What can be said that we aren't all thinking?Everything comes from China, where workers get injured manufacturing these toxic items. From there they are shipped onto the store and its overworked employees who are paid pennies to stock them in an endless cycle of nightmarish labor. Onto the shelves where they're promptly sold off at an insane profit, and into our homes at a cost-hike that challenges a large fraction of the common person's lowest hourly wage.Maybe The Dollar Tree had once been the shining symbol of affordable junk shopping, especially in times of crisis. Maybe not. Either way, we are now ¾ of the way into it becoming the Two Dollar Tree.For now, it's the Dollar and .25 Cents Tree. Plus tax.

The lady that was working yesterday tried to scam me by ringing things up twice while I was standing there. I was talking to a friend when this was going on. I went to look at the digital receipt...n she erased it as I just caught a glimpse!!!! I have a feeling the manager is in on it. Because someone has to override the register too keep the extra few bucks!!! I was livid and told them too keep everything. It's a bummer because I am disabled. I don't shop in stores. Heck I haven't stepped foot in that store in years....n then this!!!! Watch them! Trust me!

I don't even wanna give the store a single star because of how bad it is but the review requires at least 1 star. My husband tripped over boxes that were left in the middle of the isles. I thought I knew where the item was at that I needed but couldn't locate it because there is so much merchandise thrown all over the shelves. Very disgusting floor and not cleaned clearly from the dirt all over the floors. Very ashamed that this is the only dollar tree in town.

Was just in the Franklin NC DT tonight and I forgot my wrapping paper. It was 3 minutes until closing. The cashier ran across the parking lot to return it. ( I needed it tonight!) So thankful he went the extra mile. 😊

I use to love this store. I worked there for oh most a year. But I had to move on and I am sad to see how the store looks now. I could not fine anything that I needed. There is so much stuff just laying around. Not much stuff on the shelves.

10/14/22 update: Much improved over last visit in Spring. Store is better stocked and orderly. Hallway to bathrooms open. Although bathrooms could use a good cleaning. Men's needed stocking.****Not the most well stocked store. Carts loaded with boxes blocked path to restrooms.

This location is a disaster area. There have been boxes of shipment stacked in front of retail shelving for weeks that haven’t moved, shelves completely disheveled and, it seems, no employee ever goes through the store to put away so many misplaced items. They need more staff and/or management that actually cares about the floor.The clerk at the register has always been very nice and courteous, the store’s one saving grace.

The whole place is a disorganized mess right now... You can't tell what's on the shelf because everything is so mixed up! Plus their always out of, or don't carry what I'm looking for. Kinda disappointed with it....

We went in to the store around 8:45. We were immediately told upon entering we had to hurry because the store was closing in 10 minutes. So we gather what we needed which was literally 4 items, and proceeded to the register. A lady name Nicole was the cashier which was also the one who rudely greeted us didn’t say anything just rang the items up. While she was in this process she didn’t say anything to us she was more concerned about the conversation with a coworker. When we were finished it was 8:52. We didn’t get a have a good night or a thank you when we said both. I’m very disappointed in the actions of this young lady. I will hesitate going to this location again because of this.

I do like this Dollar Tree, they have a wide variety. It's nice that each month they have new items. The one thing that I don't like is, I used to be able to buy reading glasses here, but they no longer cater to my prescription. They have a wide variety of really low prescriptions, but not much Choice after you get to 2.0. So I don't go as often.

The store was about half stocked and a tad messy, usually well stocked. There were a lot of misplaced items laying here and there. I can live with that but those lines ughhhhhh! I dont understand if your business is so good you cant keep items on the shelf...why cant you have 2 or 3 cashiers. This one woman is working all by herself. She is elderly so understandably slower. Finally as the line was almost all the way down the aisle she calls for help and a person shows up by that time I had waited about 7 minutes.

Long wait. Only one register open and she was extremely slow. We were trying to look at the toys, my great grandson and I and the person stocking never offered to move even a little so that he could look..

Always some decent deals, not everything is a good buy. Good for holiday decorations and Knick knacks. Anytime I have been in there and there was a long line they are quick to open other registers, which is better than most stores in the area.

This place was a wreck. Yes I understand Christmas is coming up and they have to stock products but made it impossible to get down any aisle with a wheelchair. Also the employees were really rude when asked if we could get through somehow. Definitely won't go back and will use the Rabun County Dollar Tree from now on.

The store looks like a tornado went through it. The line is the length of the store and only a single register is open.These are't a one time issue. This is every time i come into the store. Im looking around the store and i dont see any other employees. What are they all on break during a peak hour of the day.I dont know if the manager has zero experience running the store but it seems that way to me.Merchandising is a very important task in retail along with prompt customer service. Also, when was the store cleaned last. I see dirt and large dust balls on the floor.If i was a mystery shopper this location would get a terrible score and review

I know that they usually only have one isle open but the people who are complaining must understand that not all the employees are on break. In fact, there are probably very few employees for this store since it is very difficult to find help in this town.

Very nice store. Cashier and management very nice. The only thing negative is it's hot in the store. The cashiers have fans but that doesn't help you shopping.

Clean... well- stocked... friendly staff....the only thing I found that I didn't like was all the boxes in the aisles....they blocked access some....but overall I love Dollar Tree😁😁😁

They really need help, a lot of their stock was still in boxes on the floor. I did hear that they are going to become a super Dollar store soon

Able to find most of what you're looking for at very little expense. Hint, try the Awesome Brand products including cleaners, laundry, and fabric softeners.
