Was recommended to try Woof Gang Grooming from a friend at the dog park. I’m so glad I took their advice. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly & approachable. As soon as you enter the building it smells delicious and no dogs were howling or screaming from the back, which helped minimize my dogs anxiety. I have 2 Australian Shepherds and finding someone who can cut their double coats properly has been a feat since moving to the area. I am extremely thankful for our wonderful groomer Hailey who accomplished the adorable Aussie cut I had lost hope on obtaining. Just look at the crazy haired before pictures for reference. The entire full groom and bath was reasonably priced & I was pleasantly surprised to have my fur baby ready to be picked up in just 90 minutes. Will most definitely be returning!

While I appreciate the exceptional selection and quality of products at Woof Gang Bakery, my recent shopping experience was marred by the disrespectful behavior of a front desk employee. Despite my allergies, she purposefully sprayed perfume upon my entrance, made inappropriate comments about "stranger danger" when greeting another customer's pet, and exhibited a dismissive attitude during a light conversation about their product selection. This pattern of behavior leaves me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. It's disheartening that an employee can consistently treat customers with such disrespect without facing consequences. If this is reflective of Woof Gang Bakery's standards, it raises concerns about a culture of bullying and a lack of dignity and respect towards customers. As a consumer, I expect a more welcoming and respectful environment when choosing where to shop for my pet's needs.

Always a great experience, happy parents, and a happy dog. They have a large variety of pet supplies, food, and treats for all your pet needs. The staff are super friendly and treat your pets like family. I definitely recommend anyone to visit them for grooming or just to pick up a snack for your pup.

We love Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming. Before going to Woof Gang, my dog was so fearful of getting his haircut. However, Jesse and the staff have won him over. They treat him with love and kindness. He comes in looking like a hot mess and leaves spiffy and handsome. Everyone at Woof Gang is friendly and helpful. Jesse (my dog’s groomer) is the nicest groomer you will ever meet. So glad I have somewhere to take my dog without fear of him having an anxiety attack.

Been a loyal customer for years; Unfortunately, Woof Gang Bakery has lost our business due to the WG charging my husband and I, an additional charge ($100) for missing an appointment yesterday and then coming in today for a groom (+$150)… after stating all of this on the phone due to an unforeseen event that was not under our control. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not recommend to anyone.

Yes, that is the same dog lolol I had to change my puppy’s groomer & came here hoping my fur baby would enjoy the experience! Well, she did!Customer Service: OLIVIA gets a standing ovation from me! You can tell she loves what she does. She has my doggy looking amazing xoxo I couldn’t be any happier! Thank you all for the friendly environment & she was literally done in an hour .. talk about 5 stars!Pricing: Very reasonable, $60 for a full groom and $10 fee because her hair was matted. I think that’s reasonable, especially because of the hard work Olivia had to do.Scheduling: I don’t know if I was lucky or blessed but I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment on Friday. They called and set me up & I had to provide proof of rabies shot, which I thought was very professional.Parking was easy, store clean and covid protected (fever machine & masks required) Cookies for dogs were set up so nice, my dog loved the peanut butter sandwich cookie.Anyway, what are you waiting for? Book your baby for a grooming here, they love dogs! 5 Stars!!!!!! Thanks again.

What a wonderful first experience! From the initial first phone call to inquire about getting an appointment to the reveal. I am so happy that after 4 years of being in the area, we finally found a salon home for our fur baby. The staff’s customer service is superb! And our fur baby came out looking amazing and just the way we wanted him to. Thank you all for the great experience 🤗

I've used a couple of groomers since moving to Fayetteville after our 3rd try we found WG and haven't been anywhere else since.My lizzy is particular and won't go with anyone other than Jesse, he always does amazing work especially her style cuts Thank you love and thank you woof gang for always treating my babies with ❤ and care . Plus they have a nice selection of food , treats, toys and accessories for your pets.

