I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed the day of the appointment today they cancelled. Apparently they claimed to have called twice to ask to bring my pup earlier but “someone” answered the phone saying they were sick repeatedly. I received a text message that said my appointment had been cancelled so I called to find out why. I was told someone informed them they were sick and they cancelled the appointment and was then replaced with another pup. Now I have to go another week possibly without my pup being groomed for an appointment I made a week ago and needed. They did not have any availability to replace my appointment today and could not get him in until the beginning of the week. So unprofessional I am so upset I needed a grooming badly now we have to wait. I will more than likely never have my pup groomed there again.

Staff very vague when asked questions. They were almost non verbal when leaving pet and said nothing when we picked him up. As a matter of fact the asst. manager had to get him for us. The floor was filthy and full of hair it was bunched up against the wall under two tables. A 2 hour visit ended up being 3 hours & 45 min. Our dog was still wet and smelled horrible. It took him two days to get over his visit and stayed right under us. He never acts like that. Will not go back and definitely not suggest this store to anyone.

All of the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! I particularly enjoyed Jake who was working the front desk. It means a lot when the people you entrust your pets to also love pets. A great experience everytime I bring my Simba! Love this place!

Had a horrible experience yesterday At PetSMart the groomer Hannah was horrible. I went in with my Toy Poodle for a bath and cut n during the initial checkin which was done by a gentleman was told her hair was a little matted behind her ears but assured me Hannah was great at getting a matted area unmatted n if there was a problem someone would call me. Well the call never came n when I returned my baby was shave completely BALD other than a little patch on top of her head. When I asked for an explanation Hannah told me she was matted all over. HOW??? That’s not what the gentleman told me when I checked in. Hannah will NEVER BATH NOR GROOM my puppy again. I’m still fuming 😤 VERY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE Greensboro store on Lawndale

Amber B did an excellent job grooming my Goldendoodle! He had a bad experience at another salon and was afraid of groomers yet she was able to calm him and gave him one of his best cuts ever.

Petsmart's grooming services are always spot on. We have been taking our chihuahua/papillon mix there for years. They take good care of him.
