Have been buying Blue Ridge Beef from this store for many years. Recently, have been unable to get my orders & changes in suppliers have resulted in densbeef with bone product. Ground bone pieces are large & sometimes sharp, coming through in dogs' excrement., a clear sign that they aren't able to use the bone. I have to go through the beef with bone with my fingers twice a day to remove large or sharp pieces. Not happy!

I have been getting my dogs food and treats here for 2 years. They carry a lot of brands that you don't find at the big stores, better brands imo. Highly recommend to anyone.

Exceptionally professional and knowledgeable staff. Gene was extremely helpful and helped me with a food change with my service dog. We we’re having major tummy issues with his current food. Gene listened to all of our concerns, gave us his suggestions, and explained why he suggested what he did. He didn’t try to upsell us or sell us things we didn’t need for profit sake. You could tell he sincerely cared about my service dog and his food issues. He gave us some samples to try of what he suggested and we have found a successful new food successor. If you are looking for a place with reasonable prices that will try their best to meet all of your needs and help in any way possible look no further.

They have such an array of treats especially for my senior dog who has some medical issues so finding treats can be challenging but with the variety it's easier. The staff is always helpful and carry great brands of food. Love their zippy toys too they are so cute for my dogs.

This store is the BEST place for all your fur babies needs! They offer a wide range of high-quality and affordable options for meals, snacks, dental hygiene and toys! They also have an amazing FREE rewards program where you get everyday discounts and free products after a certain amount of purchases!! Not to mention they offer price matching, local delivery and have several stores across town. The staff is always friendly and helpful and do an amazing job at keeping the sales floor clean, presentable, and easy to shop. When you're in there, ask for Gene! He's not only extremely knowledgeable, but always ready to put a smile on your face and make your day better! Did I mention that they are also MILITARY FRIENDLY? Because they are!! I can't say enough great things about this store. They go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Skip the big box stores and check out this locally owned gem, you won't be disappointed.

Wow! I was blown away by the amazing customer service and value of this place! We were given a bunch of kibble samples for our puppy without even asking! They also have an amazing loyalty program and great prices! I would definitely chose to go here over a bigger corporate company! Military discount as well which we appreciate!

I’ve been in this store several times and the customer service has always been awesome. They carry pigs ears, duck feet, and all kinds of gross stuff that our dogs LOVE to eat! On top of that they carry some great quality dog food that’s clean, in addition to raw goats milk and fresh food options for your pets. Their large store at Boone also has a self dog wash and every Saturday there’s a mobile vet who provides walk in care to your pets (including vaccinations, dewormer, and heart worm prevention). The prices are very reasonable. But What really sells it is the owner (I think he’s the owner!) I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but it is very apparent that 1. He loves animals 2. He has done a lot of research on the products he carries. We got to talking about my dog who has been having some stomach issues and he recommended some different brands he carries. Not only that, he provided us with probably $40 worth of samples of the products. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything he was recommending and he gave me the opportunity to try some products out first! If you’re pet is your fur child, this is a great great great place to check out. Also they are military friendly (10% every last Tuesday), have a rewards program (5% off all purchases, 10% off food), and provide FREE local deliveries (his furthest client is 28 miles out!). Really a phenomenal local business that I can’t wait to keep coming back to!

The staff member who was there in the store was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to look for a thing. He explained the frequent buyers program where are get free treats and bags of food after so many purchases. I believe this is a locally owned store so I do like to support them. It was not busy in the store as they were about to close and I was the only customer. They will give you samples of food if you aren't sure if your pet will like it. The store was very clean, neat, tidy, and well laid out so you can find what you need. I will be back again.

I have been a loyal customer for years, through COVID shortages, employee turnover, etc…the last several weeks have been so discouraging I can no longer shop here or recommend this store to anyone. I have now been told four different stories about when products are being ordered, what their availability is, and when they will arrive in store. Being strung along and making multiple trips a weeks to pick up items “that don’t come in today, I don’t know who told you they did” is beyond frustrating. I will no longer tolerate the lying to my face and waste of my time and fuel. Voting with my money means this store is no longer an option for me.Edited 4/11/2023Made the mistake of running low on supplies I now order online. Popped in to grab 2 things and wasn’t even able to make a purchase because the system was down and the gal behind the counter didn’t know how to ring me up without it.

Stopped in last night just to grab some catfood. I ended up looking for vegetarian snacks for my pig and they helped me look for options (even though they don't carry pig specific products). They went above and beyond to help. Then the guy there gave me a "goody bag" of samples for my cats and carried my cat food out for me without being asked. Amazing customer service. Staff is always awesome. Great products!

I'm honestly surprised (and slightly sad) that this place isn't too busy every time I've come. As a store, it's great- very clean, well organized, etc. But as a PET store Naturally Unleashed blows all competition out of the water. Their selection is tailored toward people who genuinely love their pets and want the best diets and enrichment for them. The manager is incredibly nice and really makes me want to keep buying from this particular location just to support her generosity.

This place is awesome! I have a Border Collie with a SUPER sensitive stomach and food allergies. I went in the the gentleman working helped point me in the right direction of what foods to possibly try. He then gave me some samples which I started with Zignature limited ingredient Duck and my dog loved it and had no issues with it. I will continue to come here and highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place! I recently discovered this location as it is one of the only places I can find my dogs food. I went today and the gentleman running the store was kind enough to carry the bag of dog food to my car for me. Stuff like that really does make a difference and I am so happy to have found this place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This place is great, has healthy and safe treats/foods for your pets. The treats here are very unique, and great for dogs. The lady's working here are very nice, they gave my pup free dog food samples to take home, since we just found out about them.
