I wanted to give my review Right away. The moment I could get my sugar back up. The workers at Five Below, one in particular, named John, was so amazing , he went above and beyond, with being so kind and caring. I am a mom with Autism and Adhd. I also have Low blood sugar and Epilepsy.My sugar was dropping, so I was unable to ring up my items for my 3 kids ( w/autism) while my husband was busy helping me. John was so kind that he gladly helped me and scanned every item. He was so polite and such a great human being . It really makes you feel like it's not just chain a store it's family shop 😊.

Very clean establishment very nice customer service. I love this place. There’s a lot of stuff that you can get out of here. Books weights some make up. They have a little bit of everything it’s cheap, but there’s nothing wrong with that because this stuff works better than some of the most expensive things, plus everybody’s friendly here they got cell phone cases screensavers they got everything that you would want if you’re saving money

Great location, they have done some upgrading and I like where the store is headed. They have tons of options to choose from. My mom enjoyed riding around the store looking at various items and games for the holidays. She was able to find something which is rare. It's something for every age group. Staff was nice upon arrival and exit. I know this place will be crazy busy in the up coming weeks, it's the holidays.

Love the customer service here and the atmosphere here. The store is organized and well maintained by staff who actually care about the customers and organization. The prices are great, you will definitely find a lot of nifty, cool, affordable items here.

The store itself has great items, but the staff is rude, hawks, and the store is junky as hell. What's the point of self checkout if you're gonna be down folks throats? Staff might as well start checking us out themselves then.

Even with how busy they are during the holiday season, they were polite and super helpful. I wish the customers were a bit more respectful though. They were knocking things over and throwing stuff all over the place. Feel bad for retail workers during the holidays.

In and out with the Family. We seemed to have visited on busy day as the store very messy. Staff was friendly but appeared to be in a state of chaos with the amount of running around they were doing.

I like to stop in Five Below from time to time when I have a little extra cash to find a few things to pick up. The candy section is a great and fun area to discover new products or items you can't find in any average grocery store. I always buy some tasty treats for myself or my girlfriend or my son. It's also a great place to find small gift ideas for friends and family and has some items to furnish a small bathroom or knick knacks for around the house. The shopping is always a breeze and it's simple to do self check out and be on your way. Never really have had any bad experiences with this place and enjoy coming back to see what new items they have in stock on each visit.

Today I stopped in to pick up a screen protector for my daughter’s iPhone 12 Pro. I was greeted by the worker upon entering the store. They did have iPhone 12 Pro cases but they were out of the screen protectors for the iPhone 12 Pro Maxs (which is my phone). I continued to walk around the store and I do like how everything is affordable. I found the Logo Game that I was interested to play with my kids. They have a little bit of everything in that store from toys, electronics, candy, books, makeup, tees, exercise gear, home goods, posters, snacks….just a whole bunch of things that you might be looking for and didn’t expect to have. I also find some Candy Pop in which my bf likes to try different flavored popcorn. I buy the two that they have Candy Pop Butterfinger and Chips Ahoy. I walk up to pay and the sales associate was very helpful to explaining how to take a survey at the end of the transaction and if I wanted to donate for Toys for Tots. She was very patient and seemed happy to be assisting customers. She smiled and continued to greet customers coming into the store. She even wished me a good day after I paid. Her genuine great customer service is one that I haven’t seen in a long time. I didn’t get her name but please give her a raise! I would’ve given this place 5 stars but they didn’t have the screen protector for my phone.

It's a five below, they have some pretty fashionable items for pretty cheap, only thing is the electric stuff is cheap quality but they do get the job done, just make sure to take care of those specific items

They are always out of stock on items needed, not enough push carts, sucks when trying to do pick up or shipping. Definitely need more stores because 1 store just isn't efficient enough.
