I love this homegoods they have so many good finds. but lately it has been overflowing and crowded to the point you can’t even access aisles or have to awkwardly maneuver your cart through. The pillow section is filled entirely with empty stock carts. I want to shop but this makes it less enjoyable. Here’s to hoping someone sees this feedback and whips it in shape in there!!

I love this place. This is such an amazing location to get everything from charcuterie boards to paintings for your walls. Personally I love to come here and look at all the new items and things that I can decorate my house with. I will definitely come visit again when I’m back in the area!

I love HomeGoods. I try my best to avoid it like the plague. It's just too good. All the shiny things...The parking lot sucks. Whoever designed it is a complete moron. Please be careful.

Hey, pretty good example of the chain. You never quite know what you’re going to get there, and that is the nature of the business. Always friendly people staffing the store, although there is not a lot of them. See previous sentence.

Had a table on hold with my name. When I got back it was sold even though they put my name on it. No apologies. No one cared. The blonde manger didn’t even stop moving she just kept pushing the table up front for the other family.

You can always find something unique at HomeGoods, but practical things also. I found just what I needed. If I need something for my home this is my first & favorite place to shop

I asked for a discount for a broken item as a courtesy that was done before and Miss. Tate refused to offer anything lol, not even 5-10% with no return on it. Make sure you don’t shop when manager Miss. TATE is there she will sell you broken items full price. Bad Business.

Got this lovely leather couch. The quality is amazing. The manager was great in helping me in arranging delivery. Also, it was only $1500 and better leather quality than a couch I got from Lazyboy

It was fully stocked and I found what I was looking for. The only reason why it doesn't get 5 stars is because the inside of the store was way too warm.

Do not buy unvarnished wood objects made in India from this store or their sister stores, like TJ Maxx. I had wood bores in the base of a lazy susan. Wood bores are extremely destructive. Customer service and corporate customer service refused to look at the price tag to see if it came from their stores, even though I know it did. I just couldn't identify if it was TJ Maxx or home goods. They kept saying they buy from third party sellers and cannot identify where things come from. They acknowledge they are the ones that put price tags on things, but sometimes they're generic. I will be extremely upset if I see these flying out if my cabinets or new wood table in a year. Please understand, the store I called was Cary, but this applies to their whole chain.

Such a huge fan of this store! I love how all the people that works there are welcoming and had a smile on their faces!Update:Went today to buy some presents for my daughter. They've rearranged the store, so it was a little complicated to find the stuff that i usually know where it's at. Other than that, nothing is new! This store still has the coolest decor you can imagine. And the staff are still accommodating and friendly.

Great selection of rugs at a good price. Stocked store full of everything one would expect. This rug was $800 plus online. HomeGoods is very reliable with all the stores I've visited. Apex, NC has a large selection and VA Beach was the biggest one I've shopped. Can't pass one by.

Great selection and great deals. The staff is truly the best part about this location. Every single staff member I passed welcomed me into the store. The check out counter girl was also sweet. I felt right at home. I'm definitely going to become regular!
