The people are so nice, we had a death in the family, they were the ones to do the flowers and because we had a problem with two of the arrangements, they refunded the money for one of the arrangements, and gave us a different and bigger arrangement for the second one. We are so pleased with them for making our time of bereavement a little more better

We used waters florist for our wedding in April. The flowers were pretty and the price was very reasonable, but we did not receive what we ordered. We had discussed the installation of a rose arch over the door to the church, and on the day of, Water's florist delivered a spray arrangement and did not install it. I even called to confirm all of this a couple of weeks before, and everything seemed good, but we were surprised on the wedding day. The groomsmen actually had to leave before the wedding and find materials to put the spray up (which was not even what we ordered) with money out of their own pocket. When we spoke with them over the phone about it, their customer service was very rude and unkind. We would not recommend to anyone for an event as big as a wedding.

I went to order a dish garden for my deceased brother-in-law who would be buried on 1/15/2022. I told the older lady that I wanted the largest ceramic dish garden that I could get with a wide variety for colorful plants. I told her that I wanted her to make it as nice and stylish as she could make it. She told me that she could do that, and changed me $100. When I arrived at the funeral, there was no dish garden at all!….but instead a white woven basket with some plants and some kind of small mirror with a penny. It was so tacky, it was embarrassing. My brother-in-law was a Korean War veteran, a 38 Degree Mason, a Shiner and had worked at Duke Power for over 36 years. He had started a golfing club for men (mostly black) that grow to about 60 men each week, and it grieves me that Waters Florist did this his funeral. I honestly think that she didn’t like a black woman telling her how to make the the arrangement. I had an issue in the past with a white rose Mother’s Day corsage that I ordered that when I got it, the flowers were brown around the edges ( changed $35). I went back to ask her why she had not fixed the dish garden as I had ordered it, and she said she would give me half my money back but not all of it. My personal opinion is that this is no place for a black person or anyone of color to buy flowers. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN WATERS FLORIST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!😡😡. If I could give a minus star rating, I would.

My boyfriend called two weeks before valentines day and asked for a tropical flower arrangement. He paid almost two hundred for these tropical flowers. What I received on valentines day is six roses and some cheap fillers. He was so excited to send me nice flowers and he was so disappointed. They could've at least given me a dozen roses for that price.

My husband sends flowers for almost every occasion. Our first anniversary that he wanted to be special was probably the worst flower arrangement I have ever received. The vase was crammed packed with WAY too much greenery that was not even in the water, dried up and fell everywhere. I took out about 2/3 of the dried up greenery and the vase was STILL full.The whole arrangement looked wilted from day one. EXTREMELY disappointed with this arrangement. We will use another florist next time.

Called them at last minute to get a flower for someones family member that had passed and they got it there and I did not no the name of the person and they looked it up for me and found out who they were ...very kind and helpful...it will be the only place I do my business for know on ...thanks waters you are the best
