I highly recommend! They were so nice and patient with my older dogs . I don’t know if my Aussie was abused at a former groomer, but he wouldn’t let anyone touch him not even the vet, but these guys pulled it off and he’s beautiful! I’m so happy!

I took my great Pyrenees to be groomed today. I got to speak with the groomer when I came to pick up Hank. She told me all of the work that she did and gave me lots of good feedback on his behavior. Hank’s fur is so soft and he looks amazing. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs to have a large or small breed groomed.

I take my mini dachshund here when we are in town and she gets the BEST haircuts from Alexa! Hubby and I travel the country but this is one of our favorite groomers. They have availability, competitive prices and groom her how we ask. We also like that our 10 pound dog is waiting safely in the kennel area when done. Highly recommend - especially for small dog owners!

We loooooooove Elsa’s!!! They treat Clover like an absolute queen. My sweet pup is 16 so she gets very nervous at the groomers, but they also say she is so well behaved and ready to chill. They also gave Clover this adorable bandana at a recent appointment, which just melted my heart.They have the warmest, most welcoming environment and the friendliest staff. I recommend everyone to them! 10/10

We were looking for a new groomer for our golden doodle and found K9 Connection and we will definitely be going back! Our 75 pound dood hadn’t been groomed in quite some time due to not being able to find anywhere that was taking new clients and open on Saturdays so I’m sure he was a job but they did great!! Genuinely a great place. Always able to accommodate my 2 dogs for nail trims, at really reasonable prices too. My one dog refuses to go anywhere else, he's only happy at K-9 Connection. Other groomers literally have to strap him up like Hannibal Lecter, but here he goes over to them wagging his tail. It's actually somewhat of a miracle. Definitely matters when people are friendly, down to Earth, and clearly enjoy what they do. 2 paws up!

Thank you so much for the best cut my labradoodle has ever gotten! Sadie is only a year old and her coat is very thin in places. I am so pleased with the work that Kathy and her team have done for me! We have some high maintenance mutts and she has always gone above and beyond for us. I am very thankful for their hard work.If you see one sentence reviews and a negative rating this business is being single out and targeted by an unhappy customer who refused to follow the well known protocols for dropping off their pooches. They are signing in and leaving multiple negative reviews in an effort to hurt this business.Those protocols are in place to protect everyone- dogs, owners and the people who work at this absolutely wonderful establishment.I want to thank Elsa Blue for putting their dogs and people first over other less important manners. When professionalism matters and you want your best friend cared for as you would yourself- look no further than Elsa Blue K-9 Connection.I have two dogs who I have taken here for over a year and have only had professional and lovely encounters. There are rules but they are in place for the welfare of the clients, animals and people who work there.I have dogs that require extensive grooming and care- every time they look beautiful and are very happy. The owner asks that you drop off dogs while wearing a mask which is, honestly, just common sense isn’t his day and age.I have been a client for years and appreciate how beautiful and happy my dogs are after a visit. After reading the 1⭐ review AND being a small business owner myself. I felt led to give a 5 star review. We have used this groomer a while back and were very satisfied. No they weren't overly friendly, but hey I have a Best Friend, not here to make friends.... As long as you hear my concerns for my pup, We're good. However, they were far from rude. Time is money and as long as your dog is well cared for, great. If I had crazy tangles, I'd freak out going to get my hair done too. 😂 And for price increase, grocery stores certainly don't notify us of price increase and gas stations don't encourage buying gas this week because next week it's going up $10. I was really impressed when I first called this groomer they called me back within a short amount of time. Very friendly very professional and the price was not out of line. The facility is very clean, very well organized, and my dog was very happy when I picked him up. That meant a lot to me that he liked it there. I just want to say this groomer is very thorough. I have been taking my lil Gracie there since we moved here. She has always come out beautiful not too short and not too long. The staff is very concerned about the well being of the entire pet. Most recently the groomer pointed out a small tumor on the underside of Grace’s”s leg. I immediately took her to the vet. She recently had surgery to remove it. Prayers that it is benign. I truly feel if it had not been for the caring staff at K9 Connection this could of been missed for some time. We caught this very early. Thank you so much.

My pets and I feel so welcomed here! The experience has always been wonderful with Heather. I ask her for a specific cut and she delivers...every single time! I don’t give her easy grooming tasks either...I have show dogs, an elderly dog and a very sensitive poodle. The open facility gives me peace that my fur babies are locked up in a tiny crate and then groomed in a tiny confined space. When I pick them up my pups are excited to see but aren’t dying to get out of there (past experiences). This business as a whole is very well run and I’m very collectively impressed with each aspect! Bring your pup here!

Not sure how this place rates such high in reviews. I've brought my dog here maybe 4 times bcz it's nearby and when covid was at it's peak I was too concerned to go find another groomer. (We moved here not long ago and I wasn't sure where else to go so I went local.)First of all, I've always felt the staff treated me rather curtly, no time for pleasantries, very abrupt -in other words, like "Drop your dog and just leave, lady," that kind of attitude.Fine, as long as they take good care of my dog. The haircuts were always fine, it's hard to mess up a shave all the way down to the skin, which is what I get for her bcz she's poodle-mix and her hair grows really fast and thick.The first time we went she didn't know any better so she was fine & very happy to see me when I picked her up. But the second time she shook a lot just bringing her in the parking lot. The shaking only got worse on subsequent visits. I didn't like it but again, they're close by and convenient and it seemed a lot of trouble to find another groomer with everyone so paranoid over covid.The price was standard, pretty much what everyone else charges, but the last visit they raised their price, not 5 but 10 dollars and didn't say anything about it until after I came to pick up my dog.For all the shaking, the unfriendliness (I won't call it rudeness but it certainly isn't endearing), the price gouging, my terrified little dog--I've just had it with this place. Time to move on.

My poor Gizmo looked a fright when my son in law took him in and what a transformation! He was trimmed to a T, smelled awesome and he was so happy! He can be challenging trimming but could never guess it with the wonderful grooming he gets here!I highly recommend!

I have a difficult Bichon who is 16 years old. Sandy has been our groomer for probably 5 years. Muffin has never been taken such good care of at the groomer. He leaves happy and relaxed. He always looks adorable too.
