The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. I called to see if they could help with my tire blowout while on the side of the road on 95 and they were nice enough to give me an appointment the same day so that I could get that fixed. But unfortunately, I did not end up going there in the end. The wonderful women that I spoke on the phone with later called me back to check up on me to make sure I was safe and not still stranded on the side of the highway. I was so touched by her call. I am so glad there are people like her that work at this establishment to give me a wonderful look at what this place is like even without visiting. I would recommend this place because of their wonderful staff.

Pep boys has always been a great business to get my alignment done at and tires done. They offer a great buy 3 get one free for tires and a lifetime on alignment purchase. The complimentary inspection is always helpful for knowing what needs next done on my car.

Great Service at the Traemoor Village (Jack Britt HS) location. I made an appointment for the next day online. Called to discuss tire options and alignment. I dropped my car off at 0800. My alignment was corrected, and new tire was installed by 0930. They went over service that my car needed. I work on my own car, so I already know what it needed, and they didn't add extra nonsense. They were honest in their inspection and the findings matched what I already knew. I'll be returning for my next tire install/alignment and would recommend them for sure.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have taken my car to this location twice for a basic oil change. The first time they overbooked the appointment time by double and tried to say “sorry, you are the last one to come in on this appointment time, it will be several hours”. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and still had to wait over 3 hours for a simple oil change. Today I showed up for a scheduled appointment to be told not only did they overbook the appointment time, but they were cancelling the last several that had been booked for that time. Not once did I receive any correspondence to inform me of that cancellation. What a waste of time and piss poor customer service. Do not bring your vehicle here ever for anything! If they can’t get an oil change or basic scheduling right, I would not trust them to even park your car.

When I got to the Towne Center Pep Boys terribly crowded with no parking space after finally getting a parking space and then waiting for front desk to help me. I was told since I was 11 minutes late for my appointment and they now were working on someone else, it would now take a while to get my car. I have had an appointment there before and waited over an hour for a state inspection and then was told they had no one to do state inspection. The reason why it was going to be awhile is due to it being very busy and even if you have appoint you will be waiting. Instead of just telling me that, she tells me the reason I will need to wait is because I was 11 minutes late for my appointment. She said that with a straight face and nasty like the backup they were experiencing was all my fault. I would have happily waited if it wasn't for her attitude. I cancelled the appointment and will not go back. To many places to choose from in this area to put up with that.

This location is very convenient from where I live which is close by. I have been taking my vehicles here for the past 3 years and they have always been thorough and honest when it comes to their services. They are always accommodating and try to get you seen quickly which is a value of customers time but doesn't sacrifice quality. If there was ever an issue with their work, they are always happy to look it over again to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I have gone here for a few years now for everything from a basic oil change to getting a whole new set of tires and never leave disappointed. The job always gets done properly the first time and I have never had issues with my services. I would also like to shout out the front desk-men (Carl) for always being so kind and willing to give customers proper service and fixing and tweaking any high estimates to save us during these financial hard times! It’s good to know that when I have any automotive issues they are so quick to jump and help anyone in need!

Poor service. This used to be a reliable repair shop. Service has declined drastically over the last few years. Employees tried to tell me they put new tires on my car, when they did not. When I finally received my new tires, they were not properly inflated. All tires were at different PSI and significantly off from what my vehicle calls for. The brand new tires I purchased here 11/2022 had to be replaced after less than 7k miles (makes me wonder if they actually changed them in 2022). Employees read my odometer wrong and tried to upsell an air filter and mine is fairly new. It is clear that the employees here do not take pride in their work anymore.

The service woman was oh so helpful and got me in the same day when the online appointment function was not accurate. I have never been treated so well by an automotive business in my life. I wish I’d gotten her name because she deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion. She should be teaching other attendants how to take care of customers. Because of her actions Pepboys now has a lifetime customer.

The people working the counter were nice, but I had an appointment and it took more than 2 hours after my appointment time to even get to my vehicle. More than 3 hours for them to change my tires is a long wait and I’m honestly not sure why I even bothered making an appointment. If I were to ever come back, I definitely wouldn’t bother waiting in store. Honestly wish I had my tires delivered to my house and had them installed at a local shop. I won’t be back to this store and I’ll probably avoid pepboys in general.

Pep Boys is overly busy. However, as I work with them they re-earn my business every time by how they service our family. They are honest about our vehicle's needs as far as they are able to diagnose the needs correctly. They aren't perfect, but they don't waste our time and they quickly pivot if something needs to change. This is why I keep going back.

I love taking my car to Pep Boys for oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, etc. They do a thorough job and are extremely professional and courteous. It is a wonderful place with great prices. Won't go anywhere else!
