I visited the Claire's inside this store. I inquired why they were being so unsafe about piercings.Claire's is promoting unsafe nose piercing. They are piercing noses and cartilage with the same device that is only supposed to be used on ear lobes. I found that the store doesn't even have a basic hand washing sink. The sink that's available is there for looks. It doesn't work.Upon my visit, I found out that the girl who was on staff to pierce that day had minimal training and was unleashed upon the public. She read a manual, pierced a silicone ear, pierced the managers nose, and the wal-mart greeter's cartilage with the piercing gun device. She was then allowed to pierce the public. It was appalling that a big corporation would disregard public health and safety standards and put their monetary interest before the safety of children. I WAS DISGUSTED!

First off all, they always seem to be out of so much or just don't have it there like the one in Shelby. The most frustrating and annoying thing about this Walmart is that it never fails that I need something that has been put in a case. Blades for my razor, perfume, you know those items that they tubing are worth locking up. Apparently there is 1 person in the whole store that has a key to the razor case and couldn't be found out paged. 40 minutes waiting until they came. Every other time with the other items it is no less than a 20 minute wait to find someone with a key. Only a few special employees are allowed to have a key and good luck finding them. It's ridiculous and obnoxious that they lock up items that don't need to be locked up and then make it as difficult as possible to get it. They have a million cameras in the store and if they can't catch a thief, that should be on them. Not on the customers that only have ten minutes before work to run in and get what they need and leave and can't. Stupid. Do better Walmart!

They only had one person running check out. Everybody else is responsible for checking themselves out at self-serve check. I absolutely Hate having to do that myself.

Don't go in here very often due to my anxiety and the crowd. However I love the hot bar at the Deli! Their hot wings are so so so good! Some of the best hot wings I've had, the customer service is always nice as well.

Not a big fan. Needed a propane tank for a cold next day travel softball game. I got there and they had 1 tank left that was robbed out of a 2 pack. I got that and got my daughter a chair and a few other things. I spoke to the cashier at self checkout. Explained my situation and it was the only one left and asked if I could just pay for a single tank. I was literally told to pay for both of don't get it. I asked to speak to a manager. Same story. They were not even polite about it. I shouldn't have to pay for 2 tanks and only get 1. It's not my fault someone stole the other and they want me to cover the costs? I maybe not so politely threw the canister back into the cart and said that's fine. You can put all of this back and throw the propane can in the dump because no one is going to do that. Walmart has forgotten how they got big. People used to be able to shop here with confidence. They have also forgotten who their base customers were.

I called ahead to check and see if they had my size. The phone in the sporting goods department rang unanswered for a good 15 minutes straight. I finally gave up and just went over there, and guess what? They didn't have my size.

My husband needed a drive for his camera and decided to try Walmart. When he approached the department where that is found, he found an employee that was more interested in her telephone . When she took a break to acknowledge him, she sent him to two other employees to help. These two employees were in gossip session about a customer in the store. When he asked where to find this drive..they sent him to a cabinet, that was clearly locked. And they knew this. He had to go back to the gossiping employees to help him with unlocking. As he left, the first employee he met, she was still texting and ignoring. Why is this allowed? Texting? You can't stop work gossip but why stand in front of one customer and gossip about another customer? Rudeness is famous for this Walmart. This isn't the first time and wont be the last we deal with employees like this. Why we avoid Walmart as much as we can.

It's a great Walmart shopping center located conveniently across the street from Aldi and Lowe's as well as a nearby Subway. They have everything you need in the food line as well as regular Walmart products. The store is big and well-stocked. You can easily shop it from the Walmart app and have them have your order ready when you arrive. Prices are excellent and there's a very decent choice of products in groceries.

