Shelby is fantastic. Have worked with her on and off for over 9years. Sent my daughter there on her own for the first time. She wasn't familiar but came back with so much confidence after rescuing puppies of her own and providing as much as she could to not repeat the cycle of another pregnant dog roaming the streets. They were helpful, welcoming, informative and even donated her the pups first toys and assistance through the process. They guided her on her next journey with what to look forward in the spay / neuter process. Growing up I raised them around fostering and rescuing but I ran the errands, arrangements and appt outside. They are amazing ppl. Shelby runs a tight ship and I wouldn't want it ANY other way. She is efficient, has a great smile, always on a mission to complete her mission while allowing us the opportunity to help us help our furry babies. SUCH a blessing!!! #Godspeed

I would give them a five out of five but every time I go to get the stray cats signed up to get fixed I am always met with attitude. Or talked over. I still go to them for the strays we catch and release but I can't say five outta five.

They are very nice people and you need to go there and sign up for your Cat or your Dog to have them Spaded or Nueuterd. They very Reasonable.

Shelby is an extremely nice lady. They have a shortage of workers too and it’s not their fault. Our government shouldn’t pay people to stay at home and make children, and give them everything for free for being a loser that’s not how that should work. they should get paid to work. That’s part of the problem. They work very hard here and they care a lot. Five stars from me!

The ladies here are a blessing. They were so underatanding. Their patience and calmness when the business got busy was outstanding. I was in and out in a jiffy. Everything was organized and they explained the process to me. The staff were very sweet to my son and offered him a snack while we waited for our turn. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I got 2 of my male cats fixed through them and I was very happy with the results. They both came home happy and with what seemed like no pain at all !! I highly recommend and also appreciate the great services here, fayettville needs a good place that helps you take care of your fur babies without it making your bank account go in the negative 😉

Extremely polite and so eager to assist. I had all my questions answered and you could tell they genuinely care about customers and that they truly love animals. I was truly grateful for the assistance and the fees charged for my furbaby. I recommend them to everyone especially those financially struggling but still a fur baby parent. They will assist you and make sure your pet gets fixed and well taken care of

Very knowledgeable about animals. Went for my dog, left with information/ supplies on my new cat that would not eat. Let’s just say she eating me out of house and home also has gain weight,happy little thing. I love the patience and kindness of everyone here especially the owner. It starts at the top! Ooh yeah my dog also got the help he needed!!!! Donate!!!!!

Great experience, nice ladies , got my cat set up to be neutered, for 47$ cant beat it..and thats with rabies shot!! Priceing is on their website. They also give out pet food for cheap or free .. if you have any donations of animal items you don't need they will get them to someone who can!!

Very nice people, and very quick for how few people were volunteering. However, learn from my mistake: don't bring your animal with you! We went for the spay/neuter program, and I assumed I had to bring him, too, but it's just to pay and fill out the application. They are fixed at a separate place later.

This is the only place axailable that truly cares about both animal and owner..they go above and beyond at providing resources for spaying or neutering your dog or cat (at an extremely affordable cost) , helping with food ( for a VERY small donation ) or even food for the family ( for those pet owners who are in need ) and even have resources to direct you to keeping your beloved pets healthy and happy ! And this is ALL done by the tireless efforts of a few volunteers (more are always needed )every wednesday at 10 AM . So there IS HELP to keep your pets spayed / neutered , healthy , happy and above all LOVED!!

Shelby and the entire staff are absolutely angels from heaven! I had my 2 male cats neutered back in 2014, one done with Dr, Hill {Raizu} and the other at the Vass clinic {Keiko}...I recently rescued a female kitten from a dumpster {wrapped in 2 dark plastic bags} who at the time was about 4 weeks old! I was taking out the trash one night and kept hearing faint squeaky meows and I found her! She's now about 6 or 7 months old and I plan on contacting Shelby for her spay...Anyone who disposes of an innocent animal, a sentient being with a Soul, will surely burn in h*ll...I named her Keiyoshi {Key-o-shee} after my late kitty Keiko who passed away April 2020 due to FIP....he was 7 years old and Raizu passed away in August 2015 due to old age, I believe he was well over 11 years old perhaps? I wouldn't dream of taking my furbabies anywhere else to be spayed or neutered with the help of outstanding local veterinarians who help the Big Fix by donating their time and experience and resources for this great cause! Keep up the great work and time willing, i am going to volunteer with this organization! You guys rock!

They are the worst place ever pitbulls are awesome dogs it is usually the owner who turns them mean and the lady who works here had the nerve to say people who have kids shouldn’t own a pit she didn’t help she just argued with me how I shouldn’t own a pit and have kids very disrespectful I wish not to give this place any stars at all

You fill out the application and you need to have a money order or cash. Then they give u a voucher. They vets office will call and set up and appointment.
