I like coming here to see the animals, you can never go wrong with PetSmart. I bought my Bearded Dragon here years ago and she’s so big and beautiful now. Her name is Echidna, and if you don’t know who that is google her name and Greek Mythology. Yes, I am a nerd😂😂.

If you’re looking for fish, don’t bother coming here. The way they care for the fish and tanks is horrible. Every tank was filthy. An employee asked me if I was interested in getting a fish, and I said no after looking at the way these tanks look, and she replied “I don’t blame you”. While I was looking at plants, another employee walked by me and asked me if I needed any help. I told her I came here to see what fish and supplies they had. I explained that I was disappointed in the way the tanks looked, and she responded “They have people that come in to clean the tanks, and the tanks are having a good day”. If this is a good day, then I’m afraid to see what a bad day looks like. Besides the fish tanks looking disgusting, the rest of the store was clean, and most employees were helpful. PetSmart, you need to take a lesson from Petco.

Made a quick trip with my daughter to pick up some items for my grand-dog. The store was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking.While the store was well stocked, they were out of the specialty dog food we needed.

I would strongly consider providing a negative star point if it was possible. This grooming facility is quite subpar and not recommended for pet owners. The cleanliness of the establishment is lacking, and the Manager is demonstrating a lack of competence. During my visit today with my four-month-old puppy, the staff used a shelter-style leash which immediately frightened my puppy. Additionally, they placed him in a cramped cage where he became distressed and began crying. Only 15 minutes after dropping off my puppy, I received a call informing me that he had soiled the cage and was exhibiting aggressive behavior. They recommended rescheduling and picking him up promptly. When I arrived to retrieve my puppy, the Manager was struggling to remove him from the cage, behaving as though she was dealing with a far larger and more dangerous animal despite my puppy weighing only 9 pounds. Furthermore, upon entering the facility, I witnessed another employee shouting at a dog to remain still, which raises concern about the treatment of animals in this establishment. It is highly unfair that these individuals are permitted to conduct business in our area. This facility should be ashamed of its practices.

I go to PetSmart for my dog's grooming and food. Olivia treats my dog with special care Olivia has been grooming my dog since she was a pup. I love the special attention my dog gets. When I get my dog food, I'm usually in and out. I also use the curbside pickup and that is fast as well. Oh I love the points I receive that can be redeemed on grooming and any items I buy.

Take my baby girl willow in here to get her nails done. They clip and grind her nails then give her some pretty colors and a spritz of perfume... they are always so sweet with her. We usually pick out a pretty dress ( sweater ) for my diva and get her all pretty.Shes goes willingly inside and loves the attention. We always let her pick her own toy and a treat and everyone is happy to see her.

If you have a labradoodle, Do Not bring them here for grooming.In November 2022 I brought my labradoodle in for a groom and cut to shape her hair up for the Thanksgiving week.When I dropped her off they said she looked good. When I picked her up she was Shaved! I looked at my receipt and they also charged me for extra brushing. What brushing? They shaved her. They didn’t call me and ask if it was ok to change what I asked them to do. They said she had too many mats. But they checked her thoroughly at drop off and said she was good. I did receive a full refund and an invitation to come back at half price and use one of their experienced labradoodle groomers.So 4 months later (March) after her hair has grown back- I make an appointment. I go to the appointment, I’m told she will have to be shaved because there are a few mats near her ear and under her chin. I explain to Josh I comb her almost everyday and I guess I missed that area. Instead of shaving het could he comb it out? He said no it will take sooooo long. I asked, how is the rest of her. It’s all good except that little area. I asked could I borrow a comb and I’ll comb it out before he starts. Because I Do Not want her shaved. He said no. I said ok. I’m going to go to the grooming aisle in the store, get a comb and prove it can be done in less than 20 minutes. I spoke to Jacob a manager and shared my concerns. I went to the grooming aisle. Got a comb and combed the tiny mats out in less than 5 minutes. Jacob came into the aisle as I was finishing.( I always use a comb on my doodle because it gets close and gets those tangles)They take the short cut at this location. It is so much easier to shave a labradoodle, instead of grooming it the proper way. And they charge the same amount for less work.The first photo is the day before the groom.The second is after I picked her up.

I ordered my dog's food to pick up and the employee tells me to go back to the car and wait from 30 minutes to 3 hours, it's incredible how they can't just give me the food and that's it, the customer service is the worst in this location.

Knowledgeable and clean nice place to shop. But they did get rif of there treat trail coupons which saved me Luke 20 bucks a month on dog food so idk about that

Honestly, not as many options for other animals that aren't cats & dogs as I had hoped for, but still a better choice selection than most other pet supply stores I have visited so far. Just got a guinea pig so naturally just now starting to notice how many places I gotta go for the supplies & honestly, for anyone else, go to pet smart first and save yourself some gas & trips.

