Good place to go for all things pretty related.We found some of the best food alternatives for our dogs and cat.Awesome treats are available that you don't find at petsmart and petco.It's spendy, true. But it's what you're pets need. Probably have to wait until your kids are grown though to afford it.

Amazing! They were quick and we had 4 dogs that 2 of which can't be together and 3 that get too excited and one who has bad trauma from being attacked so it was going g to be interesting to get all of their shots but they did it! They were accommodating and even came to the car (they had us pull up close to them) and gave 2 of them vaccines from the trunk. They were very nice and welcoming and made the experience a great one.

Two ladies working the checkout February 10th at 1:30pm are kinda rude and very unhelpful about times the washroom is available. They have one but don't know when of if it's ever available.Only answer they gave me was "just call", "the groomer is done when she's done, just call", "we don't know when you can use it, just call"Rude salespeople who are unhelpful

I am not one to leave a lot of reviews, but when I encounter an exceptional experience, I feel it necessary to acknowledge it. Our experience with Naturally Unleased, from the owner to the staff members, has been outstanding. Not only did changing our pet food solve our dog's allergies, it allowed everyone to sleep well at night and eliminated the need for his medication. The change in food gave him much more energy, kept him more full, and has overall really changed our dog. He now eats a high quality pet food, and it shows up at my door monthly without me even having to think about it. What is even crazier, is that the food was a bit more expensive (but not much) and he eats less to keep him full so it really works out. When the first food did not do the trick, the owner kept working at it to solve the problem until we found the right solution. This type of service is above and beyond. We are fortunate to have a store like this in Fayetteville with a team that really cares. If you have not taken the time to stop in, I highly recommend you give them a shot!

My family and I have been coming here for years… todays visit left me walking out the door to go to Petsmart or Petco. My vet recommended an omega topper for my dogs, once asking for assistance from the sales associate on where I could find them I couldn’t find my vet’s recommendation so I approached the counter and asked for assistance - I received a poor attitude and no assistance, when a coworker looked over she wasn’t able to assist. Neither of them had knowledge on the products and could help me differentiate the omegas they offered ranging from $19-42

I come here to get my special needs dog his food. (He's one of 4 dogs at our house) He has a spine defect and special diet. We tried just about everything we could think of from regular pet stores or big box stores. After getting him tested, we discovered his body can only handle certain proteins. Thus leading us to NU. We explained the situati, n and the staff recommended one of their limited ingredient kibbles that contained white fish . This did well on its own, as his stool began to solidify. But, he was still having some looser moments. Again, we went back to NU and they suggested adding another protien to his diet, Kangaroo. This has done wonders for him and us. He no longer has loose stools, while we no longer have to put on our hazmat suits. His diet is expensive, but well worth it.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Went in for the self wash service and the lady working was extremely rude. Ignoring us as we walked in and said Hi and then proceeding to tell us we need an appointment because they run out of towels. We got there 40 minutes after the place opened so not sure how they ran out of towels that quickly. Do not waste your time visiting this place especially for the self serve dog wash

I love naturally unleashed! They have a huge variety of organic treats, treats that are made from livestock right here in NC, with no preservatives or chemicals. My dog who recently passed loved the chicken feet and pig ears. I am a vegetarian and don’t eat meat but it would be wrong to impose that lifestyle on my dogs, so I love to give them good treats that come from a place where the animals lived in a happy life before they passed.The prices are on-par with most other pet stores, I’ve been extremely lucky and gone in when they’re having some killer deals. I’ve gotten whole bags of treats completely free! They also have a rewards program and it’s taking me a while to reach the goal but no complaints! It gives me something to reach towards.They are NOT a pet store, they are a pet *supplies* store haha. I think a lot of people misunderstood that 😅

Love this place, they have a great variety of different foods and treats for my spoiled baby. Sarah is the sweetest and most helpful when I have questions regarding any of the products. Ms. Suzanne, she has been grooming my little Duke since he was a puppy and we absolutely adore her, she is so sweet and nice and always accommodating.

Very clean items were fairly fully stocked. Extremely friendly staff very willing to help and very knowledgeable. This is also a pet welcome/friendly business and its not nearly as crowded as that big box pet store which seems to be unable to keep staffed here lately. So yeah Naturally Unleashed is a bit pricey but its much calmer in there for you bring your furniture baby with you.

10 out of 5 stars !!! Miss Suzanne is SUCH A SWEET LADY !! I have taken my 7 lbs yorkipoo to her about 5 times and each time she has exceeded my expectations. She treats her customers (owners and pets) respectfully and she is very knowledgeable about dogs grooming needs. I see why she is always fully booked. This is the only place I would 100% recommend to anyone needing a good grooming place for their dog. Miss Suzanne is so amazing, sweet, and hardworking.

Hands down the best local pet shop! I love the option of a self wash. They provide the shampoo and towel and dryer but I don’t use it. I carry in my favorite shampoo and my own towels. They have a frequent user option for a free self wash after so many visits.

Never shop anywhere else for my fur babies. They have the best options here for food, treats, toys and more. And if you simply sign up for their reward system and buy what you were going to buy anyways, you can earn FREE food for your cats and dogs! Employees are always friendly and super helpful. Has great selection of different and unique treats for your dogs,that are safe and healthy. Some things are cheaper than at petsmart. The lady's there were very nice, they gave us free samples of the dog foods, since we were new to the store.

Our sick kitty can only eat Nature's Instinct RAW Rabbit. WE live 2 hours away from this store, but they were the only ones that had it after Hurricane Matthew. Was it worth the trip, you betcha!!! The folks here are very knowledgeable, helpful and gracious. The store carries wonderful products and is exceptionally clean. I thought it had just opened. Prices were very reasonable too. Please support this wonderful and necessary store.

I select my dog food very carefully following recommendations in the Whole Dog Journal. Naturally Unleashed has the largest selection and the very best brands of foods and treats for animal companions. The store also provides for all other pet needs and accessories. The staff is very helpful and super knowledgeable. I like the store atmosphere. It is nice and clean and does not have the warehouse look that petsmart has. I also enjoy being able to give my large dog her bath there. To round this up: naturally Unleashed is the best place ever to provide for all your pets" wants and needs.

Saturday was my first time going there and I just loved it. I took my Josey with me and we were both greated so graciously. :) I went back on Sunday to get a pink wide collar and I just love it! The customer service is just impeccable. The provided samples and I will be back today to buy some! :) Will truly keep going back there!
