Tracy is excellent ! She did a great job on my 2 poodle mix puppies . They look sooo cute ! Puppies and I couldn’t be happier. I had a long wait time to get in as a new client but it was worth the wait. Looking forward to the next visit!

I'm a new puppy parent and Tracy has helped to guide me through what we need or don't need. Even helping us to identify a potential issue with our puppy. We've been twice and the service is excellent combined with a clean lobby and great follow up. This is where we'll continue to take our dog for his baths and haircuts from here on out.

This shop is wonderful. After a horrible experience at another Fayetteville grooming shop, my mom found this place on the internet. Upon entering the shop we were greeted by Stephanie who was extremely welcoming and friendly. She assured us that my dog would be well taken care of and he went into the back room with her with ease. The shop is very nice on the inside and smells and looks clean. I received wonderful customer service from the time I dropped my dog off and also when I went to pick him back up. I returned to a dog that looked great and smelled clean. They treated my dog like one of their own. I highly recommend this place and definitely will be back! Thanks for the wonderful service!

Hands down the best in Fayettville! Nothing goes undone. My dog is always happy to go and struts when he leaves. He’s clean, smells great and ALWAYS looks fantastic! Pricing is great too. I have paid twice as much and he looked horrible from other places! Love my K9 loves MY K9!

First time going, was greeted with a friendly genuine smile and almost lost it when I saw my baby again. She has never looked so adorable. Amazing cut and she was just so happy. With a pup who hates the entire process of getting cleaned and a hair cut she was in great spirits! Would absolutely recommend and definitely will be going back!!!! 5 stars isn’t enough!

I have a chihuahua that for some reason my old vet always sedated him to do his nails. Stephanie takes him right in with no fuss and bother and he’s done in 5 minutes. The other fur babies love them all too.
