This is definitely one of the nicest stores in the area!Open early for Starbucks coffee and fresh breakfast with biscuits, scrambled eggs and bacon!! Open late for Gelato, sushi, fresh fruits and local produce!While I was in the neighborhood it was aBlessing because everything else is closed!The floral department is incredible and they have everything you need for a great family barbecue!The staff is amazing 🤩 thank you team forMaking my visit to Franklin a pleasure!

Last year, I rediscovered Ingles Markets. In recent years they have become lovely stores with much to offer. They include a cafe that serves cold and hot foods, at reasonable prices. For $6, you can order an ample Chinese entrée and side. There are cold sandwiches, subs, etc.There is also self-serve salad and hot bars. Self-serve snack area.Supermarket has lots to offer as well.

I am visiting the area and went grocery shopping and was pleasantly surprised how big this grocery store is and they had everything. Also, everything was very fresh and the store was very clean.

My husband and I were trying to pick something quick for dinner. My husband likes and would eat almost any of the offerings. Me not so much. I was able to find things for me in the fresh produce section . So the selections worked out for both of us.

Ordering online and doing curbside pickup is so easy to do at Ingles. Even though there was a minor error in my order they were quick to rectify it. You get great service with a smile and quality products at a great price.

The store as a whole is fine, but the quality of the deli food has fallen off a cliff. It used to be consistently good, but for the past year or so, it is more likely to be downright awful. Tonight was the worst rice I've ever been served. If you can't manage fried rice, then how can you be trusted to properly cook and handle meats? I believe tonight's 'meal', half of which wound up in the trash, will be my last from here.

Best Ingles! The deli and bakery section at this location have consistently good service and good food. The staff is friendly, and I am always helped quickly if I need it. Met the loml in this parking lot also, so I guess I may be a little biased towards going to this location over others.

Previously 5 stars is now 2. The bakery never has any proper items to make subs! The past 4/5 times going there they haven't had multiple sub items with no excuse other than they didn't set enough out the night before?!If you know your consumption is more during the summer you should up your inventory the night before!!! Check out the picture of now known as "the worst subs ever" I pre ordered 6 of the same sub and this is what we got!?!Worst $50 ever spent

I was happy to find GREAT fried chicken and roasted chicken here. I’ve tried others that are too greasy and tasteless. Ingles knows how to cook! Prices are ok on premade, but I get sticker shock these days on everything else.

I went in this morning went to the juice isle realized I could get it cheaper somewhere else didn't want to wait in line for the deli walked out and a manager whistled at me and said keep on going as if I was a dam thief don't know why I hate thieves but I'm definitely not going back there the probably stereotyped me because I have a torn up work coat and can't afford a new one just don't go to ingle unless you're dressed fancy I guessFeb 12- 8 am btw

The employees working at the Starbucks counter need additional training in customer service. Ordered a drink and it came out overly sweet. She also handed it to me with whipped cream leaking all the way down the side of the cup, and got an attitude when I asked her to wipe it off so I didn’t get my hands all sticky. When I asked her about the drink being overly sweet, she shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t care.

Great grocery store! Large variety of stock and very well merchandised. Large salad/food bar, Starbucks, Rx, and many other selections. Bathrooms are clean and the staff is helpful.

Stopped in to get a few hiker needs. Found out they prepared subs and heated ones at that. Subs were great as was the sweet elderly lady that prepared them. Great service@

As a retiree of ingles markets after 16 years of delivering grocery to the stores, I learnt alot just by observing how Mr Ingle ,senior , wanted his stores to be ran.. QUALITY PRODUCTS but more importantly QUALITY PEOPLE as employees...Every store that I delivered too an shop at today , Mr Ingle would be proud...

Me and my family are from out of town and the first few visits here to redeem any discounts I ask an employee for a store card to use and they input it and all good. Next day family and I shopped and I asked the cashier if they can use a store card she replied I can't do it. I told her I'm from out of town usually the store has cards for that. Anyways I signed up for one ato redeem rewards and gave the card back to her. Upon exi6thr store I spoke with a co manager and told him the issue and he told me to next time as the cashier should've done and got a manager. My wife and I felt racially profiled. I'll make sure I'll have all my necessities prior to coming out of town or just travel to Walmart.

The chopsticks deli was out of rice at 5pm on a Saturday.. They said there was no one available to make more. I offered to go get some minute rice packs... no cups for water either.

I love the organization of this place. Everything was easy to find and the store was very clean and neat. We wish we had one near home. The only part we were sad about was the "Asian market". The food looked like it had been there all day so we decided not to get any. Prices are fairly comparable to other stores. Overall great grocery store

Often picked up dinner plates from the deli when located in old building. Reliable quality. Today the food items in the new store honestly weren't fit for human consumption. Every item was dried out and crusted over. No potatoes of any style available. As a former restaurant manager, I can honestly state it was about the worst looking food I've seen to be presented for sale.

The president of Ingles hit the nail on the head! This is one of the best I have been in.The young dark hair boy was not able to add in a timely manner; he took my word on the "after six priced donuts." But, just the same, nice lad. Heck, I learned my fractions better working in a fabrics store, while a teenager too!

Avoid Wal-Mart, Ingles is well staffed to check you out quickly. Very clean store.
