Ok. First off. It's a fast food dinner. Don't expect 5 star food. But for what it is it's excellent. The breading on my Stromboli was very good. Crunchy with a just starting to blacken bottom. Same for the pizza. Good cheese and red sauce. Onion rings crunchy but not burnt. Other people in my party said the burger was tasty and juicy. The only thing I heard that the chicken wings could have bin more crispy. If you are looking for an economical good meal I would highly recommend Jim's.

Expensive!! Disgusting food. I got 2 slices of pizza to go. Pizza was placed on top of each other where the cheese and toppings literally came off. Pizza bread on the bottom was super soggy. Food had no flavor! We will never return here again. Considering being new owners we expected better food and service. Don’t waste your money or time here!! 👎❌ The old owners were definitely so much better bring them back!

Came here for hotdogs and hamburgers, the hotdogs are not as good as Zacks but they are okay. The hamburger is delicious with a big onion on top. Love the potato tots and sweet tea is the best. This was my second time and we’ll definitely be back again sometime.

The prices are still very reasonable under the new ownership. I believe they took the"of it ain't broke, don't fix it" motto and stepped out up with new menu options in addition to the old trusty menu. My family will continue to eat there! The kids love it!Also, one of the only places you can still find a chuckwagon sandwich. If you don't know what that is, this is the place to find out! It's really good here!Parking: They've added parking from the original set up, but it still seems awkward.Kid-friendliness: They have options that kids love! They don't mind eating their meal to get to their dessert.

This local establishment has been around for some 60 years, and it indeed has some of the quaint and cute trappings of an old fashioned burger joint. But the food does not measure up to what one might hope and expect.Though the menu board is the neat, old-school type, it is unclear as to what things are. For example, a “combo”, as it was explained to me, is not a combo by the definition used by the rest of the First World. Instead, a combo means there is cheese on your hot dog. A “Big Jim” burger is akin to a Big Mac—no way to know that without asking. But I didn’t want to ask TOO many questions, for there were two people behind me, and the worker behind the counter, while not rude, would certainly earn no accolades from Saint Monica of Hippo. So I hastily ordered a Big Jim burger and a hot dog all the way. “All the way—you mean chili, onions, and mustard?”, NonSaint Monica asked. “And slaw”, I replied. Evidently their all the way dog does not have slaw. But it DOES have cheese! Which I didn’t ask for. Block cheese. Cold block cheese. I didn’t much care for it. Removing it helped. The rest of the dog was pretty good, but the chili was room temperature. I hate that. The pink wiener was decent tasting, and the chili was good, but, as I mentioned, cold. The Big Jim burger was a solid effort. Good taste and toppings, but was also just lukewarm. The fries were hot but tasted just ok.The price was acceptable, but they charge 25 cents for a soda refill. This is almost offensive because these places make a KILLING, profit wise, on fountain drinks—on the order of 1000%. So charging for refills is just avaricious.Color me unimpressed.

First time visiting this place, and what a pleasant surprise. Sorry, no pictures, we were too busy eating the delicious food. The hotdogs are great but the variety of foods was surprising. They also have ice cream. I think my drink topped it off, Pineapple slushie with fresh pineapple chunks. It was so refreshing and delicious that as I am typing, I am planning my next visit.

Upon entering not one person greets you. As you order they aren't helpful with providing options or recommendations especiallyfor first time visitors. The food is frozen and unseasoned. Just taste like a patty that's been chared. They pack your food and send you on your way. I had to take my sandwich back twice to be fixed, which is nasty to have someone keep opening and closing your sandwich. Just don't go! Not worth it

They have changed the fries, they are skinny crinkle cut fries now. I’ve had worse but not near as good as their old ones. This was their selling point for me! Ordered a burger in a group and they got two of them wrong, otherwise they could have been ok. The meat seemed good and a decent size.It would be nice if they had burger combos. Seems a little pricey but never ate here regularly…. Everything’s high these days

I've worked across the street from this local hotdog spot for going on 4 years now and nothing helps relieve the stress of a day like a break at Jim's. I didn't even know how much I liked hotdogs until I ate here. My favorite thing is two hotdogs with everything and a cone of their amazing soft serve ice cream. A big thank you to the wonderful team at Jim's who keeps me coming back for more!

I ordered a pepperoni Stromboli, which cost 8.99, and had taken 15 minutes to get ready. The Stromboli came in two pieces, had the width of two fingers together, and had the length of a hot dog. The Stromboli was doughy and was filled mostly with cheese, and had about 4 or 5 pieces of pepperoni in it. The taste was terribly bland.Save yourself from a bad time and just buy a couple hot dogs instead.

Went for first time since new owners took over. Too much money for the food. Chili was good on hotdog. Onion rings $ 2.75 not worth it for 4 greasy rings. Probably want be back.
