This is one of the most phenomenal Harris Teeter stores I've been to. So wonderfully arranged. Super fresh produce. Tons of meat and seafood choices. Everything is arranged to perfection. I noticed a bar area where you perhaps could have a glass of wine. There's a hot and cold bar with a large variety of food to choose from. There's even a Starbucks conveniently located inside! Just awesome!

This store is amazing!!! I have not been in years but let me start by saying go there you will not regret it!!! I worked for Harris Teeter when I lived in Charlotte as an office assistant and this store is well run!!! To get my VIC card updated was easy, it only took a few minutes at customer service. My daughter got her card just as fast. The staff was busy but friendly and helped us if we had questions. Their produce section was Their produce selection is awesome and all the produce I saw was fresh and well stocked!!! Lots of products and stuff you don’t see elsewhere. They have a salad bar, hot food bar, sushi bar, even a reg bar inside near the international food section with daily specials!!! Eric helped us find an item even though he was very busy. All the stockers were nice and helpful. Tried their brand of trash bags and foil and they were great!!!Justin the cashier was waiting along with two other cashiers to ring us up. He bagged everything just right and told us how much we saved. Their ride on carts are very big and spacious. I highly recommend this store on selection, availability and cleanliness even the prices were good!!! (not what I expected)

Went to Harris Teeter for a pick up order. Meredith brought my groceries out to my truck, smacked my door on the cart very hard. I asked if she hit my truck, she failed to acknowledge anything. Called the store and spoke with Robert who made promises to investigate the issue and give us a follow up. 2-3 weeks later still no follow up, and we call back to speak with Robert. Robert’s excuse was that he handed it off to the store manager and that it was on them to call with an update. Way to blame your management Robert, and also hang up on us after you were thanked for what little info you provided us.

I enjoy shopping at Harris Teeter. It was one of the only grocery stores that has diverse products, but now they definitely have competition with the new stores in the area. I am faithful at by my lobsters with them on a weekly basis. Some of the pictures are after meal preparation. Our seafood gumbo probably cost us around $300.00 to make.....When I want to save on seafood traveling to Wilmington is a No Brainer!

On April 5th at around 2:30, I went to the floral department, and after standing near the floral counter/floral area for about 5 minutes I finally approached the florist and asked if Harris Teeter did wedding floral. She responded that yes they do, to which I asked if she had a catalogue available. I was then informed that Harris Teeter is a "grocery store and not a florist". I told her that I understand that, but other "grocery stores" like Publix and Sam's Club have flower catalogues. She then repeated that this was a "grocery store". It was obvious she did not want to talk to me, but I was interested in using Harris Teeter's floral (especially in terms of corsages/boutonnieres) for my spring wedding. Nevermind then!

Tiffany who works in customer service gave us excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us today and I felt so satisfied and comforted that I had to commend her today. 10/10 couldn’t ask for better.

I love this store! Clean and friendly staff. They have a bar near the bakery and alcohol sections which we stopped at in our Halloween costumes and befriended the staff! It's always a good time at Harris Teeter!

There is a bar. Inside. The supermarket. A bar. Five stars just for that. But it's also an upscale supermarket with a great selection so....Update September 2022: still awesome. Great produce. Good meat. Big selection. Clean restrooms. Bar still present. 5 stars easily retained.

Back for a pizza on 4/22/2024. I just had to leave a review for whoever is working in the pizza spot this evening. You my friend know how to make a GREAT pizza. All the toppings were all the way out to the edge. It was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Keep up the great work!!! Management needs to know how valuable a worker you are.Update 5/01/22: I don't think they do the $3.99 subs on Sunday's anymore.It's so close to our new home and prices and sales are great. After over 2 years of living in the south it's still amazing how friendly everyone is here at Harris Teeter too.

My go-to grocery store because the quality and food choices are better. Service is good. I like the to go self-service options, soup n salad, pizza, Chinese or stay for a drink at the wine bar. They have a nice keto section with a variety of choices.My biggest complaint is that the olive bar regularly runs out of containers and lids.

This location is great, always get a helping hand. The Online Order shoppers pick out groceries as if they were their own, calling if expiration dates are nearer than they would purchase for themselves or the produce isn’t at its best.The new changes to the app stink though. Much more difficult to shop on.

Order and payed for a pinwheel sandwich tray Thursday 11-5-23; for Friday 11-13-23. Went to pick it up and it was not ready, They had it scheduled for Saturday 11-14-23, however the receipt stated Friday 13th. The manager said they could have it ready by 4:30, went to pick it up and it was still not ready. Very disappointing!

Larry at the prime rib counter is so nice, and he was doing so much. He was away from the counter for a moment because he was busy, and a long line was forming. I noticed the manager, Kristi, standing there STARING at every waiting while talking to two other associates, not doing anything. Larry comes back and immediately starts helping everyone. Kristi walks up and another customer had made a funny comment about self serving since he was away, and Kristi replies “Well it sounds like your server isn’t serving well enough” and I was APPALLED. I said back “Well there was employees standing over there talking and not doing anything” (insinuating her) she could tell, side eyed me and didn’t say another word the entire time she was up there. And she’s a MANAGER. That woman is unprofessional, rude, and lazy. How are you gonna down talk your employee in front of customers when he was doing everything he could and you were standing there doing nothing? Btw, Larry hooked me up with prime rib very well and he’s always so kind. 5 stars for Larry, Kristi tho, she deserves no recognition. i’m a manager myself. She’s very rude and unprofessional!

If you leave here without checking your receipt, you got robbed. Sales items never ring up correctly and service desk staff never honor the “full refund guarantee” unless specifically asked. HT is supposed to give the item for free when it rings up wrong, not give the difference in price.

This grocery store either hires the most rude people on purpose, or management is despicable and makes their employees life a nightmare because they are always sad, unhappy and so rude. Especially at the fish shop, like I refrain myself from even shop but I needed some salmo for a last minute dinner, and the guy serving me was so unbelievably annoyed that I asked for help. “What’s up”, he said with an angry tone and the attitude of 3 years old. Like I’m his sister or knows me. “What’s up”. I asked for salmon, he handed to me, I say: “thank you”, he turn around and ignores me completely. I don’t know what kept me from saying something. I don’t get it, you rude for fun? If you hate this job, just quit.

I'm originally from Western NY and I find it hard to find a grocery store that can rival Wegmans. This is the place! Yes, it's a little pricier than Food Lion and others, but there is a difference in quality and selection. Food Bar choices are great. Olive station is nice. And a bar? Yes please.

Not a fan of this store setup, as it's somewhat confusing. They seemed to be out of quite a few things. Lots of closeout sales, though. And if you like wine, you can buy a cup or a glass of beer and sit down at the bar. The other Harris Teeter is much better.

They have really good sales. Great customer service. If the lines start to get long they will open up another register.I earn points towards gas getting 10 cents and more off per gallon of gas.The most I have gotten off was 30 cents a gallon!!

I love that there is a plethora of different foods that can be purchased at Harris Teeter. The lobster was over-cooked when they cooked it, I complained and got my money back. The pizza is delicious and made to order, it re-heats well too. The steaks are always fresh.
