my daughter who is 13 when to this store with here grand mother and wanted this jacket and tried it on it fit fine and looked amazing on her but after she put it on to show her grand mother an employe said that my daughter's shoulders were to wide to wear it so my daughter got home and is now crying here heart out so yea that's why my 13 year old is now insecure of her shoulders never coming back worst store ever .

Our first time out in the outer banks and we were told by a friend we had to check this place out. They have Yetis with custom items native to the area on them. We loved them. Great little find and momento from our amazing week away.

Absolutely adorable place. Has everything from beach blankets and quilts to candles and sea life figurines. It always seemed like an empty shop before but now they even have some simply southern things! Great place to shop, go and you won’t be disappointed.

This store has lots of cute home decor and accessories but the middle-aged lady working there was not friendly. I walked in and immediately felt unwelcome. The lady just looked at me and glared. She did not greet me but was super nice to a lady that she was checking out at the register. Then a couple walked in after me and she greeted them. I immediately left. I am not sure why I was treated this way since I was dressed nice and wore a mask but I do look younger than my age. There are plenty of other stores in Duck, Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head with similar items. Would not recommend.

They are a little expensive, but the woman who was working there is so pleasant and easy to talk to, it almost made me forget the prices. Haha! There are deals to be had there and Hatteras specific items, too. We go back every year, so I guess I'm getting less price-sensitive. We'll be back next year, as always.

I love this shop! We visit every time we go to the beach. They have the cutest knick knacks and decorations. On our most recent trip we were there out of season, and got a fair amount of jewelry and a stuffed animal on sale!

The store itself was fine, but the cashier never bothered to put a mask on while checking me out, and even coughed into the air without covering her mouth. This was super gross and made me very uncomfortable dealing with her.

I ordered an item online which costed just as much as the ridiculous shipping cost (9.95) for a saltlife decal. It was supposed to be 2 day shipping, it took 9 days just to get it to the post office, which I know postage on that item is less than a dollar to send it 1st class priority (2-3 days). It is now due to arrive in another 3 days.

Mermaid central! I wish I would've went sooner, next year I'll go back. Prices are high, but if want that special item for you or your room, it's there. Plenty of mermaid stuff, which is hard to find. I could spend some time in there! So leave your husbands home! Lol clean, and friendly.

I love this place. Nautical & beach themed knick knacks. Unique pieces that would bve hard pressed to find else where. Simply Southern carried there. Clothing, jewelry, housewares, soaps, lotions, signs & photo frames to name a few.Prices vary but in most cases reasonable for OBX.
