This place a great selection of boots for work and play. It’s family run and everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to everyone I talk too. They have helped me with warranty in my boots and I’ve never had any problems getting a replacement when needed.

Great store with a great boot selection. I was able to score a pair of Exotic Tony Lama Pirarucu cowboy boots I had been wanting awhile. I also got them at a price around $200 cheaper than online prices.

I've shopped here for years for myself, as well as my wife and daughter and father. They have an amazing selection of durable items, good price points, and friendly customer service. They are always able to answer questions about the items they sell, make recommendations on purchases, and at times have even recommended a lower cost item to me that better suited my needs over the higher-cost item that I previously had my eye on. Love Fox Mercantile!! The staff is super helpful and the owner special ordered my Chippewa Boots in the exact size I needed after I spent months trying to find a pair that fit right. They came in less than a week and a half and all I had to do was pick them up in store! Great experience! His staff even helped me fit for a set of boot insoles that made my boots even more comfortable!! Couldn't have asked for a better place that truly cares for their customers personally! Highly recommend!!

My wife and I recently bought Danner boots here. Nick went above and beyond the call of duty to find and order the correct size for my wife who has a hard time finding shoes that fit properly. Great boots. Reasonable prices. Friendly, helpful, no pressure service. Military discount. Awesome greeter dog. Well worth the drive from Murphy.

This is a great store with a great staff. The selection of boots is amazing! There’s no need to buy online either because their prices are right in line with online prices and some I found were even cheaper!I hope this store sticks around for a long time because they deserve it. Although I dont live in the area I made a couple purchases while passing through and next time I need boots I will do my research and order from them so they get my business

Im from Los Angeles California and I love the merchandise here! They have a great selection of boots! The fox river charcoal cross terrain socks are the BEST pair of socks I have ever had I highly recommended getting a pair or two. The online customer service is Great, they reply fast, they have all the answers, they send pictures, and they gaurantee they product to be in great condition. Fox company is Great !

Went in there with my wife and her friend looking for some western boots. But I left with a great pair of Rocky boots for my wide foot. I did not think I would find anything local for my foot, but there it was. You gotta go see these people. Great selection, fair pricing, knowledgeable staff, locally owned and operated. This tiny place is packed with great merchandise. Lots of boots but they also have jeans, vests, belts, socks, hats, etc. Every time I go, I notice something I haven't seen before. Nice brands too, like Ariat for example.
