Was told shortly after 9AM that my prescription would be filled in about an hour. Six hours later with no contact, I try to call the store, stay on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. When I drove down to the store two cashiers are hanging out behind the counter talking, and the pharmacy only has two customers waiting with four people behind the counter. I’m then informed that one of my prescriptions cannot be filled until tomorrow and that the other one would be ready in a few minutes. A few minutes later I’m told the pharmacist is taking their 30 minute lunch break, after being notified I’ve been waiting six hours and now I have to wait longer.

Worst pharmacy ever! I waited over an hour to be told to come back in another hour. Came back in an hour to be told to come back in another hour. Came back in an hour to be told to come back in another 45 mins. This time waited 2 hours, came back and was told to come back in another hours. It’s 7pm, rx was called in at 10am! I was told to come back again and this time I am just going to wait in store to ensure it’s being worked on. Worst service ever. I am a pharmacy technician and I would NEVER do this to my customers. Unfortunately my pharmacy does not take my insurance, but after today I would rather pay the hundreds of dollars in rx than deal with this store again. Please do better Walgreens!

Absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have dealt with ever! They are either “behind schedule” which requires physically going there to “nudge” them to fill a prescription or medication is on back order with an indeterminate time until they will get it or the system is down and they cannot do anything. Avoid if at all possible!

So unprofessional showed lack of empathy and was very misguiding regarding pickup of medications that were being filled. When asked a question regarding the hours of operation the pharmacist told me to look online.

I was in the drive thru waiting for 40 mins today Saturday - Sept 23 and finally she came thru the window and told me that my prescription was not processed from yesterday when I dropped off my prescription at 4 pm - Friday. She said they will process it and be ready in 25 mins. Ridiculous!! And I’m very disappointed.

Requires me to give at least one star... took 8+ hours and 3 trips to fill a 3 ounce-almost expired prescription for a sick 3 year old. Guy working the counter with the beard was very friendly and helpful on trip 3.

this is the worst pharmacy in fayetteville. it took me 5 hours to get my medicine after my surgery and it took my daughter 8 hours to get her RSV medication. if i could put 0 stars, i would.

Prescription was sent from er Friday for a 4 year old only gave 2 days worth of seven day prescription told us they didn't have enough to come back Monday morning my wife called Monday morning pharmacy said still waiting for truck she called at 5pm said it would be ready at 6, wife showed up at 6pm they sent her away said it would be 7pm she turned around and headed home 10mins up the road and they sent a txt saying it was ready this place is absolutely terrible and should not be used

I’ve been trying to get my prescription all day! They told me they would text me but never did so I called and they hung up on me. Now I’m on hold for 40 minutes. I’m about to go cuss them out now.

Very disappointed in this pharmacy and I will not be returning. I was overcharged by $40 dollars for a prescription my husband picked up for me because the pharmacy worker did not take the new coupon code for my prescription. I was using the Singlecare app, which I have used there repeatedly. I was also not allowed to speak with management as requested. The customer service here has declined and my pharmacy needs will be fulfilled in the future with another pharmacy chain...Take the overcharge as your last dollars from me, ever...

I never complain and am usually very understanding but the experience I had with this pharmacy was unacceptable. The women working back there are extremely rude for no good reason. I went in to get my Covid vaccine and was told the lady at the front told me she had to ask the manager, so I went and sat down to wait. Then a different woman comes and asks for my name. She asked if I checked in and I informed her that I was waiting to be directed and was told someone was getting the manager. She then said “no you have to check in” very rudely. and I said I didn’t know I was told to wait and she then said “no you weren’t” as she stormed off and rolled her eyes. I was caught off guard as I was not expecting to be treated like absolute garbage by these employees. The room where they administer the vaccines is disorganized and messy. They did seem busy and I am understanding to a point. However, the way I was treated was unacceptable. I hope they do better or get some better employees.

There's a pharmacist here who helped me over the phone. They displayed very professional candor and efficiently resolved my query. It was also a delight that they sounded like Taika Waititi portraying a robot. I never collect my prescription myself due to crippling agoraphobia. My partner, Jake however has interacted with the pharmacist in person and does corroborate their pleasantness.

There are several issues I have had with this walgreens location . Aside from the extremely inconvenient hours that make it almost impossible to pick up any medications if you work a job during the week, the unprofessionalism and lack of communication is what brought me to write this review.After several attempts to refill my daughters medication over the phone I went there in person as soon as they opened where i was told they had it in stock and will text me when it was ready to get picked up. I specifically gave them my number again to make sure id get notified. 2 days later I still have no message. I try calling and was put on hold for 35 minutes before I decide to hangup and try the automated system to check the status. I type my phone number in and its not found! Again I drive to the pharmacy where they tell me nothing was put in the system ! Then they tell me that medication isnt there at all and it is on backorder. My daughter has been waiting 3 days for this medication. I was told it was there a few days ago & if it was on backorder I should have been notified so i could make other arrangements but i wasnt notified either way!To top it all off the woman in the drivethru was very rude & unapologetic about the countless “miscommunications” that had occurred. I will not be going to walgreens again in the future.