This is my second time using wolf gang for my Weiner dogs nail trimming needs and they’ve done a fabulous job just like last time! I was trying out a car hammock for my dogs for the first time on the trip over, and I think my four year old ween was a little overwhelmed with that and being in a place that was still newish to her, even though she got a little defensive & scared upon being picked up- the staff didn’t miss a beat and were so kind and understanding! Blew bacon bubbles for my weenies to test out & sent them on their way with bellies full of complimentary treats!! Highly recommend them!

My dog is a big ol baby when it comes to getting groomed. That being said, the staff at Woof Gang are so sweet and accommodating. I feel so comfortable leaving her in their care. I’ve tried the “chain” groomers and they usually take 4 plus hours. I don’t like leaving her that long considering her anxiety. When I walk into Woof Gang they are ready and waiting with smiles on their faces and are so, so kind to my pup. She comes out happy and clean in less than and hour. Needless to say, Woof Gang is now my go to furrever. Now I have an additional fur baby who loves his spa days at Wolf Gang!

I have a French bulldog that is my world and is a sensitive girl both with food and care. The ladies at Woof Gang are always so kind and helpful with whatever I need for Tuile. They remember her by name, tailor our service just for her and are knowledgeable about health and happiness. Their customer service truly sets them a part in a world where we have so many choices. My 10 month old golden retriever pup went in for his first de-shed and bath (no full groom till the see how well he does due to this being his first grooming experience). I enjoyed the care and love the groomer provided when taking him from me. She was thorough in telling me how well he did and any skin problems she saw during the blowout. 10/10!!!

We LOVE Woof Gang!! The staff is so friendly and I have never worried about my pups while they are there. I have been a regular customer (approximately every 3 weeks) for several years. I would not take my dogs anywhere else and they also have tons of great merchandise! Price of grooming is well worth the level of service you will receive.

I had been going to Woofgang for years; and after their renovation their prices almost tripled. The rude woman on the phone told me the prices went up because of the renovations. So I had been taking my dog there and spending a lot of money to fund their updo only to fund it more??? They also had the audacity to tell me I needed to have my dog groomed every 6 weeks for $250+ each time or I cannot take her there any longer. When I asked to speak with the owner I never received any call back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! Check out Naturally Unleashed!

I love this place. I walked in for the first time with my great dane paisley. This place is so cute and reasonably priced, especially for being locally owned. Super sweet staff and very organized. The treas are also super cute and my baby loves them.they have tons of options for collars, toys, treats, and bones. Best of all they also do grooming !

Very clean and the staff was awesome! I took Frankie to use their self wash room and I couldn't have been any more impressed with the entire place. Very reasonable prices on their supplies and services and the homemade treats looked so good! Will definitely be coming here more often.

I am so glad I found Woof Gang. We've only had Scout for a week and I had only ever seen him scruffy as his previous owner hadn't had him groomed in a while. He looks like a different boy now and is so happy. The staff are all very friendly and Jessie really knows dogs! I was surprised at how calm he had Scout in just a few minutes. I chose to go with the "full spa package" which came with dremelling the nails (I have small kids at my house sometimes), brushing his teeth, special shampoo, conditioning and even a blueberry facial 😁 The fact that we could schedule on a Sunday was a huge plus since I work 6 days a week. We will definitely be heading back your way when Scout needs another spa day. Thank you so much and a special thanks to Scout's new friend Jessie!

This place is amazing, the ladies that were working were soooo sweet and helpful. My Luna was so excited that she tinkled a little on the floor. I offered to clean it up , but they were not having it. They got the cleaning supplies and cleaned it up for me and gave Luna love and treats. I will definitely be going back and I would refer this place to everyone I know with a pet.

I was lectured for the matting on our doodle-over the course of the next few visits-it got a little better.My Westie who has a collapsing trachea was pulled by one of their groomers on their leash. Thankfully I was able to stop that action and stated he can’t be pulled like that. In addition he received the worse cute in his 14 years. When I stated it was awful they looked at me and said, I don’t have time to fix, I have another dog.I went here because the location in Tampa, FL was amazing-they had a book full of cuts to look through to get it right. It seems like the company here is all about numbers. Quantity over quality. They do not give their groomers enough time to brush, bathe, and cut their clients hair.Find somewhere else to go.
