MOST of the time you find what you are looking for sometimes you dont. It is one of the cleaner dollar generals and MOST of the staff are friendly. The manager and assistant manager on the first shift are often rude to customers. Still you can count on both of them to help you The second shift staff are always professional. and friendly. Plenty of parking.

The young man Mr Jay was wonderful I brought a phone from them he explain I couldn't bring it back I took it anyway its been a month and haven't gotten it on yet DID I MENTION THAT THE ONLY REASON I BROUGHT THE PHONE IS BECAUSE IT Said BY Version THHEN THEY SAID IT'S A SISTER COMPANY BULL SUGAR HONNEY ICE TEA

This Dollar General was a mess. Stock items and others everywhere. I could barely walk in there. I gave 3 stars because my daughter found a toy and some candy, barely though.

The Dollar General has a good variety of merchandise. The prices are competitive with other discount stores. The staff is always helpful and friendly, parking is close to business. I highly recommended shopping at Dollar General.

well I have slowly become not a big fan of Dollar General the stores are always messy and cannot get through the isles without running into a buggy full of stock at each corner. Also the employees are not friendly nor knowledgeable on what they have or the prices. The store on S. Main St. in Rutherfordton below the ABC store has a huge turnover and employees, there’s hardly ever the same employee there. The employees have absolutely no customer service skills. Are used to go to Dollar General for their low prices over the last two years that has drastically changed. A lot of the items that I see in there nowadays are cheaper at WalmartSo I know I’m not the only one that has noticed this and I guess that’s why dollar general stores have lost so many customers that and their schedule customer service.

The second that I opened the door, it felt as if ugly, bad energy punched me in the gut! Certain employees there, (one is very cordial) seem to be pained to have to drop what they are doing to go to the cash register and check out your things... She didn't even say thank you after the transaction was complete!I made the decision long ago that I was not going to waste my niceness on people who do not deserve it! That seems to be the case in this establishment!Walmart will be getting much more of my business in this area because of the shoddy employees at DG!Are they hurting that bad for employees?WOW!!

I've got to be honest here. Either my phone is screwed up or there's some errors by Google but I've been to this store many times more than Google is reporting. It said I visited 7 months ago. I visit probably 7 times per month so something is out of sync somewhere. This is a Dollar General ! Nothing more, nothing less, so don't expect a store that sells euphoria in a bandaid box!

Close to where I live.It seems that this particular DG is often out of products.I find that more often than not, the "revolving door of employees" seems unhappy to be helpful toward their customers. Is that not what a customer service associate is all about?

Great employees fast check out and the store is clean and neat. Susan, Ashley, Amanda, Amber are all great employees that get you in and out fast with the services that you need. Awesome team....

This store is very clean and very organized. The workers are very hard workers and it is stocked so great. The Manger is awesome. Shop there all the time. Very friendly workers

90% of dollar generals I go to I do not have the ability to maneuver a wheelchair through. I always feel rushed.
