They ALWAYS do a great job taking care of my pup and giving him the best treatment! His claws are always clipped perfectly, he smells amazing and feels so so soft, and the various extra treatments they offer are so affordable that I usually add all of them on! You absolutely can’t beat the price, and my dog (who has pretty rough anxiety) loves coming here and even looks forward to it now, so he must be getting some extra pets and lovin back there. They make sure to put on the cutest bandanas/bows/ties on when he’s done as well which is such a cute touch. I won’t go anywhere else.

We’ve been going to All Pets Considered for our “spa days” for three years and we love them! Fozzies fear of being groomed has disappeared in the three years we’ve been going here. His cuts always look great and he always smells amazing! And the best part is the layout. You can see everyone, and the kennels, and can rest assured everyone treats the animals with love.

THRILLED with the grooming services at APC. My little dog is very anxious and shaky. Every other groomer we have used complains about her shaking and errs on the side of shaving her even when we explicitly ask them not to. One even severely clipped her hind leg and then blamed it on the dog. APC always adheres to our wishes and gives her the cutest little trim. They have never complained about her shaking and she always comes back happy and tail wagging (with other groomers she seems traumatized). I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Had our Bernese Mountain dog groomed yesterday. We went for a trim, bath and brush, her stomach was shaved. After getting a call back asking why this happened i was told she has some matts on her stomach. She was just groomed at the same place 2 months ago and had no matts then nor did she yesterday. The whole cut is very choppy and amateur looking. Very disappointed in the services and would not recommend anything aside from bathing if you go here. Photo attached of the ha l job as you can see this is very uneven and shoild not have been done

Would avoid grooming that involves any cut. Be prepared to have them shave your doodle into a poodle looking shape if they’re are *any* mats present despite requests to avoid shaving at all costs. They left a half an inch of hair with very uneven shaping on face and legs. I feel that services were rushed through and that shaving was the easy and quick way out.

I have a Pomeranian who needed a trim. When I went in to drop her off, they had no information about the services I had booked when I called and made the appointment. So I quickly relayed to the groomer what I was looking for. I specified that I did not want her coat trimmed too much, just clean up with a more rounded look. They call me to come pick her up just an hour after her appointment and when I saw her haircut I was so sad. You could see lines where they had used the electric trimmer, her ears were a mess. Her coat looked horrible. I was most disappointed in her rear end. The hair was so short and not rounded at all. I called and they got her back in the same day to fix it up, and while it did look better it is not what I asked for. She looks like she has a fox cut. It seemed to me my groomer was not familiar with Pomeranian cuts. No groomer has EVER used electric shears on my dog. It can be unhealthy for their coat and make it not grow back as full. I paid $85 dollars for this service, so I expect top quality work and professionalism. I was not offered a credit or discount on my service even after having to drive back up there for them to try and fix the mistake. I was however informed that my dog was moving too much and so they did the best they could. I find it unreasonable to blame my dog for her bad cut. I wasn’t even given an in person apology for the mishap. In addition to all this, the front desk is unprofessional. I heard them curse multiple times while I was standing at the counter. I had been recommended to All Pets Considered, and was very surprised at the poor quality of the groom and customer service.

What a wonderful experience every time! I have had really bad experiences with pet groomers over the last 9 nine years with my pup. My poor girl always came home super stressed out and the grooming results were mixed. No longer an issue!Luna comes home relaxed and happy. Service is quick. Results are fabulous and my instructions are always followed. Couldn't be more pleased with the price, the service, the responsiveness or the loving care.

AMAZING SERVICE! I have a standard poodle and she has major anxiety. I book an appointment on one of their "tranquil Sundays" where there are less dogs in the salon. They took their time with her and made sure she felt safe. I would recommend them to anyone with doggies.Sidenote: make sure you prepare your dog to get groomed as they grow from a puppy so they don't have as much anxiety (something I have to work on lol)

We have been going to All Pets Considered Pet Salon for over a year. Almost every single time we go, there is an issue with locating our dog’s records. Each time we “fix” the issue in the system we find out for the next appointment, that it was in fact, not fixed.Today we arrived to an appointment made over a month in advance (and confirmed) with a less than helpful receptionist who could not find our dog in the system (again), and went on about how “your dog doesn’t have an appointment today”, thankfully, we were able to disprove this with the voicemail confirmation, and by providing a different number for his record (which again we had previously already “updated” countless times). In order to get our dog groomed, a confirmation and conversation with the manager was going to be needed, for an error made by them. Needless to say, we will not be returning due to the unreliable, time-wasting, and unprofessional disarray they have in the system. Sadly, what should have been a very easy fix, turned into a lost client.

My girl does not like having her toenails clipped. After trying multiple places and finding her nails still too long or not all of them clipped, I tried All Pets Considered. They did a fabulous job! This is where she will be going in the future for sure!

We arrived about ten minutes before closing. They had to get rabies info and enter us in their database. And before you know it, Boudreaux's nails were ground down and we were gone. He's kinda famous around there

We have a 4 month old puppy - fairly rare breed but easy to groom. Shave the body and scissor the head. The Salon and Spa at All Pets Considered refused to even review the pictures we provided to show how to groom this breed. Instead they told us they wouldn't even consider shaving this breed down on the first cut, even though this is exactly what this breed needs from an early age onward. They chose to groom as if this were a Bichon instead. So frustrating and such a waste of money and really rude people on top of that.

Just brought my Pomeranian Kairi here for the first time - she looks gorgeous! The groomer did a stellar job of trimming her fur so that she's comfortable but still has a full "pom" look. The shop is a little out of my way, but absolutely worth it - I'll be back regularly!

I loved coming here when the old groomers was around, back then, but now it seems more price oriented! I have been a long standing customer with this facility and was once locked into a price I paid because of his size not his BREED! They go up on price EVERY YEAR! He comes out looking like a million dollars every time so I can’t argue with good work! Oh yeh and noooobody answers the phone anymore which is becoming a pain!

This place is impossible to reach by phone. I called multiple times a day for four days and no one ever picked up. Even after leaving a message, no one ever called me back. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me and it seems to be a pattern. They must really not want my business. Fine. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
