At 9pm half of the lights are out and you can barely see through the store. Really needs to be brighter so that you don't trip on all the clutter in the aisles. Maybe an outside company should come clean the floors. They need a good strip and wax.

Closed the store at 8, no warning. I was shopping. There is no signage telling you about the new hours. Outside sidewalk covered in boxes sitting on the ground, had to navigate a maze to get in.

Love the new set up, fresh produce...The pictures Represent right after being redone.Edit* June '18 , it has gotten disappointing In the fact that they seem to be letting this store go since they redid it , there is junk everywhere, disorganized,one of the produce section doesn't work still, there is boxes and stock in the way everywhere.

I asked the manager today what has happened to this store!!! It is filthy and you can barely get down the isles because of all the stock laying around.I was told and I quote “You don’t have to shop here””

It is 4pm on Friday. We sat and watch the GM and 2 employees sit outside smoking for over an hour and now they have closed the store for tge day. Smh

Friendly staff. Check out is long, aisle are clustered. Hard to move around. This store was remodeled. But I would go to another one just to avoid the clutter.

Worst DG in the area, by far. There are always stocking shelves in the aisles to the point that it's a major fire hazard. Someone could easily be injured in this store. I regularly have to move rolling racks in order to get what I need from the shelves. Anyone looking to sue a company would have a field day here. Other managers have come in to clean up, and catch up on stock, but it only lasts a day or so before it's back to chaos. I'm never a fire them kind of person, but perhaps some serious training for the manager, who seems to never be able to actually manage this store. Complete disaster. Shop here in need only.

Honestly don't know how they have almost 4 stars. I live only a couple of miles from the store, so I have gone there since it was built. I thought after they renovated it, it would get better. They are always out of stock, but yet always have huge carts blocking the isles like they are stocking. There is only one employee always running the register and 2 or 3 other employees wondering around the store. I don't think they ever mop the floor. I heard the manager tell someone a few weeks ago they didn't have a restroom. This was an older man and you could tell he needed to go, so he asked about the employee restroom. She said they didn't have any restrooms, they were all out of order. I hope that wasn't true. Maybe that does explain the high turn over they have there. Besides the one lady that seems to be the store manager, there are different people there everytime I go in. I like Dollar General, just not this one; luckly there is always another one just a few miles down the road. It is really sad that this store is in such a prime location and so poorly run. I don't know what the issue is, but there is something wrong at that store.

I used to love coming to the store they always had everything I needed yes the Isles were a little over packed but it was because they were just getting their shipments and they had to stock the shelves but I'm sad to have to say the past couple of times I have gone in they have nothing on the shelves everything's been bear little to nothing on the shelves because some of their staff members are too lazy to have the shelves stocked and boxes out of the Isles so until they improve this I will not be returning for a while sorry but the people behind the cash registers have always been nice to me I've never had a problem with them anything I needed or had a question to they always were able to answer it so they have great staff

Isles were full of boxes on racks I couldn't get thru,2 items I went to buy were out of stock (probably in the boxes blocking my path),the cashier was on the phone on a personal call making plans for later & only spoke to me to give me my total.... this is the norm for this location. I only go there because it's convenient to my residence, otherwise I would never take my business there & I go elsewhere when time allows to avoid it.

It's convenient but they only have one register open daily. You can stand in line for up to 25 min. On a busy day. Other than that they have a good selection of products if you need them. The staff is friendly even when the line is backed up.

The only bad thing I can say about this location is that they don't ever seem to be able to keep the aisles clear with stock. As busy as this location is, it looks like they would be able to hire someone on 3rd shift to do nothing but stock shelves. It's hard sometimes to navigate.

Management is ok but one employee is a straight up rude, hateful person. She normally works second shift and has no business being employed with any company that has any dealings with the public. Unfortunately you cant teach/train people to have manners because she has none. District manager should do something since management wont. If I could give this place a -0 I would.

This store had basically every I went in there to buy.The workers were very helpful and find items I couldn't find on my own! Seems less crowded than most and cleaner as well!

I will never come back to this store the employee's ARE lazy un train, under staff, store manger are worthless when it comes to running a store who leave the front of the store unmanned any one could have walk right of the store with whatever they wanted too. They lie about everything to include the store delivery.

Very Rude Customer Service. Rushed me to the register, Because she was trying to conversate with the Beer delivery guy. I had put 7 items near the register and went back to get 1 thing and she had already counted up my items and met me on my way back to the register,,,While saying " You got to come on I've already tallied up your items and I got things to do,But when I was at the register at first she was away in the isle happily conversations with the Budlight guy.🙄🤔

I shop at DG alot and I mean alot. By far the rudest employees I have come across and not very helpful at all. Too busy gossiping to each other then to help a customer. & God forbid you use coupons. The manager literally changed 1 item to a penny which didnt even fix the issue my total was still 7$ higher then it was supposed to be and she just walked away when she wasn't even done helping me and the cashier trying to fix it. I was gonna just redo the transaction to figure out what coupon wasn't coming off but instead I cancelled the whole transaction and left I will not be shopping at this location again. Like come on your supposed to be a manager which means you stay and help fix the problem.

As far as Dollar general stores go this one has had the best cooperation of employees with one another which makes my experience better faster and I am not the o ly person but I am very thankful and do notice and wanna vocalize it is very appreciated by me thank you for caring about yourself to have good work ethic.👏👏👏🖐🖐

Only few stores Close to Me but I like other DG Stores better this place tends be Messy & Dirty & good Luck finding TP,I needed tissues am one has allergies & only had 2 boxes left 1 was opened & other box was all bashed up so I picked the squashed box & typical pd Full Price for it smh & Then I've NO CLUE HOW TO USE COUPONS an App I'm guessing & no one seems to know either so Wish just had coupons you can cut out than this nonsense,Why do I have pay FULL PRICE WHEN COULD GET DEALS PFFT,that part I could do w/o,Rather have a FOB & get Better costs but "they know what there doing" smh .

Busy store. The employees are nice and helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. Only downfall is the line to check out takes awhile sometimes.
