We had an easy, wonderful experience with High Performance Carpet Care. As someone who values and appreciates small, family owned businesses, they did not disappoint. They were easy to get in touch with, our appointment was scheduled just a few days out, they were on time, and they charged us a fair and extremely reasonable price!!! They were extremely polite and friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. Please do yourself a favor and don’t worry with big, chain companies who promise this and that!! Instead, call this family-owned small business and deal directly with local people! Thank y’all so much and we will definitely recommend your services to our friends and family!

Excellent service! We had horrible carpets left by a previous owner of our house, and I was sure they would need to be replaced, but they came out so beautiful after High Performance Carpet Care's team was finished cleaning them. Great price as well! Paid half what other companies quoted for 5 rooms a long hallway, and a stairwell. One of the rooms had pet damages as well. I am so impressed! Thank you!

It’s been years since the last time any deep cleaning has been done and the difference is nothing short of amazing. We previously used a different local carpet cleaning company that seemed like they just threw water on the carpet and left. It was wet for DAYS. So we tried this carpet cleaning company AMAZING from start to finish! They returned my request for a quote within an hour and kept us updated on their process while here. So prompt! Exchanged messages Wednesday night and they arrived before 12 the very next day! Carpet looks great. Most importantly, you can't tell our dogs had accidents on the carpet. It was great to walk in the house and smell doterra oils. I was even left a bottle to sprinkle on the carpets now an again. Ya'll, talk about High Performance! The blue, white and tan area rugs in their pictures are mine. They should have posted a before and after picture! I have two Yorkies and I am almost ashamed to admit I have been potty training them for almost three years (Everyone tells me Yorkies are stubborn and it is not me...lol). I have tried to clean these rugs myself but was never close to happy. I had actually rolled them up and was going to trash them when I heard about High Performance Carpet Care. I called Mike and asked if they did area rugs and expressed my concern about the hardwood under the rugs being messed up. Not only do they do area rugs, but they picked two up from me on Friday, took them to their place to clean and dry them and had them back to me today! They look brand new!
