I decided to stop by yesterday afternoon for a standard passport sized photo and was greeted and assisted by the kindest of staff.Amber (I believe her name was) was incredibly patient and charismatic. Her kindness and consideration really warmed my heart. The world needs more people like her.I wanted to share this quick message of thanks to express my sincere gratitude once again.What a wonderful experience this was.

5 stars is for the pharmacy. Hillary and Amanda are both very knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to help you save on the high cost of prescriptions. If there is a coupon or a discount program and they know it will benefit you, they will let you know. You will recieve the same service every time you visit which is a 5 star service.

On this day 7-30-23 my wife was shopping as a door dasher and was very upset that no one was helping her find the items that she needs for her order she asked the light skin guy n the guy said oh it's right over there he could've at least walked with her to find the items also wen she got to cash register the cashier asked witch recipet do I hand you??? Lmaoo like how u don't know

I wad greeted upon entering the store, the aisles were well marked and shelves were stocked. When I still wasn't sure what aisle I needed an associate saw me wandering about they inquired if I needed help and found the items I wanted and suggested I try a cheaper alternative that worked just as well. Thanks for having helpful associates, kudos.

My insurance would nor pay for one medicine and they took it upon themselves to contact my doctor and solve the situation. I generally go there to pick up prescriptions for my wife for which I also have always received excellent service. My wife also had a situation with lost medicimes when the doctor sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy from a different company a few days ago and the pharmacy personnel at Walgreens in Elizabethtown stepped up to solve it. Outstanding good service!!! I commend their highly proffesional attitude.

Today at around 5:30PM. My aunt went to Walgreens to retrieve our medicine. She received my medication but she didn't received all of hers. So she try to talk to then man and explain that she had more. But he dispute her and say she only have one. So my aunt drive off upset by the poor customer care she just received. So I call Walgreens and try to talk to him. He try to dispute me as well. But I stand firm and told him I saw the prescription list for my aunt and that he was wrong. That when he realize he made a mistake and say it was on the list. He then say he ask the pharmacist if any is in stock. Few minutes later he told me the medicine was in stock. That it take 30 minutes to fill. I listen on the phone when the man dispute my aunt. He didn't even bother to double check behind himself or the others that work there. The point is if a customer say there more please don't dispute them first. Just double check. It might seem like a waste of time. But think if the customer is right. Some poor soul could be relaying on that medication.

I had an appointment to receive vaccine and sat waiting patiently as pharmacy technician administered vaccines to 3 customers (walk-ins as they asked if any vaccines were available) before I got fed up and complained. Only excuse was "it's a mad house in here today"...but you served thise 3 customers in order as they came AFTER me!!!😡

No se porque pero siempre que vengo a este walgreens de Elizabethtown NC salgo decepcionada ya van dos veces que no cumplen sus "ofertas" la primera vez fue una bolsa de cosmeticos que me "darian" si compraba mas de 20 en articulos l,oreal y compre y nada segun la señora que cobraba que debia hacerlo online. Luego fui por la promocion de paga 2 y lleva 3 cosmeticos igual el que supone seria gratis segun ellos no estaba en stock. Pero yo ya habia ido a la tienda sino que la que cobraba en esta ocasion me dijo que mi compra saldria en $ 35 y mas porque no aplicaban 11 uss de cupon entonces online si y pagaria solo $21. Entonces yo tuve en mis manos los labiales del color que queria y estaban en stock . Luego escribi al servicio al cliente y me dijeron que ellos no hablan español... o sea no tienen traductor???? Pesimo servicio y para nada serios con sus " ofertas"
