I truly love this place and so does my fur baby.We come here for our monthly baths for about a year now and service is always A1. Products are always fully stocked, both in the retail part of the store and in the pet-wash station portion and the attendants are always so happy, friendly, and kind. Never once have we had any sort of issue. Kudos to the team, thanks for your awesome service.

I just visited the High Point Rd location. There was no one else in the store, and not once was I asked if I needed help. There were two staff people, and one young lady at the register stayed on her phone the entire time. It was not until I was walking out the door 5 minutes later, that she asked me “If I was still doing ok.”Staff members should pay attention to their customers instead of scrolling on their phones.I left empty-handed because of the lack of customer service. A simple “Is there something I can help you with” would have been sufficient.

Always friendly and well-stocked! Al has always been my go-to person when I'm there, she is such a fount of information. Always happy to get the things I need for my cats (and then some) from this location.

I've been taking "stinky" Charlie to this location for a while, but yesterday I was asked by my family... with no notice at all, where should take their two dogs to be bathed. Without hesitation, I told them let's go to All Pet Considered in High Point, "stinky " Charlie really needed a bath anyway, and even though it would take us 10 minutes longer to get there .When we've got there your staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Next time I'll try not to be in such a rush.Thank you for for kindness.

Stopped in the store recently during the week of 4//17/23 needing help with food allergy and Ashley was a huge help . Not only was she an extreme wealth of knowledge she was patient and kind and sent me home with samples to try. My Frenchie loved the food and it didn’t cause stomach discomfort. She also suggested I be sure to rule out any intestinal parasites (worms) etc. well I worked him and that was the culprit. You can’t get service and knowledge like that anywhere else . Thanks again Ashley💯💯💯💯

I love this store I am very grateful to them. I rescued a maincoon ragdoll mix 7 years ago an I never had a cat this fluffy an picky on food lol. I can always call them an ask for help. Thank u so much .

We had our first visit today and it was top notch! We'll never go anywhere else. Lenard, (spelling?) offered the most patient and kind service with great knowledge! He was incredible with our 14 week old puppy who needed a walking harness. He helped us pick the right size harness, fitted it for her, instructed us on proper fit, and even gave us tips to get her comfy with it and walking around the store. Above and beyond service and I was so thankful! It was a great visit for our puppy to socialize and get all the things we needed. Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise; we are so appreciative!

The staff was wonderful and friendly. You could tell they really cared about pets. We went to meet a possible new family member, though it didn't work out, we had a wonderful time, our daughter got to play with doggies and we got several items

Andie immediately came up to us and asked how they could help. They went out of their way to explain many things about the new puppy that we are picking up tomorrow. They got us all set up with every supply and explained it to us so we could understand why we needed it for a new puppy. I will return to the store and ask for them next time as they did an outstanding job with us. I left the store, feeling like somebody cared about us and our new puppy.

The shower stall are very convenient to give our dog a bath. On the weekend we can get her nails trimmed. Staff is always friendly.

We came in yesterday Sunday 12/6 to get photos of our dog Dallas with Santa and it was a great experience. We let him guide us through the store to find a toy for being a good boy and he decided to mark his territory at the end of an aisle and the staff was very nice and courteous about the situation. Very clean, well stocked and very nice staff!

A wall of toys and DIY bath stations at this store, full grooming at the Battleground shop. The management supports many of our nonprofits shopping local shows our support for their company culture. For the affordable cost our experience was great...my Bella loved her bath and I enjoyed the variety of shampoos, conditio er and dog sprays....and I washes her ( Bella) myself.

I absolutely love the prices, selection, and cleanliness of APC. It beats out the other red door retail competitors in the area. I drive from Burlington to either of their Greensboro locations because I can't beat the quality, even with retailers in Durham! I recommend everyone to them.

Love this store & the staff are always friendly & knowledgeable! I go about once a month to give my dogs a bath & get their nails clipped. They have a huge variety of items to purchase for yourself or pets.. They also have a rewards card if you use the self bath & on Tuesdays you get double punches. After 6 punches you get a free bath. I have 2 dogs so it adds up quickly.

We love our local High Point Rd store. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. They also deliver for free to my doorstep. It can't get better than that. Prices are very fair and the selection is great.

The staff is friendly and they love my puppy. My only complaints are there arent any prices on a lot of their products and the items you purchase arent even on your receipt. I can guess that i paid 30 plus bucks for a collar for my puppy but dont know the exact price. Any way we can fix this?
