Do not get this membership. They say you will get discounts but you do not. There’s no online coupon clipping. They said if you shop and go you get the discount. My bill went from 150 to 290. There was no discount on anything. Don’t get it

Bathroom seats covered in urine. Took 25 minutes to order a slice of pizza and associate working in cafe was eating a fresh slice of pizza in view of customers, saying it was delicious while 10+ people waited to be helped. Waited at tire dept for 10 minutes, decided to ask another associate for assistance getting someone to tire dept as they were all working in the back- she said "I don't work up here". Another woman at the customer service desk blatantly ignored me when I asked for assistance, which was witnessed by the greeter, so he asked again on my behalf. Finally got someone to the tire dept and after waiting for an hour, turns out they did not have the tire I needed (very common size). Will not come here again.

Always a good variety of meat, produce, cleaning, and canned goods. I appreciate the staff who are friendly, efficient, and helpful. I've used the pick up service and every order is as expected. I've used the fuel center and even though there can be long lines, I get the best price in town ( if you go before 8am, the lives are shorter). The cafe is always quick. I use the app to skip long lines for checkout as well as the cafe. The pharmacy is quick and I get my Rx on time, every time.

9/30/19 Great sales! Shirts for $2. The store was super clean & not that busy at 11A.1/4/2020- Don't go on a Saturday or Sunday! Lines to registers & exit doors are super long. Frustrated!

Waited 30 minutes at customer service. Seems to be a regular thing as the line is always long when we walk in. First time actually needing it though, leading to realize it's probably always a 30+ minute waitGoogle asked me for an update on my review from last year, so here it isSame exact thing. Just left the store after they only had one register with an employee at at and a bunch of self checkouts that were also crowded. Ended up waiting in line at the registers for about 20 minutes.

Store is presentable and clean.Update: Recently I've been seeing this in the photo below please fix this when I come by next time and this is still here I'll have no choice but to report this to the fire department as this is a fire code violation. I want to bring it to your attention first so please fix thanks I don't want anyone getting injured or killed because of this thanks.

I haven't been a mere here for years. It used to be subpar to Costco in my opinion but not so anymore! I was pleasantly surprised. The warehouse is packed with great deals and quality products. Their clothing and shoes have always been better than Costco's and that hasn't changed. The only thing I wish they hadn't changed was the chicken sandwich os no longer an option at the snack bar!

Clean store. Some days are busier than others. We have found Sunday is a great day to go, not too busy. You must have a membership to make any purchases. I believe it is $45 or $55 for the year. Most products are cheaper buying in bulk than in the store. Very windy yesterday, blew over the majority of their plants. Can't understand why they took up good parking spots to put out plants. Not happy with this decision as parking is limited anyway.

I bought an extended warranty for the TV I bought at Sam's Club in Gastonia. There was no proof of warranty offered at the register when I checked out. They sent me to the customer service desk - the wait at the counter was awful. They told me they had no info, I would have to call corporate. After about 20 minutes on the phone - 2 different reps - they told me to contact Allstate and gave me a web address. The process to register my purchase receipt required my creating an Account on the Square Trade site. Their site wouldn't let me create an account. There was a problem with their site recognizing my Sam's membership card. So I then used the chat service. After 45 minutes, the rep finally sent me an email so I could then send the receipt to get my TV properly registered. What a hassle! Sam's should get with the program and provide some sort of written description of the warranty they charge real money for. Luckily, I haven't had to file a claim on the tv - after all, it's new. But Sam's & Square Trade had really poor service for me.

The lady that checks receipts at the door (African American, older lady) is VERY RUDE. I’d say she’s racist since everytime I go in there she seems to have an issue with me or perhaps she just hates her job. Racism doesn’t just come from white people towards people of color. It’s also reversed. I am white and every single time I have an issue with this same rude lady!!! I know other people that go there and says she’s rude too, so let me guess? It’s just a coincidence? Huh? They out here charging 100 bucks for their membership when their prices are just about the same as everywhere else, and they’re rude so what would I be losing to cancel? Not a thing!!

Overall Amazing Place to be at. The atmosphere is great, customer service is great, the bakery is good, the cleanliness is great, and the Sam's club café food is great. And I personally know one of the employees there's as well. Great place to be at.

This Sam’s club is one of the better locations I’ve shopped before. They are well stocked with meats and fish on most days, and the produce is rotated often so you get the best selection. I wish they sold more cleaning supplies but other than that it’s a shoppers dream.

Ordered food from the Cafe and apparently it takes 30 min to get icecream and 45 min for a pizza. Hire more people and get a better icecream maker.

Very disappointed in management Mr Jones. Parked his Mercedes SUV in the pickup line at 7:45. Sooo we had to pull behind him load our groceries and then back out. In our 60s not very easy. Well I guess that is his idea of customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR A MANAGER OF ALL THINGS.

Remodel got rid of the photo department so if you need a passport or any photo services you will have to go to another location. I ended up having to use the hickory sams. I only go to this location when necessary. ***** update ****** do not use scan & go app. App will double or triple your order & over charge you. You will then have to go to the customer service desk for a refund.App is helpful when working properly

Went on a busy Saturday morning. Store was clean. We did scan n go... so that was easy for checkout. Restroom could use some attention.Stopped at food court. Attendants were nice. Food was hot. BUT 2 of soda machines and ice tea were not working.

I always come with my family to do my regular shopping , I never had any problems or issues , but tonight I was literally followed by the employees just because I had my 4 moth baby on her car seat cover with a blanket , every employee was asking to show my daughter and it felt weird just because I came by my self with her , they targeted my self as if I was stealing until I had to uncover her and eventually she woke up and stared crying worst experience ever.

The store is always busy but it stays very well stocked. The check out and security line to leave are ALWAYS backed up and take forever to get out. I wanted to use the scan and go feature so I didn't have to wait a long time to check out. Funny enough, the first two items I scanned, rung up higher than they were actually priced. These were block cheeses so the price was clearly marked on them so there was no way the issue was due to user error. I'll return to this location but definitely not utilizing the app to check out.

You guys offer the scan and go feature for the location here but it doesn't actually work? You only have 2 lanes open with the exception of self check out. I really wanted to use my card that is only virtual but I couldn't because your scan and go feature is falsely advertised for this location

Yesterday July 10th 2023 in the afternoon I experienced something awesome at Sam's club. I always pay with my phone and it was about to die at the time I was checking out. The lady who checks us out had a portable power charger in her purse and charged my phone before it dies. I found this amazing and very smart from her part. Thank you ma'am!! 🙏Luis Minier
