Wow!There was a variety of products in the store I was surprised by. I was able to find what I needed and more. It was a small store, but set up well, and the staff was nice. Great experience purchasing items to spoil my best friend!

Remi loves Mariah! After she had a bad experience with Patricia she was a little nervous to go back but ended up loving it and having a better experience this time with her favorite groomer! She’s seen her 5 times now and we definitely won’t be trusting anyone else with our baby ❤️❤️

This petco is full of fun! It definitely has great prices for your pets! I needed a place to entertain my toddler for a bit due to my family running late to go out to eat and I ran into this petco. Lol it felt as if I took my toddler to a mini zoo here and the staff even did a great job taking the animals out and showing them to us. They were patient with my toddler and we were able to pet some of them! The grooming part of petco was packed! So I'm guessing they must be great here because every customer was so happy to be there and the pets were so lovable! This petco was a really nice to visit compared to the one where I'm from in Connecticut.

Today I took my Maltese and Yorkie to get groomed and when I arrived to pick up them I was waiting in the area to pickup my two girls as I was waiting one of the groomers was grooming a white small dog and all of a sudden she pulled the dogs tail because the dog moved a little and she looked back and seen me looking and she said to the dog no no girl as if she was trying to justify what she had just done

They very seldom have the flavor and size bag of food that my dog likes! If you're looking for purina pro plan chicken and rice flavor in the 18lb bag, go elsewhere!

There is Never anyone to help in aquatics. Everytime I go It takes me 10+min to track down someone to help get fish/shrimp. Then most of the time they don't know anything of aquatics if I have questions and are usually miserable about catching fish/shrimp. More than once they tried to talk me out of getting anything especially when i need ghost shrimp. Which they should be in a tank without gravel so you can see them but that is not the case here.Definitely need to hire more workers. Most other Petcos I've been to have Aquatic specialists but not the Greenville NC location.Sadly I don't have many other options in this city. Might need to travel to get better service.

Petco is such a great pet store. A friend of mine just got a dog so we went to Petco to get some stuff and they have everything! Tons of beds, toys and foods. They also have spiders, snakes and frogs o my! They have a terrific foundation to adopt pets and they had a tailless cat that was so friendly. She's the cat in the picture and the description is of her too. I had no idea there are so many types of dog clothes. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended!

It has 2 registers that are side by side, like if you were at a drive-through. No very spacious for how they have it. Very confusing. All in all, it has awesome employees. Many, many Thanx to them.

I will not speak bad of the retail store because all retail stores are always in need of cleaning. The salon team seemed happy and busy. I came to interview as a stylist. Groomer of 18yrs and counting. I drove from Wilson to Greenville to meet the managers here. The reason I did not proceed with the interview was no manager shook my hand. I arrived early. For the handshake so we could get started. No one welcomed me and no one offered a handshake so I did not proceed with the interview. I only have limited availability for dog grooming. And I did not feel the welcome I needed to continue in the interview process. I WILL ATTEMPT TO WORK WITH THIS LOCATION AFTER THE NEW YR. It was a horrible experience. The lady cut my dog down, and I only asked for a trim and then went went to pick my dog up. She has been scratch and she haven't stopped scratching to this day. She was scratching there since she left there. She's red all over her hair hasn't grow back and it was a horrible experience and my dog has been there before And it was just so horrible that I'm still traumatized from the experience me and my dog and I will not be bringing my dog back again. The only thing they gave me was a refund my refund and told me that's all they could do that. You didn't even offer a free bath again the only game of my money back and told me that that's the least that's all they could do for me did not justify the fact that my daughter look like she was put inside a blender and chopped up she looks horrible and she will not be going back.

ALEXIS THE MANAGER, was VERY RUDE, and refused to give me service and kept walking. I asked her if she could open the ferret cages because i was interested in buying one & she said “ we don’t open the cages if you’re not going to buy one” and she walked off. Teresa, another employee kindly helped me because i told her i WAS interested, TERESA WAS SO NICE!!!! when Alexis seen Teresa helping me she again said “ we don’t open that if they’re not going to buy one” and teresa told her that we are interested & alexis again walked away and didn’t say anything else.NEEDLESS TO SAY, i’m on my way to BILLS PET SHOP to go buy a ferret.

Mariah in grooming in an angel and my dog absolutely adores her! I know every time I drop him off that he’s in good hands and that she will treat him like her own dog! I took my pomeranian in for grooming. I'm always nervous when he gets a cut considering the length and thickness of his fur. Ashley did a wonderful job and was so kind and caring with Winston! He looks great and was sent home with a complimentary bag of goodies. The easy online scheduling, quick check in and fair prices will bring us back the next time he needs a fresh look. I will never go to this store again. I drove an hour to get fish for my new setup. Got to petco and the employee at the fish couldn’t help me because he was off the clock but said someone would be over soon. I waited over 30 minutes. Finally saw the girl that I was supposedly waiting for, asked her if she could get some fish and she said “no I’m the only person on the floor and I’m clocking out in 5 minutes, and no one else can help you”. So I left and went elsewhere. They have lost my business from now on.

Ramir was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about all different types of animals! He was very easy to talk to and very approachable. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about the animals. Overall, Ramir made our experience at Petco very enjoyable and we will be back :)

The Petco branch situated in Greenville, North Carolina, exhibited unprofessional behavior and refused to provide grooming services for my pet at the scheduled appointment. The reason given by the staff member was untrue, and the corporate office confirmed that there was no such policy in place for older pets. My pet was able to stand and walk on her own, and there was no valid reason for refusing the service. The staff member's attitude and behavior indicated that there was a scheme to deny me service even before I arrived. I have lodged a complaint and will continue to give negative feedback until this behavior is addressed. The only explanation for the staff member's actions is that she may have refused service based on race, as all the requirements were met, and her justification was false.