This Wal-Mart is poorly ran ...do not care any more about customers...you have to deal with it and they no it...the best way to get your stuff is to order online they never have shelves stocked this is the only way you might get what you need every time I go in I see them with them online orders getting things ..just wish Walmart was like it used to be like if I have to shop at one wished it stayed open all night like it used to at least...11/15/23. still the same way as always..went to buy some ear buds and nobody showed up or asked if anybody needed any help getting or paying for stuff..everyone needs to boycott Walmart in Forest City until they get there ?!;:!?? TogetherManger should be fired ...you have no one to cover job than the bosses need to do it..this place is a joke ..the people greeting at the door will try and help you if they can ...that is the difference between older people and younger people..pay someone 20 hour and hire older person and it would be a better place...12/9/23. It was somewhat better today but they were still out of my things I get 1/19/24...same as always was not as busy but still shelf's was not stocked with everything...3/26/24

Nice shopping center for most anything you need or want for your house plus hunting and fishing stuff lots of car accessories and a full tire center as well most name brands are available in the grocery shopping area. electronics clothes pharmacy home supplies all in one

Would give zero Stars Walmart used to be so much better now they argue with you and you have to take pictures of the prices on the shelves and they still argue with you even when they're wrong they refuse to correct it sorry sorry sorry management everyone here is very rude and just unhelpful wish there was another Walmart closer I matched the SKU numbers and took pictures of everything and I still argue over six lazy dollars Walmart seriously needs to do better

Sat at the gun counter for 20 minutes waiting for someone to open a cabinet so I could reach a $1 carton of BBs. I never got my BBs because no one came after asking 4 separate employees.

4 tires bought and installed. Took me in 9mins ahead of appointment. Nice Crew! Went right to work. Out the door 70mins later. They deformed several Lugnuts but not uncommon with the impact wrenches. Other installers have done the same. Replaced one with a cheap variety. Just check the work! I would recommend tire installation here.

I do not care for Walmart. The parking is terrible. There is never a cashier to check you out. And you are treelike a criminal as you leave the store ( employee, who is always rude, at the door, looks at your receipt and goes through your bags) The only positive thing about Walmart is their Pharmacy. They need a drive thru for it though so customers don't have to come inside. Since Covid first hit, Walmart has quit carrying a lot of products. It's just not worth going in there. Rude associates that aren't willing to help you find anything. Never any cashier's to ring you up. Plus their meat is never fresh. Prices are way too high.

Your typical Walmart, which opens for 24 hours. The place is complete and clean, in typical Walmart style.It is 4 star because they close so much of the self check out counter while there are people waiting, and the staff are not really friendly.

I’ve come here two times in the past week to try and order a birthday cake but there’s no one that can take cake orders. What’s the point in having a bakery if someone can’t take an order. There were also four women behind the bakery counter but not a single one would or “could” take an order. This was also all before 2:30.

I was very disrespected by this lady SANDRA. She was very nasty telling me my service dog couldn't be there. I said i was going to speak with a manager. She said you go right ahead, but you have to take to out now.I took her to the car I went back in and spoke with a manager was already crying. She said she was completely fine with me bring her. She said where is she I told her whole story and I took her to the car. She said go get her. I said no that lady was nasty I can't handle this. She said I'll take care of it and walked over there soo as we walked over there she was shaking her head and rolled her eyes.I was still crying and said see she's being nasty again I c was not handle this I'm leaving. I had a bad anxiety attack and very disrespected.

**** UPDATE: Google reviews wanted me to update my comment. I'll just say what I said before.This is the first Walmart that I don't dread going to even years later. I used to do everything in my power to avoid going to Walmart. However, this one is so nice because it's not super crowded.It doesn't take long to get in and out fairly quickly. There's multiple self checkouts on both sides of the store and it doesnt take long to get help from an assistant either. There usually isn't even a line to get to a self checkout and if there is, the wait isn't long at all.The parking lot also isn't too bad either and I can find parking close to the building fairly often. ****I'd say this Walmart is the least hectic one I've ever been to. I can generally get in and out using the self scans pretty quickly.It may just be because this Walmart is in a small town but it's nice that it's not super packed and chaotic like every Walmart I've ever been to that was in a decent sized city.