Finally a place where my fur baby can have his nails clipped and ground just right...not as excited about the $80.00 bag of blue wilderness or the super long check out line though. Here's a suggestion PetSmart owners, invest in a few more hard working animal loving employees and stop trying to increase your bottom line by working the ones that you have harder. Thank you PetSmart Associates for all that you do❣️

They have been taking care of my girl Shadow since she was a tiny pup she is now 7 years old and even with the plan and getting off of it a time or two they still welcomed my pup with open arms and tell me how much they love how well behaved and healthy she is! There was a time I took my little girl to my vets office to have her nails trimmed. I would sit for an hour and finally I would get her back with rough nails. Finally I thought I would try Pet Smart. Best decision ever. She has some back issues and I can watch how gentle they are with her. Her nails aren't rough when I get her back plus they clean her ears and brush her teeth. It cost less and takes less time than taking her to the vet. We have been two times and we will continue to go back. Thank you Pet Smart for being such good people to my old baby girl.

The associate was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughter purchased 5 glow fish and a chinchilla for her new pets. The associate recommended the perfect cage and took the time to share information about caring for the pets with my granddaughter. We were overjoyed with our experience and our new pets.

I tried to order items online before the 20% sale ended but discovered this morning my oder didn't go through. I drove to the store and showed one of the workers my online info. She told me not to worry. PetSmart will honor thesale discount. I was so happy. The sales person I worked with helped me pick out one of the items I was unfamiliar with. The rest I took care of. Thank you PetSmart for making my day.

~As I walked in...I looked around to see how beautifully the store was. Items well stocked. Welcoming A/C (it was hot out!) Lol.~To my surprise I saw that there was a pet clinic and a pet grooming shop. Love IT!~Couldn't find what I was looking for (bedding for hermit crab-see pics)...one young man "Shawn" came down from a ladder (working on something) to help me locate the product I was searching. He was very friendly w/a nicely toned voice.~There was a bit of a wait at check out...until one young man (can't remember the name) opened up a register. PetSmart...u guys ROCK!

I’m shocked and truly disappointed. Please met Leyla, she is the sweetest and most loving dog I’ve ever met. Her father found her as a stray while deployed overseas. This dual military family are juggling enough struggles right now, but when he met Leyla he knew he needed to help her. He worked with a well known rescue to get her the proper paperwork to come to the US. One of the first things that her mom wanted to do was to get her groomed. This location refused to accept her valid and completely up to date passport. Her mom is also a service member and is working very hard to manage her home and now three dogs. These dogs are their entire lives and it’s extremely disappointing that such a large organization would deny her service. It makes me question if this manager was on a power trip or had a bias against Leyla’s mom.

My first experience with this PetSmart was when I ordered online and picked up in store.Friendly employee at pickup counter in the front of the store. My item was waiting for me, so the entire process was quick and painless for me!My second experience was a curbside pickup. I had called ahead and timed it perfectly to meet the girl as soon as she walked out the door! Great service!

These miserable people could give a rat's a$$ about helping you. The only pet care worker available to sell us a small pet seemed more than annoyed that I would even dare to ask for help, and seemed to try everything in her power to get us to just give up and go away. The manager's attitude was no better, completely unwilling to help. What the hell is with these people? We ended up going to the Ramsey St location, which in my experience is far superior in every wayAs a side note, I've lived in Fay my entire life and every time I come to this Petsmart finding someone on the sales floor to assist you seems nearly impossible, and there's a crowd of people standing around by the crickets waiting for help.Edit: Associate attending the pet care section (in random intervals?) was a larger girl with partially dyed hair, fair skin and freckles. General manager or area manager, please get rid of her for the sake of your customers and store image. I see multiple reviews complaining about the same girl.

Decent pet store and they have a wide variety of items available. Unfortunately the staff that attend to the fish usually take 10 minutes to get them to help you. I’ve been told to go ask another employee and they told me to ask the one I just asked… eventually after waiting and seeing the two employees walk back and forth past me one finally helped me. The cashiers are very friendly and nice so it’s just the fish section that isn’t great. I would recommend going to a different pet store to buy fish from if you’re tight on time. The tanks are pretty well kept in comparison some other pet stores.

This location is sweeter than the Ramsey Street location. I live further away from the Skibo location but will drive the extra miles for a better shopping experience. The staff at the Ramsey Street location are liars & hostile. Particularly the grooming salon. This character Robert who thankfully is no longer there and the receptionist are the rudest with NO public relations etiquette AT ALL. The Skibo location has pleasant, professional & kind people in the grooming area of this store.

Did curbside pick up. It was brought out in a reasonably quick manner. They placed it in the back seat and would have been on my way. However, it's a good thing I checked my order. What was in the bag was correct on their end but not mine. My mistake, however they exchanged it with no problems. Just went and got the product I wanted, brought it to register, and was out the door!

Our sweet Becca, loves her groomer named Joy! Joy is a wonderful groomer and Becca enjoys her "spa visits" with her sweet Joy . Peace of mind is so important! We feel very comfortable leaving Becca with Joy. She is at the Petsmart on Skibo.

Whenever I come to town I have them groom my pit. They do such a great job. She comes out clean and fresh to def. They are very friendly and know how to handle animals. I make it a pointto see them everytime I am in town.
