Zachary and the manager Susan ( I believe her name was ) provided incredible service helping me get balloons ready for my sons birthday. They went above and beyond helping me for like 20 mins. I will aways choose this location from now on because of how friendly and kind they were to me ! :)

Poor service , waited five or 10 minutes for her to walk over and check me out. She was stocking the shelves and ignoring me. Then tells me she can’t sell me cigarettes because my ID is expired which is no big deal but I wish I didn’t have to wait 10 minutes.

Dawn is great help when you need it. She works at the dollar General in Fairview, NC. She is the best one there. She doesn't have a attitude like the manager and Richard is the worst attitude there. Dawn is always happy and smiling and laughing and if you go in that store you can count on coming out with a smile on your face.!!!!!!

I wouldn't even consider rating them at a 1 but...this place is incredibly understaffed. Never maintained well....always cluttered...never stocked with anything...very hazardous.Idk...if the fire Marshall came in...if they could stay opened...it is dangerous!Someome prob needs to call them.i like the store in general but they need to work on their store...

Love this place and the local friendly people that work there. They know their customers by name and make them feel at home and welcome. My kids love this place as well, and even tho my kids think a penny or a qtr is $1,000 the people are still so kind to explain...

This is the one I always go to but here lately I've been seeing alot of stocking carts in the way. and you can't move around in the back towards the paper products but I'm just figuring its got something to do with folks not being able to work during this pandemic! all in all it's what a dollar general is supposed to be.

Convenient but outside appears like a flea market. No windows in store gives the experience of shopping in a closed garage. Wish the interior was neater.

Hard to see store from road. Usually out of stock on key items. Stock carts and cardboard box carts in aisles. Sloped parking lot is awkward.

Messy and if anything is on sale you have to tell them to mark it down or they don't! They don't just give you your receipt! It's like they want to keep it ???