Walgreens has really gone down within last 12 months. Aweful and rude employees in the pharmacy. My provider called in a prescription for high blood pressure, pharmacy called left message that it was ready two days later. Went to pick it up, was told it wasn’t filled yet. But they had the prescription from doctor. Told me it would be ready tomorrow by 11am. Went to pick up at 3pm the next day, was told it wasn’t ready, I would have to wait til pharmacist to get back, wasn’t there, stepped out. Left frustrated, no care on their end I assure. I’ll not go back there in future. Whoever is managing this store should be fired.

Was told they didn’t carry my prescription by the workers inside. Then got a text saying the prescription would be ordered. Call and was told it would be in that Friday. Go on Monday thinking it would be ready thru the drive thru. Wait 45 minutes for 4 cars then when I get up to the window prescription isn’t ready. Sat at window for maybe 5 minutes to be told to circle back thru the line because they need to keep the line moving 😂. Should have read the rest of the horrible reviews before I got my prescriptions sent here.

Yesterday I came in to drop of my prescription. There wasn’t a wait and I was taken care of promptly. The first person that assisted me was courteous. The cashier said that my order will be ready in 20 minutes. That is not very long so I decided to wait. I returned to the counter to see if my order was ready. There was a new person at the register this time. She said that my order would be ready in an hour. I said ok and waited an additional hour. I returned to the counter then she same person tells me that I will have to come back at six in the evening. I declined and said I will return the next day. Today after a full 24 hours later my order is still not ready. I asked why the cashier said that my insurance system was not working. I asked was it working yesterday she replied that she has no idea when the system works. She said wait 10 minutes. What in the world is happening around me. I watched at least 10 people come and go with their prescriptions. I didn’t receive my prescription. I left because there are some serious issues at the location. The service is lackluster and not efficient at all. I do not believe that this is because of the pandemic or any other silly explanation that may be used. There wasn’t an attempt to remedy the situation. Thanks for wasting customers time.

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy, scratch that, business I have ever set foot in. Talking disrespectfully about customers within earshot of other customers, running out of medicine and waiting until you get through a 20 minute line to let you know they’re out. Never providing a solution or an alternative course of action. And most importantly, they never take responsibility; it’s always everyone’s fault but their own. If you’re looking to fill a prescription, look for the Walgreens with the drive thru that’s been shuttered for 6 months with no notice or explanation. Then turn around and go somewhere else!

Don’t go to this pharmacy. The rude pharmacist with glasses and a black mask gets angry if you check in on your prescription more than once ( it’s literally her job to monitor prescriptions). She needs to learn better customer service or find another job. I am not rude to my clients if they have questions for me! Also it’s really not that hard to hand over a medication advertised on the door as being available for the drive though. She refused to get it for me because she is just rude. I was very polite throughout the entire transaction, but a Karen had to try to ruin my day. I’d rather drive further away to a different pharmacy than deal with her again.

I understand COVID but all other businesses have confirmed to the time yet this store is beyond slow, drive thru never open and pharmacy has hours yet work when they want. Come in hours after medicine has been called in, stand in line for 30 minutes to be told it’s not ready maybe 30 more minutes. Will be switching somewhere else. Walgreens is not the only pharmacy and this one is a joke

Had an appointment for 4:30pm on 13 Dec 2022. The online appointment said to check in but I couldn’t figure out where to check in. Once I did get checked in they told me that they couldn’t print the paperwork that I completed online. After 40 minutes of waiting they brought out paperwork for me complete, the same paperwork I completed online. At 5:25pm I finally got my COVID-19 booster shot and was on my way. So much for an appointment.

12/16 I was on hold from 1:19 to get a recording at 1:31 the pharmacy is at lunch, you mean to tell me that it took 11mjn to assist prev caller and no one could of answered the phone to see the issue and ask that I call back.. you need to hire an extra body to assist customers..///I just called and held for 10min NOBODY came back so I hung up and stated I was on hold for 10min and the young lady says how can I help you, With No Apologies!!!! You all hacer to teach customer service courtesy since it's Not common sense to apologize!!!! Based on who runs the window they are Very slow even after you hit the call button. Now because there's a flux of people because they're running their mouth laughing. I spent at least 6 min between pulling up, hitting the call button, and Finally being acknowledged!!!

Called about a prescription refill waited for 30 minutes on hold then finally someone at the pharmacy picked up and immediately put me on hold again only to he hung up on after another 10 minutes pass. I then called again and was greeted with the rudest interaction ever I’m not sure Who is responsible for answering the phones in the pharmacy department but they seriously lack professionalism

My disabled sister was waiting at the pharmacy after being on the line. They called her to pickup her meds and told her to get on the back of a long line after waiting for a hour and a half. The manager was rude and disrespectfull. Its a shame how they treat seniors.

They NEVER EVER have your medicine in stock! Doctor sent in my son script on the 20th of February. Went to pick it up today 3/1/17 .. Was told, Oh we have to order it, you can pick it up tomorrow after 5. Prior to that, no Flu medicine. They had to order that one also. I go to pick it up, I was told they only got 1 days worth of it. They would order more and I can pick it the next day! Still waiting on it, 3 weeks later! Its FLU SEASON!! The pharmacist is super nice though but not worth the damn hassle.
