I love going to dollar general but this location is not great. The manager is never friendly. The female cashier is kind but the manager makes you uncomfortable when you’re just trying to shop. Customer service should be a priority but the manager doesn’t seem to know what that is. I’ll continue to go to the other one on cane creek.

cashier is overworked, had to wait in line for over 10 mins only for them to tell me i had to buy something to get change for 5$... the item I bought was not the price it said it was so I ended up with incorrect change for what i needed and the item was also expired which made me sick. very unprofessional please find this cashier some help. my wife was sick and had to wait in the car for 10 mins and then i didnt have the change for her meds:(

Never open when they are supposed to be. If your store hours are until 9pm, don't have your doors locked at 5:30pm. Doors are locked but all lights are on. If you don't have the coverage than change your hours so people don't go there expecting to get what they need. Probably the 5th time I have come to this location and they are "closed" during open hours. No other DG in the area has this problem. So ridiculous

I love the remodel that was done recently! It's like walking into a different store. Everything is so much easier to find now! If you haven't been in this Dollar General in awhile you need to give it a second chance! You will be pleased with the store improvements.

The cashier at the front is unbelievably disrespectful. We went in to purchase a couple of items on sale and he was SO rude, telling us that we should be ashamed for buying two items they had sitting around as decorations. He told us that he hates people from the South, and that we are all disrespectful. He also insisted on arguing with us. If you are that terrible at your job and miserable, then you need to quit. He should be fired for being so rude. He is the older gentleman with the beard and glasses. I will NEVER shop at this Dollar General again.

Went looking for a simple cell phone accessory and was rudely told me which aisle they SHOULD Be on. I went to said aisle and it was a big cluster duck. Nothing was organized. Any associate that I by passed gave me a look that expresses just how much they hate they their job. Customer service definitely isn't their strong suit and maybe should find a new career path some where in lonely isolated place where no customers can piss them off.

Certainly is a lot neater than it was before the holidays. You couldn't get through the aisles there was so much unopened merchandise that hadn't been stocked. Employees are still courteous and willing to help.

The cashier was awesome very nice and interactive with his customers!! The store however was a diaster, couldn't get down any of the isles because stock was sitting in crate bins that you couldn't move either. Clearly they need some stocker's maybe they are hiring???😏

An older store in an older strip mall. General store tidyness was lacking. It was fine and I was able to find what I needed but there are nicer stores out there. We passed another 3 DGs on the way to our destination and I wish I would have stopped at one of them instead.

Store was cluttered, but had a real good clearance sale going on. Items reduced then extra 50 per cent off of that. Today is the last day. Nice children's clothing, men and women.

The entire store is filthy, disorganized, and has lots of products missing from their places on the shelves. As far as I could tell there was only one employee working at the time. I worked at this location several years ago and dispite poor management the team was excellent at stocking customer service, and maintaining the premises.

went by at 7 pm on a Saturday and they were closed. there were people there but they had the doors were locked. Dollar general keeps building every 3000 ft and have nobody to work them.

One star cause you can't give no stars. Messy store. Not stocked. Just boxes sitting in piles. Shelves a mess or empty, no in between.The floor was dirty and by the drinks it was a black sticky mess. The cashier was nice but the store is awful.

It's coming back together slowly. It was a complete mess a couple months ago. But sicne they closed down for a week to stock it is looking better.. I guess I will update in a couple months. The floor is still awful. I don't think it's been mopped in a couple years. They still close earlier than they are suppose to.. the door says 9 but when u go at 7 it's closed....so 2 stars is all I will give for now.

The only reason I give it three stars and not five is because of one particular gentlemen who typically works at night. I'm not sure if he's the manager but one night I came in and he was yelling at an employee (a young girl, probably 15 years younger than him) and screaming accusations at her amongst the store. I immediately was shocked and stopped and he yelled "can I help YOU with anything". I quickly got what I came there for (partially being followed by him) and went to the front, he was so antagonistic and rude. I decided to tell him that he never knows what people are going through, what if his employee was depressed/suicidal? what if he screamed at a girl in an abusive relationship? And he said "well she shouldn't have stabbed me in the back" I was mortified. I asked his name and he screamed it at me. Now I typically avoid it but last night I was there and my friend approached him and asked him how much a blanket costs and he said "the man at the register can't do his job and tell you?"I've never seen employees so overworked just to be around such negativity. Funny thing is, I had applied there and never ended up enquiring further because of him - and considering the state of the store, they could've used it.

Not organized. Not a very clean store. When I asked the cashier to check to see if a item was available, he just was like uhhh I dont know and wouldn't know where it was at. This store needs to be updated and maintained better and maybe rehire some people who care.

Worst DG I've have ever been inside. The owner of this establishment should give up or start investing serious $$ in re doing the store. The staff always seem frustrated, it's not their fault, the owner pays them poorly and they are always understaffed. Some people should not own businesses, get it together seriously it's just overstock discounted goods. I'm waiting for a response from the owner, not a manager who is overeorove and underpaid .

These stores would be a lot better if they weren't ALWAYS such a disorganized mess and that's because management won't spend the money to have more people working at any given time. One person has to stock shelves AND work the register.

Shelves we're missing stock but a man was in the process of putting stock out. I went for safety pins, they were out of them and the small box of Polident 3 minute cleanser tablets we're out. I also was looking for Riddix Septic tank cleaner but it was out of stock too. I will say the aisles we're more clear than I've seen in a very long time. The stocking of the shelves needs a lot more work and the store needs to be cleaned up.

This is the worst store I have been in. It’s disgusting. Filthy dirty and a safety hazard with the aisles blocked and full of junk. This store needs to be shut down until it’s cleaned up and safe for us to shop in. I posted photos on my social media with friends and family from all over this country, and they could not believe what this store in Fletcher, NC looks like. They, like myself, had never seen a store look this bad!

We just moved into another area and switch dgs.... Loved our old one but when we went to this one it seemed bigger and actually kept up while kids were playing everywhere. I enjoyed the visit and can't wait to start shopping there more. The one lady who helped me rocked

Fletcher store always dirty and always have to wait to check out. One cashier and line down the aisle with no help for the elderly lady working register while young manager is in office. Not the elderly cashiers fault at all.

Recent manager left and place went to the pits! Not sure why they let him go but they need to get him back. New manager is a joke and no help, shelves are bare. Place is gonna go under without Joseph there!

Poorly stocked. Most areas are messy with stuff just bunched up. You would think every store has their days but it seems regular for this place. Ive often traveled out of the way just to avoid this one location. Tighten up guys

This is the most awful store I gave been in. You can't hardley get thru the aisle's. One cashier when busy. Looks dirty all the time. It's ok if you need something when you can't get to another store. Would not recommend this store to any one.

The one on Hendersonville Rd. in Fletcher is a complete disaster! I went in there this morning and it was one guy that opened and he opened not at 8am. Yall need to get it together in there. People that are clumsy will trip over that stuff. Clean that store! The prices are great though lol.

Very messy and unorginized I had to open and find what I needed in a packed box after fighting my way into the aisle . its so sad to ever go into this store because of how much of a mess it is. My ocd goes nuts.
