I work next door at Dee's diner. I always receive quick and courteous service. I wish they had generators in the store so you don't have to order online. But other than that they usually have what I'm looking for and a large selection of pet foods especially dog food. I wish I had a number to reach the finance department on a Tractor supply credit card. I would like to speak with a representative of that department or a finance manager.

My husband and I came here to take a look at bird accessories and possibly a new riding lawn mower. While they didn't have any bird items I was looking for, they did have a variety of reasonably priced mowers both at the location and within their online inventory. My husband spoke with a friendly male associate about purchasing one in the near future when he received his bonus from work. The man told us about their store credit card, telling us repeatedly that it would only take a few minutes.Now... my husband's credit isn't the best and we've been in the process of repairing it for some time. We knew that there was a chance he would be declined, but my husband still decided to move forward with filling out an application for a store card at checkout. The lady who "helped" us had absolutely no idea what she was doing and couldn't answer even the most basic of questions... such as "If we made a down payment on a mower and paid the remainder with the store card, would we be eligible for a discount? Would our interest rate improve?" No straight answers.Anyway, she input my husband's information into the system which only took a few minutes. At the end, she handed us a pamphlet and said "You have to call the number on the back. They might need you to provide more information." Weird, considering when you apply for any store credit card you're usually told right then and there if you are accepted or denied. This turned into us calling the number and trying to get someone on the phone for answers for the next half hour... just for the phone representative to tell us that he was denied and that the lady in Tractor Supply knew that. Instead, she sent us on a wild goose chase and wasted our time for absolutely no reason at all.Be transparent. Be honest. Be knowledgeable. Don't waste people's time. We were planning to come back and pay for a mower outright when my husband got his bonus next week, but we'll take our business elsewhere.

Good store, they ( usually) carry what you need for animals, birds, farm, pets, etc. Friendly employees. Prices are (mostly) good. They do a good job. I go there a lot.

Tractor supply is my go to happy place.The prices tend to be higher than a Walmart or hardware store but when it comes to anything outdoor. It's everything I need in one place so I can avoid Walmart as much as possible.Plus... I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff.They are kind.The mount olive store has Leigh ann, Hannah and I think her needs is Jackie that are the hardest working ladies.They make my trips there even better than I could hope for.

This is my favorite Tractor Supply in five counties. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you need anything farm related or cute home furnishings and decorations, stop here!

It's Tractor Supply. Average service but the layout is different from the other Tractor Supplys I've been to but that's no big deal. I gave it 3 stars because nothing really jumps out at you. Just an average Tractor Supply.

They did not have what I needed at this particular store, but the representative was very helpful and called another store for me and got them to hold the item long enough for me to get there. I'll definitely go back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I own a kennel and have large orders and they are great with helping to get the order together and loading. Would definitely recommend this store. Thank you TSC employees/managers.

I found the floor staff to be slow in responding to assistance requests. Had to ask cashier three times to page for help. I buy my canine vaccines here and they are in date, stocked and refrigerated. I also bought my mower blades, safe and chicken supplies here.. Three stars for lax floor staff.

Worst store I have been at. Women's restroom needs a key but the men's does not. Women's restroom had no toilet paper. When I asked for some I was questioned if I was sure there was no toilet paper. Instead of the worker doing it they just handed me the roll. Never coming back!

This is the absolute worst Tractor Supply. We were here when they had baby ducks and the poor things had no water whatsoever. I alerted an employee to the situation and he said he'd take care of it. I watched him continue to stack boxes for the next 7-8 minutes without helping the ducklings. I finally just refilled their water myself in the restroom sink and on the way out asked for the manager. I explained what had happened and she told me she knew their water wasn't empty because she "filled it herself 20 minutes ago". Yeah, right. This is only one of the issues we've had in this store. On the other hand, the Smithfield store has been phenomenal to go to, they always go out of their way to help.

They never ever have anything you need in stock even when the website shows that it's in stock or available for pickup. Call them on the phone,,, Oh yeah we have that. When you get there , Not there. Order something online to pickup and they cancel your order shortly after!! I have been there probably 5-6 times In the last couple months. Not once did they have what I was looking for . And I'm talking about everyday garden variety stuff like soil, seed, straw etc, stuff that even Walmart has stocked at all times. I have also ordered items online to pickup and within the day my order is cancelled every single time. No reason is given for the cancellation. Very unprofessional!! And on top of it when you call they lie to you and say they do have it, when it's a lie. I called once and lady on the phone said yeah we have that without a hesitation. Went there and the stuff I asked about was an outside item. No way she had time to go outside and check. They just lie to you because they want you in the store to buy their overpriced clothes and knick -knacks. Don't waste your time with these clowns at the Goldsboro store. This place is a joke. They never have anything in stock EVER!!I will not be going back to this crapshoot of a place ever again!!! If you need something that you can't find at Lowe's or Walmart just buy it on Amazon even if its more expensive, because you will never get it from this place!!
