are all excellent. Highly recommend.

My two pups are long time clients of daycare and boarding. The staff is very sweet and loving on the pups. The owner is very nice. My dogs excitedly whine the whole 20 minute car ride because they are so ready for daycare day. Would absolutely recommend

We are pleased with Mila's progress. We had her in the 14-day overnite program. She learned the tools she needs in order to continue with great progress. She was a bit rusty on her sit command; however now she is sitting almost immediately. Vincent was a great trainer, very understanding, knowledgeable, and ready for any question you have. We are very pleased. Pictures of Mila with "stay" command and ok, come here run!!

I don’t know who was more nervous, my puppy or me on the first trip to a groomer. I went to the wrong location (completely my fault, curse you GPS) but the boarding location sent a message ahead saying I might be a few mins late because of my mistake. I appreciated the kindness that they showed with that act. At the end of the day my puppy had a great time and he looks amazing! Will definitely be using them again.

Pitt k9 always does such a great job grooming my doodle, and this time, my shepherd/husky mix too! They do exactly what I ask and the dogs always come out looking amazing (and they’re so good with the dogs while they’re there).

Today was Princess’s monthly bath and grooming. She loves going here and runs across the parking lot to get there. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Lauren is an excellent groomer. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. In fact we drive 30 miles to get here.

Pitt County Groomers did a wonderful job on my Toy Poodle and a tiny Mini Golden Doodle. The girls look fantastic and the groomers weree skilled and polite. I recommend them for any grooming requirements.

We have taken our dog, Neko, to Pitt County K9 for over 3 years. Doggie Day care 2 times a week and Training classes. Vince and the staff are very professional and seem to genuinely love the dogs. Our dog goes to doggie day care and gets socialization with other dogs and it really helps his behavior. The staff goes the extra mile.Boarding is great and Neko has no stress staying there.

I take both of my dogs for grooming/baths and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. My boy always looks great leaving PCK9!! Will definitely continue to use them!!
