They always do a GREAT job of grooming my fur babies! The staff is very professional and they treat your dogs the same we you would. And adding nice touches like bows or bandanas when they're finished grooming your dogs is such a nice touch! Keep up the great work CPP...you've definitely earned my business.

I had high hopes for this place after taking my Shih-poo for a groom twice. I decided to then entrust them with my 8-year-old Golden Retriever, who has severe arthritis and has recovered from a Cruciate repair surgery. I expressed my concerns about having her kenneled for a lengthy period of time, as she doesn't do well in kennel environments, can be quite nervous, and it isn't good for her arthritis. I signed in as the FIRST customer of the day and left. After three hours, I began to wonder what was taking so long. I decided to show up and the lady at the front informed me she had been bathed, but still had not been trimmed and they would need an additional 30 minutes to complete her trim. Meanwhile, there were multiple other large dogs on tables getting full grooms. If they had done her bath, a force dry as requested, and then completed the trim- as the first client of the day- it should not have taken any longer than 2 hours. I am so disappointed in the way this was handled and the fact that as the first client of the day, she was kenneled way longer than necessary for a simple tidy up on a Golden Retriever. I paid for the bath only and we left. My concerns were not respected, and we will not be back.

We have used this groomer twice and this past time will be the last. We dropped her off Thursday morning and picked her up that evening, I didn't have time to fully check her due to taking my Husband to the er. After we got off work on Friday I thoroughly checked her over and realized all 4 paws plus her face had severe clipper burn. They were closed before I could call so I had to wait until Monday morning. She's a standard poodle that's 2 years old and gets groomed regularly (every 4-6 weeks) so shes used to the shaved feet and face. The burns are from shaving too short with a hot razor as this has only happened 1 other time that we had her properly evaluated at a vet for. We did get a full refund after she accused her of just having sensitive skin. This is just unbelievable coming from a business that claims to specialize in poodles.

Our family has been loyal customers, starting with my grandmother visiting the old shop with her standard poodle about 30 years or longer and my mom visiting with her several animals until they passed. Then I (the granddaughter) grew up and have been bringing my own shih tzu to them for over 13 years until our little TaTa just recently passed away Friday afternoon. Such a sad few days in our house and I will miss taking her there and having them give her a makeover from scruffy to her beautiful self. Thank you guys so much for so many years! I still plan to take my chihuahua to get her nails trimmed as they do great with her as well. Keep up the great work!

They have been doing my three dogs for 6 yrs now. An they do an excellent job!! About 3 months ago i got a pitbull an ask the owner about doing that one as well.she explained to me that they dont do pitbulls there but maybe i can try someone else. I called quite a bit of places an it seem to be hard trying to find someone to do pits. I finally found someone to do her. So i have only been a pit owner for 31/2 months now an i have already learned when you call a place an ask for survice YOU ALWAYS SAY THAT YOU HAVE A PIT. Its not just this place its almost every where. Needless to say i still take my 3 dogs there an wouldnt trust them anywhere else. Thanks for the good job yall do for my babies...

ATTENTION PITTBULL LOVERS! I own a extremely lovable well-mannered pit. This business will not only deny service to your pet but will look at you and your dog both like you crawled out of a gutter! I called to make a appointment with this business I was never asked what kind of dog I had or was warned about preference restrictions! Understandably some people are not pittbull fans but the approach they took did not sit well with me. ADDING, not only was I disrespected after calmly explaining my aggravation that I was not warned on the phone they unwelcomed me for sitting in the parking lot to make calls to find a different groomer! Highly unprofessional, rude, I suggest to save yourself the time and headache!

Unfortunately this establishment does not hold true to advertisement displayed in plain view on their sign, "All Breeds".I attempted to get my bully gromed here recently & in turn, I was looked upon like a dirty urine-soaked hobo who wandered acrossed their threshold.The owner or manager was a condescending sub-human female toward me when asked about the discrepancy between their sign's message saying "All Breeds" & their "preference", as she described their blatant discrimination.I completely understand a business has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason; however, it is absolutely absurd & uncalled for to be mouthed because I enter their establishment unaware of their "preference" which is not prominently announced &/or displayed.Had I known, rest assured, I would not have wasted my time, nor attempted to retain their services.Just FYI; I am an educated, caucasian veteran, who is a productive member of society. NOT a degenerate, stereotypical thug.Additionally, my best friend is an award winning, purple ribbon boy who comes from Bully Breed Royalty!That said, I suggest taking your business elsewhere when considering a quality establishment.This is NOT it!!!
