Our cashier Lisa was very attentive and sweet. She complimented us both as we did her also. She was very welcoming and genuine. These are the employees who deserve evaluations and pay increases regularly. Most family dollar stores will make me never go back to their location just because of the way they treat & ignore the customers. Ill drive 10 mins to go to this store verses 3 minutes to go near my home.Lisa has the personality and professional character that makes you feel like you, as the customer, are the reason she enjoys her job.I truly hope this review makes an impact on her standing with your company, I know how vital positive reviews are for a business especially when there are so many negative reviews as well.Thank you so much Lisa, I have been feeling terrible for a couple weeks and you made my day this afternoon!!!!!Keep doing what you're doing lady 😁

The staff are very friendly!Saturday November 5th 2022I went this morning to do my $5 off of $25 or more purchase that I normally do. The lady that was ringing me up acted like she was distracted and didn't want to help me. When I was trying to put my number in and it wasn't going through, she acted like she didn't want me to keep trying to put my number in to see if it would go through.She also seemed like she wanted me to hurry up and get on out. I get that there was a line forming, but I'm wondering where the other staff are? They should have more than one lane opened.Don't know if I'll be coming back to this one again anytime soon

Nothing special about this place. They used to be 'okay' but have seriously declined in the quality of the service and such. You have to guess the prices because the shelf price is likely going to be incorrect and you'll get something different at the register.

They have a bit of everything, and most of it is a great bargain. Certain big ticket items are priced regularly, but it’s all about the convenience of having it around the corner. Love the snack selection and variety.

I really don't like going to this store anymore there's always a couple men standing around all day begging money. I have given money a couple times until I saw him buying beer and smoked. The managers shouldn't let this happen not every single day. Makes me very uncomfortable young there. This store is always cluttered up you can hardly get around the aisles. I like the prices there but now I got to Dollar General instead. The employees are very loud and talking on their phones half tha time.

Went in for a few things and noticed a man on an isle that seemed to be strung out on drugs ..went and got lady at register only to find out he was an employee..he couldn't focus and barely could stand up.dropping items that he was suppose to be stocking..she took him to the back in office and claimed he was in pain..but he was high on something!! See it too many times..I have a video of him...not good for business..

Hate the fact that I take the time to go through their clearance( barely anything is actually marked) and it's actually regular priced items. Some of the stuff I bought through out the store said one price and when I went to pay for them, it was a whole other price. I was talking to my spouse about it while we were there(wasn't even gonna bother cashier about it) and the employee starts shooting attitude towards me. Not very happy about it. They're right up the street from me. So close I can walk to them with no problem. Now I drive to another one or just take my business to dollar general.

The problem with this store on Cumberland road is the loitering outside. It one of the reason I don't go there much. And it a shame cause I weather go there then Walmart . But I dont feel comfortable especially at night. Very bad lighting

This Place Is Disgustingly CROWDED! Every Single Aisle I Was Able To Walk Only Half The Aisle. Couldn't Even Shop With My Own Wife. I Had To Hurry Out Because I Just Felt Like I Was Being Squeezed.

The General manager is a sweet heart but another man works there he looks like a crack head he also gives people a hard time when u ask questions about stuff . also theres a guy with a long hair he never shaves .. And looks like he always got some issues cus about 4 times ive walked in there with my mom and a girl is always arguing with him i belive thats hes gf how professional is that??? Not my problem but this is a free country and thats why we cam give our feedback ... But other than that i like the other workers oh also a lady cashier she looks in her 50s shes got short hair and she smells like 🚬 🚬 alot... Omg what a review!!!

There was a homeless guy with no shirt on walking outside the store and stood in front of the door with another shady man. They stood and stared at me in my car and were overall very creepy and made me feel unsafe. I ended up just pulling out if the parking lot and leaving .

There were bins in the isle blocking the paper towels I needed. I moved the bins myself. They should move the stuff if not actively stocking shelves. Cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be at work.

Went here and got some thumb tacks and gave the woman 10.25 and I was busy talking with my kids and she only gave me 18cent back for something that was a 1.09 and on my receipt it says I only gave her 1.25 but I know I gave her 10.25 so I call up there today for my 9.00 and I have to wait til Tommaso because she off today.SMFH...Does anyone know the managers name?

I've tried shopping here 4 random times in the last month, there is ALWAYS a sign on the door saying " Be back in 15mins" or "be back in 30 mins" ridiculous and I won't ever try to shop there again.
